Great overall experience. Booked the hotel for to attend a wedding nearby. We had 2 rooms. One room number 505 smelled of cigarettes, which was a let down. WE did not ask to change room as we managed. However, this is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Another minor issue, is upon the entry gate there is a small speed breaker. When approaching the hotel you are stopped at the gate for a brief check with the gate closed. Once gate is open the speed breaker is not visible. It would be good if the hotel can fix a sign mentioning there is a speed breaker once the gate is crossed. Otherwise the stay was great. P.s. We did not get welcome drink. :(

Dear Accor, I was injured by a glass split (5-6mm) in the carpet in my hotel room in India. Hotel - Mercure Chennai Sriperumbudur Survey Cp 8 Vaipoor, Oragadam, Chennai from: 2. Dez 2018 to: 3. Dez 2018 Room : 610 Booking number 9249SL1500 This happened getting out of my shower and walking in the room. Surely, room was not proper clean after a previous guest broke a glass in the room. Bleeding foot and i was not able to walk properly for 2 days till the wound was properly closed. This was an unpleasant experience and hope will not happen in my future stays in Accor Hotel. During payment time and check out time I wait 40 mint and I got late for my work . Because one day your staff give me 50% discount on food bill but they are not giving discount for next day food bill. And no body told me this discount is only for one day. So my question is how to know customer you are giving discount only for first time visit. When I visit second time and nobody told me no discount for today. During morning breakfast I found Mosquito in my food and I immediately I informed to manager and after that you charge to customer 100% bill this type of food. So I am disappointed with your service.

Quiet satisfied with the stay overall house keeping and laundry is good. Food choices are very limited, I had almost the same breadfast for 5 days -> need to improve. Free wifi should be extended e.g. for another 5 hours after checkout as guest we will stay while waiting for airport pickup at the lobby or restaurant.

The welcome was very warm. The room was quite cosy and better, neat. In the restaurant, I was looked after well by Debashish. Kartic and Jyotsna in the reception were very courteous and genuine. Overall, had a great stay. The only regret is that my stay was only for a day.

« The staff was professional and evrything was managed very well by them. »

The arrangements were good from the start. The vehicle sent for pick up was on time with all amenities like newspaper, water, etc. The driver was courteous. At the reception the staff was ready and check in was done without any delay. The room was nicely done up. In the bathroom there was water leakage which was promptly repaired by the staff. The check out was also smooth and the vehicle also had a courteous driver and all the amenities. Thanks for the hospitality.
