« Quiet, ok but not maintained »

Reception was very nice (Faisal). Room was quite but place weren’t maintained properly. Towels are very old that you can see the thread coming out. The bathroom door cracks at the bottom & too much water comes out during the shower

Hot water in the bathroom is not good. Need to wait for around 5 min for the Hot water .. that too it not Hot only warm water was coming. Also the water flow was very less. I had complained, in 10 in the technician came and his response was very rude. He told that the water is good, both Hot and normal water. he told me that, if you want Hot water change the room. Also in the GYM, we do not have weighing machine this time. In the GYM bathrooms as well the Hot water is not proper.

Always a pleasure to come to this civilised hotel as I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is homely in the best sense as well as neat and clean. The quality of both the staff and the hotel remain fantastic. Their staff were tremendously polite with grade “A” hospitality attitude according to my grading. The location is excellent with a walking distance to Beach. All the facilities were amazing with mouthwatering food quality. Will like to revisit in future too. Family fit!

While the rooms are ok, the linen is old, the water pressure is inadequate, the breakfast menu needs to improve and more importantly the reason I didn't stay this time is because it was the second incident of losing an item

I booked 2 rooms using the room and advance paid. However on check in they told us that they were fully booked and had to share a room. While it was a 2 bedroom suite it meant that we were in close proximity as work colleagues with one a heavy smoker and one was not leaving the smoker having to go downstairs.

I'm always like my stay in Mercure in several countries but this time was not happy - Hot water in toilet not available , I claimed to reception disk in the morning before going to my work but when I came back in the night nothing was happened and maintenance start searching here and there in my room , finally they transferred me to another room after almost 2 hrs interferes and calls I was tired coming after duty and expected the issue solved since morning Also , again for the morning reception disk , I asked for shaving set but takes almost 40 min to deliver it in spite my several calls and the reply " in the way to you "

Overall Experience is very good for a Business Hotel; rooms small but functional yet no space to put your bag on or a master key next to the bed to witch-off the lights. Food quality is ok although breakfast choices can be enhanced
