« Excellent hospitality! »

Without a doubt one of my favorite hotels which I visit frequently with my family. On arrival warmly welcomed by the extremely friendly staff and my room was upgraded with excellent hospitality. The room was comfortable in every way. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. We truly enjoyed walking to the beach which is a few minutes away from the hotel. The restaurant is clean and takes care of proper hygiene. Fresh fruits add charm to the breakfast and one enjoys a variety of preparations. Internet speed was up to the mark. As usual, The entire staff is polite and courteous.

Room is big enough but the location is far from any convenience store and any restaurants. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the food is not good. Its expensive for its price so skip on the breakfast buffet. Clean and good management though as it lives up to Accor standard.

In overall I’m very satisfied. The only problem I had with was at the bath time. The water flows everywhere and did not go where it was supposed to... Then I had to dry everything as soon as I finished taking my shower so I didn’t get my room wet.

-The room is full of flies with bad smell! -Breakfast room is full of flies. Especially fruit corner. -There is no proper frying pan to make fried egg at breakfast and no competent person neither. Very obvious that the person is not cooker, he is just a labour who doesn’t have clue about the job.

I stayed in this Hotel a while back and it was a bit tired it's been updated and is now acceptable, staff are excellent, rooms are comfortable, food is good. The location id good for for meetings in the business district.

Charged higher than I booked on Accor Hotels website, standard rooms, beds too uncomfortable, smell of moisture and humidity, even charged 100 royal for airport drop off in hotel conveyance.

« It was worth what we paid for. »

Staffs are helpful and friendly, and Saudi receptionist are exemplary! They will go an extra mile. Like they helped us translate english to arabic and talked to our careem captain. They are all amazing. Except that the swimming pool is not heated and there is no specific time for females to swim. I hope you can allocate a time for female schedule, and you can also have a female staff to man the pool during female swimming schedules. Thank you.

Room# 114: No hot water. Even after keep the tap open for 5mins there was still no hot water in the washroom, kindly fix this issue as it is causing a lot of water waste and inconvenience. Checkout: Please keep some change/ cash at reception for balance payments for the guests who pay in cash. It was a comedy to watch the front desk staff collect cash from everyone to pay SAR 97 balance back in cash when I checked out. A good practice would be to arrange in advance the balance/ remaining payment for guests who have paid in cash at check-in (put it in room file/folder) rather then to make the G. wait for their balance payment once they check out.
