I always prefer to stay ta Pullman Hotel. And as usual the stay at Pullman Hotel, Madina was as per expectation, starting right from Chek-in to Check-out. It was an exceptional stay, with close proximity to the Haram. As always, I strongly recommend to stay at Pullman Hotel.

Check in was good , concearge to be improved , though we requested twice for fruit basket for our club room they didn’t responded, break fast was poor when compared to any good 5 star or any other Accor hotels .

Alhamdulillah it was a good stay at Zamzam Madinah. Service was friendly and helpful and located within a two minute walk to Masjid Nabawi. The closest entrance is towards the front of the masjid which means you are at the beginning of the Jamaat for prayers and is also the closest to Baab as Salam which is the gate of entrance for Riyadh Ul Jannah and the tomb of the Prophet SAW. The room we stayed in was perfect; spacious, clean and with all the amenities. Only thing I would say to improve would be the Azaan volume as we could barely hear it. « good Hotel but with bad overall service »

Excellent and well maintained rooms ..however the customer service definitely need improvement..just imagine to arrive at ~ 3 PM to be checked in at ~ 5 PM !!!!!! This was not during a high season period to justify it no ..just rather due to short of staff ..for us it was a Thursday afternoon/evening which has ruined our plan to spend that night at the holy Prophet's mosque as we were already tired of our long day...People over there do not have any respect for the queue either (even if they are in a 5 star hotel !!) which made the matter even worse ! Just imagine being told (literally) "what do you want " by a receptionist upon my check out !!!!!!

Pullman Zam Zam, is a quality hotel. Lighting in the rooms is a little dim. We were unhappy with that. So they gave us the upgrade. A suite comprising of 2 bedrooms, kitchen/ dinning area, sitting room. Overall we were happy with the service. And would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay there.

RESERVATION PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEY CHARGED ME TWICE BECAUSE double reservation issue with their own mistake. Extremely unhelpful.I have stayed in Five star hotel around different parts of the world but this was one of most uncomfortable experience I have with Reservation people.They don't understand english and plus they dont understand how to handle cuatomers
