« A simple and nice place to stay. »

I booked 2 rooms for my family of 5 - a family room and deluxe room. The rooms were side by side and had a connecting door. It was exactly what I wanted so the parents can have the kids nearby. And it wasn't crazy expensive and the rooms even came with breakfast for all of us. The family room had good space and the bathroom was huge with very good shower and a double sink. Rooms were super clean, staff are polite and always smiling. We had a very good and pleasant stay. Overall, well done to you and your staff. I have no complaints at all.

Great staff! Helpful and respectful. The other lace needs tidying, you’re towels needs replacing. It’s off white.some of your fixtures need fixing. The wall where the Tele is cracked. The hanger is broken.the luggage bench is broken.but the people are making my stay better with my mum and brother.

when i check in the bed is look like some one already sleeping in my bed..the bed sheet was not tidy and not fresh. no complimentary water..means sone one took the botle alredy..so i just check in only 2 hours and am check ing out..very bed experience..

i stay in this hotel regularly. the front office staff is excellent. they are fast and efficient. my only slight concern in the housekeeping. this time they forgot to empty my trash bin in my last day. well it is not a big disaster cause i stayed alone and i did not have much trash. but it still become my concern

« Good choice hotel on a budget »

We were here for 5 nights towards the end of our trip in Bali . We wanted to try out Seminyak on a budget as we didn’t plan to stay in the hotel much. It worked out for us. The room was on the small side but clean and well appointed for a 3 star hotel . Their beds was the best! So comfy and we all slept so well on it . The staff are friendly and always greeted you with a smile . Breakfast was ok but it was enough to keep us satisfied . The food at the restaurant was decent & affordable. I didn’t use the pool but it looked ok for the size. Just not enough lounge chairs so get there early. The location wasn’t my favourite but the hotel offered shuttle service around the Seminyak area which we used a lot. Overall, it was a fine stay . Just one thing for the hotel. Please provide hand towels in the rooms. That should be a standard requirement
