« the room was clean , housekeeping quite handy to clean the room and bathroom »

we enjoy our stay, first checking time takes 5 minutes, welcome drinks good, room is clean and the bath room as well. they serve fruit basket and snack is excellent we enjoy it. for improvement is about the pool was too cold and i think the jet was not working, bar area is less active no person in the bar. no drinks promo info.no menu.

« Beautiful hotel but could do with some improvement in certain areas »

Fairly satisfied with stay. Beautiful decor. Could have some improvement with some aspects at breakfast. Example, the bubur ayam was cold and too thick as though it had been sitting there too long and the burner was off. When my daughter checked into her room, there were crumbs on the dresser. The drainage for the hand basin wasn't working. Despite these little things, our stay was enjoyable.

The Heritage Solo is a beautiful hotel. Well designed. Employees are very friendly and willing. The rooms are spacey enough! Massage is good. Breakfast is fine. 1 remark: when you are at the pool the service is poor and it takes a lot of time.

Very good. 1. Your access card doesnt work inside the lift. Why the control panel is there? Anyone can just travel up. 2. No "Qiblat" direction for muslim to perform their prayers. Please provide praying mat. 3. Cutleries are not clean - I need to wash again as there are stains. 4. Coffee House is rather slow in service.

How can a stay so rich and pampered be just satisfied. That's glossing over too lightly. Each of our 4 days was made uniquely memorable by Pak Antoine and his ultra-gracious, ultra-warm staff. There was not a moment when someone would come check if we should need anything else, when we are already so engaged with every good thing all around the hotel. That's what I'd call true, utterly sublime hospitability. Facilities and amenities wise, everything was there for us. We needn't ask; never short on anything. Even so, we could see more good things are on the way, to further enrich and enliven this royal property of Surakarta old-kingdom fame. A new process of awakening has well begun under the baton of the inimitable French GM Monsieur Antoine Weinstein. So, for our next trip to Solo, we will not go past this Royal Heritage Surakarta Solo - a MGallery by Sofitel establishment that never fails to satisfy. Thank you, GM Pak Antoine. sorry for late review..been here last month with my fam, had a great stay..the food was excellence..the staff was very helpful,i will never forget when my daughter had a cracked lips because of the weather, and we asked for honey (for mydaughter lipbalm), she (i didnt ask her name) gave us a bowl of honey..there was a mistake on saturday morning we had a morning call, which we didnot ask for morning call at 4.30 am..overall this is a great hotel..thk u

staff all very friendly. trying junior suite this time but suite room not as i expected. they don't have dining table. room also not too big and my closet very hard to push it down. old hotel and need maintenance in some area. no welcome fruit and have machine coffee but they not provided the coffee for it. when i asked for that,they said will charge for it. very weird

The decoration of the hotel was not my favorite one, but the atmosphere create by the friendliness service of the all the staff very extraordinary, it made comfortable to stay at the hotel. Beside, the room was very clean and comfort. The breakfast was very limited choice of food, even though the taste of the food was very good. I definitely will stay again at the hotel for my next visit to Solo.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The room's space was actually enough but it gave a narrow look because of the big table??what i like the most was the hospitality of the staffs. I told about my son's birthday, and he got the bday cake.thank you! Maybe what the hotel should improve is the food.
