I stayed in this Hotel a while back and it was a bit tired it's been updated and is now acceptable, staff are excellent, rooms are comfortable, food is good. The location id good for for meetings in the business district.

Charged higher than I booked on Accor Hotels website, standard rooms, beds too uncomfortable, smell of moisture and humidity, even charged 100 royal for airport drop off in hotel conveyance.

« It was worth what we paid for. »

Staffs are helpful and friendly, and Saudi receptionist are exemplary! They will go an extra mile. Like they helped us translate english to arabic and talked to our careem captain. They are all amazing. Except that the swimming pool is not heated and there is no specific time for females to swim. I hope you can allocate a time for female schedule, and you can also have a female staff to man the pool during female swimming schedules. Thank you.

Room# 114: No hot water. Even after keep the tap open for 5mins there was still no hot water in the washroom, kindly fix this issue as it is causing a lot of water waste and inconvenience. Checkout: Please keep some change/ cash at reception for balance payments for the guests who pay in cash. It was a comedy to watch the front desk staff collect cash from everyone to pay SAR 97 balance back in cash when I checked out. A good practice would be to arrange in advance the balance/ remaining payment for guests who have paid in cash at check-in (put it in room file/folder) rather then to make the G. wait for their balance payment once they check out.

In general it was fine. Comfy beds, good location near corniche. However, few points needs to be looked at. 1. Breakfast is low in quality, repeated food, limited choices, the pastry were lacking flavour and not fluffy. 2. Rooms and Bathrooms needs modern looks and feeling. Old furniture and outdated colours. But I enjoyed my stay and the staff are very attentive and helpful.

I have been several times there and is my preferred hotel in Jeddah... Staff is polite, amazing and are always ready to help you, anticipate your needs, and the best is they are effective always! My room was comfortable and beautiful, as always. I continue to love how well situated the hotel is to so many locations, including a quick walk to the Beach. Breakfast was full of variety. My room was upgraded without asking and a beautiful Fruit Basket was kept in the room. We will stay here again!

Smelled room “411”. The TV was not working. The staff is good and welcomed .The hotel was good before but now it’s quality is changed. It needs significant maintenance. I don’t think that I will back again.

It was a nice experience. Some basic things could be improved. E.g. Having a socket nearby the bed for overnight charging of mobile or plugging the laptop. Providing a steam iron could have eased the ironing. Air conditioning system could have been improved with better thermostats.
