This is my second time staying at this hotel. Great location and price. However, there are several things that need improvement. WiFi was rather slow. General cleanliness needs to be worked on. The drinking cups were not clean. The bedsheets had black stains. The tables at breakfast seemed dirty, with some dirty utensils left on the empty tables. Even when they were clean, the napkins below the utensils seemed soiled and used. It was difficult to find a clean table. The cut fruits should be covered with a lid as there were insects flying around. The bin in the bedroom could not open when I stepped on the pedal. The default position of the bin in the toilet should not be right below the towel hooks as the towel hooks are small, my towel dropped into the bin. The towels were not replaced on a timely basis throughout my stay. When I came back to the room in the afternoon, the room was already cleaned, soiled towels removed but not replaced. I had to call to request for bath towels twice and it took them some time. Perhaps they were still drying it as the towels were warm when arrived. On the next day, the room was once again cleaned with no replacement of towels. They subsequently left new towels in the room when I came back later that day. I understand that what is provided in the rooms is not meant to be a refrigerator, but just a chiller. However, I think it does not work well even as a chiller and my drinks felt like almost room temperature. They might have even been cooler if I had just left them in an air-conditioned room. The soundproofing of the rooms is not that great. I could hear trolleys being pushed around the corridors and other people’s chatter. Otherwise, the staff are welcoming and friendly. Welcome drink was served upon checking in. They often greet us whenever we passed by the front desk. They would also help to stop the traffic for us to cross the roads which was greatly appreciated. When we mentioned our departure flight time, they also voluntarily gave advice on the time we should leave the airport. Also checked if we got a taxi when we were leaving on the last day. Overall, I would probably go back again for the location and convenience, considering the price is fair. But I wish the points mentioned above could be worked on.

The hotel location was good, parking was very easy, hotel staff are very warm and professional. Even breakfast was very satisfactory for Ibis class. Unfortunately our room was always very noisy during breakfast time (around 8 to 10 AM) sounds of furniture being moved, lots of banging and other noises. Which was unfortunate because we stated a quiet room as our preference in our accor account. Otherwise it would have been perfect.

I stayed with my husband & 20mos toddler. The hotel has playroom full of toys so my son can play inside. It was very cozy, cool and clean. They have big tv, with playstation To my surprise they also provide baby crib, which i didnt expect for a 3 stars hotel

Staff absolutely amazing. Rooms very comfy. Clean & lifts very quick. On day of earthquake we could not get staff to answer it was scary and exist doors were often closed. Pool area is tired & requires an uplift. More umbrellas. Pool equipment . Music to pool was often not working. Could do with another TV outside as the only one behind the bar is 1/2 hidden by fridge. Breakfast more variety. Also perhaps having a chef cook the eggs in wok in front of the customers. When in the pool part looks like a garage door. Would look good with a painted mural perhaps of greenery. A fountain ?

After check in we found that there’s blood stain on our bed and we asked to reception either change our bed / our room. Then the male reception offered room move to 2nd floor. Thank you for the fast response from FO team. But then on the next day we running out bath gel in dispenser, seems like HK didn’t check properly the bath amenities. But we have left the note upon bfast and they gave us quick service for the makeup room. Overall good experience here, nice bfast, nice staffs.

The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The shower and bathroom were really high standard - deluxe. I booked an overnight stay with breakfast included for a heavily discounted rate - so the value for money was excellent. There were lots of information pamphlets in the room , one about earth quake and tsunami which made me feel like checking out immediately given that I was on the third floor ! Excellent value for money though.
