I was impressed by all of the staff by their polite attitude, the room was comfortable in every way, the restaurant service was attentive and friendly with a variety of delicious dishes and a high-speed WiFi. Easy access to parking and a beautiful beach is close by. Would recommend to anyone staying in this hotel. This time conditioner was missing in the bathroom and a pencil and note pad near phone could help many like me.

I have a very rude behavior from thr receptionist due to a mistake done by the system. I reserved bed and breakfast, he insist me to pay. Refused to see my confirmation e. mail, refuse to check with reservation dept or his deputy manager. He spoke in a non-tactful manner and with rude words and threatened to beat me, even though I am a guest and a golden member of Accor club and at the age of his father and a university professor. Moreover, as a golden member of Accor, I did not get any upgrade or even special treatment, and they overcharged a 22 SR, I discover after the hard time check out. It is a big mistake for the Mercure management to choose a person who is not qualified to sit in the reception and did not qualify him how to treat customers. At last the ressrvation manager came and solve the problem that they initiate, and received an apologize from the hotel manager after a very hard time I never met in my life of 56 years visiting more than 15 countries.

Nice service. Resturant service menu can b better. Very less vegetarian option. Ordered veg pizza but it not even a average one and of bad taste. Hopefully things will be better in my next stay soon to Jeddah.

Overall experience with Mercure was great. We stayed for 2 nights in Mercure for the Jeddah Season. The hotel's location is perfect for tourist who likes to go around South part of Jeddah. Stores & restaurants are very close. Falestin Street and Jeddah Fountain View is just 2 minutes drive. 10 minutes away from Al Balad. They have a basement parking and side parkings around the hotel. Tends to be crowded during the day though. Lobby is clean and staff were friendly. I'm not sure if we got upgraded or not, but thank you Mercure! The room that we originally got in Accorhotels was Superior Room with King Sized Bed. But when we got to the room 315, the room looks like their Junior Suite, one bedroom, with sitting area. Nice! The room was perfect as it was spacious enough for my kids to run around. The room and bathroom were clean. Bathroom supplies & toiletries were complete. Complimentary coffee & tea in the mini bar. The bed was clean and new, no stains at all. Price range per night is perfect. Location is perfect. Restaurants & mini supermarkets are nearby. Really not a problem looking for a place to eat. I'll definitely go back to this hotel may it be for business trips or family trips. Good job! Keep up the good work!

Very small bathroom Very hard and high pillows Airconitioning hits you directly in the face while sleeping and if you switch it off too hot Not very clean bathroom Breakfast buffet is going backwards, no quality items and no proper cooling for cold items and not a good coffee We have got a welcome drink coupon for the first time ever as a golf member, while in my previous stays I was silver and gold member No body to help in the lobby to serve your welcome drink when you want it served I have forgotten a shopping bag in the room and I have called front desk 10 time to ask them to check and no one came back to me While calling the hotel so many times no one answered the calls

It doesn’t feel like a 4 stars hotel. Just s normal 3 stars hotel. The bid disappointment was the bathroom, was not flash !!!!! Was used I believe before I checked in. Also no warm water !!!!!!! They need a quality check for the cleaning services.
