I was more than satisfied with my stay at Mercure. The staff were courteous and showed their readiness at the slightest hint from the customer. The dinner buffet had a huge variety but may be a bit overpriced for some if not all. Rooms were neat and clean with room service available. Room service menu could have a bit more variety. Overall, would definitely recommend a stay.

I had booked single Room occupancy from 17/02/2019 to 21/02/2019 on the last day of my stay i.e. on 20/02/2019, hotel staffs were asked me to share the room with one of my Company Group Employee, which I dont want to, giving reason of maintenace of A.C. in my Room No - 215 However i have not agreed for the same and i stayed in my Room, But A.C was working fine. This last day incident made me unconfortable stay.

The room was good. Food was good for breakfast. Dinner didn't had much options for vegetarians and the starters were not available. Kingfisher Beer not served as part of the ice bucket offer.. The kettle in the room was not plugged to the socket near the refrigerator. The plug didn't match to the socket.
