Hi I am X. Pravin from MHII On a business trip I stayed in the Mercure hotel during 1/10/2018 to 4/10/2018. I already booked our accommodation well in advance. Had a fast check-in also I would like to thank front office team was always willing to help and support us every times. Specially I would like to thank front office executive Miss. Joshna, Mr. Kartic, Mr.Mohammad, Miss. Madhu, Mr,Srinee & Mr.Venkat all are always willing to help and support me every times. However, every day I find it fresh and impressive. I feel this hotel it’s my second home in Oragdam. Of course, I stayed in this hotel 5 to 10 times. It was a pleasant stay in the spacious Rooms with in-Room Wi-Fi. Well spread complimentary breakfast was everybody's delight. Its restaurant, is quite famous for the quality of food it serves. Mr. Azar & Mr.Debashish are always willing to help us both guys very good services provided. The staff are well trained and courteous. Also, I want to thank house keeping team!! specialy thank to The housekeeping staff Mr. Mukesh is very efficient and he will maintain my room very well and fulfill all our needs. very clean, well appointed room, very comfortable bed, sheets, linen and towels were clean. Good tv, tea coffee maker etc. Washroom is well appointed, shower area, every thing worked fine and well. Also I would like to thank launtry team & Mr.Dinakaran everyday I saw my garments. Excelent service & everyday i see my laundry neat and clean. all credits goes to Mr.Dinakaran keep it up. We have really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visit again.

Room cleanliness good. Bed making supported my special requirements for long stay. Morning buffet is good. Ala carte menu items need improvement for lunch & dinner. Some items in Ala carte menu was not available too. Non availability of alcohol drinks is a disappointment. If Laundry free pieces are 5 or 6nos., that will support daily usage of clothes for a person.

The room was good. I had one very bad experience when eating in the restaurant. Ordered a tenderloin burger which had a big stick, like a wooden spike, inside the beef. I almost bit down on it. Ruined my impression.

Rooms are good, however food is a little setback, buffet menu is not considerate of guests from different regions. Another point is it was almost 4th stay, everytime I have been asked to e sent with alik to join accord membership programs, but no emails/SMSs are actually being sent (Reception has display about the program, but it actually never begun to get me registered), I have been given excuses of as if you book directly, this time you book through MMT etc. but by all means its not been registered, and so by choice I opt for other hotels, in various cities I travel, based on membership benefits

Negatives; 1. At dinner food could be provided in a relative short time or has taken up to 1:45 mins. 2. Food on the menu not always available. 3. Water 95% of the time had a rust color. 4. Sometimes it appeared the wait staff may have forgotten out orders because it was cold. 5. Never a food change in the menu. Positives 1. Rooms were very nice and housekeeping did a great job. 2. The staffing always were courteous and friendly but lacked a senior leader. 3. After many times complaining about the food and service they did on the last two days we were there it was exceptionally good food and service.

There was serious issue of Dirty water at basin when I checked in @ 8.00 pm on 3rd Sept 18. I called your front office manager & shown same. She helped to change the room but problem was there in all the rooms. It was told that your Hot water piping was having issue. Next day morning I got hot water for bath in bucket & that was also dirty. Again I called your front office manager & shown same. Some time it is told me that pipe line issue is resolved . I took bath but it was not good experience. It is not at all expected with hotel like your quality. I feel hotel management can be done definitely better. It is question of Heath & hygiene of your guest. Pl look into these type of issues immediately. This is not acceptable.
