Employers aren’t professional they did not know whether the extra bed is free or Not and took him an hour to deliver it and very bad cleanliness I ordered a cup of coffee and the rouge of the last person who used it was still on it

Good hotel, bad shower, bad staff

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. The staff not so friendly. The receptionist couldn't speak English and most of the time just ignored me instead of calling someone else. The shower was cold, so I called for maintenance. (after being ignored in the first call) the guy went there to tell me I only had to let the water flow for a while (10-15min) so it would come out hot. And there was this flyer telling the customer to reuse the towel to help the environment, like they care.

Nice hotel and proximity to a lot of excellent restaurants in Palestine street. The room is very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to my self and others. The two things I have to comments about is the slowness of the elevator and the water faucet in the bathroom. I think you should consider putting a conservative valve in the faucet to conserve water consumption.

The place is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The internet was fast and easy to connect to. There are a number of good restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The gym and sauna are both good also. The bed however is hard and not comfortable. For a business traveler this is a real drawback and maybe not forgivable when we book next time.

I am staying for quite few years in your hotel there were issues from day one then there was an effort to fix them which kept me coming back. However my last two visits were regretful. Hot water is not hot anymore and room service is not visiting the room everyday even every 3 days if you are lucky.

I booked as normally as a brand you can rely on Mercure. Sadly not in this instance. The hotel is very dated. I am a fan of 80’s music but not decor. It is in real need of an update and a very deep clean and please renew the pillows.
