first of all, I have to admit I do not have any experience in hotel management. One day, when I stayed at ibis hotel Petitenget, I went out at 9.00 AM and returned at 02.00 PM to drop off my things. I found out that my room wasn't cleaned yet. I don't want to be judgmental, probably there are several work shifts. But that was quite disappointing

My name not even correct, its R. Rifsadin, not R. Risafadin. I arrived around 7:21 PM and you don't have my reservation. You want me to fill up an empty registration card, the room is not ready yet you put me in a room with a twin bed, extremely in a corner side. It's a big no-no for a female solo traveler. Front Office team promised to get back to us regarding the benefit we get unfortunately we heard nothing that we decide to talk to the Manager on Duty who briefly knows what exactly happened. I ask the guy in the Front Office if I could move to the room closer to the elevator and in one King Bed as I travel alone. Him, with his unfriendly face saying he will let me know because you don't have one while actually, it's available when I book online through the Accor Website. I went back to the room on Tuesday and find that my laundry is not in the room yet while in the form stated: "if it's picked up before 9 am then it will be done same day by 6 PM." So I called the operator he said he will call me back. Unfortunately, instead of calling me back, the Laundry attendant decides to just KNOCK MY DOOR even I Put DO NOT DISTURB SIGN. I give up about the laundry, it's never in the room even though I put it before 8 AM, I put the Same Laundry Service sign in the door and back from work after 10 PM every single day. The laundry list is not even available on Wednesday and Thursday that I have to write it in a note. On Thursday, I speak to the lady politely that I have my laundry to be picked up and if she could inform laundry to just send it whenever it's ready would be appreciated. She, in fact with her UNFRIENDLY face nods her head, and not looking into my face when I ask about our shuttle. Same bad thing happens on Thursday, when we were in the shuttle, the place that we are going to is only 1 km away, actually. He didn't drop us first, that we thought he will drop another three guests with us. Potato Head is in the right side but then in front of Motel Mexicola he impolitely saying "I will drop you at the gate later not inside" and he's with his overconfidence stop in front of Ku De Ta saying "I drop you here you can walk inside" I was like excuse me? don't you want to read where should we going it's Potato Pead, not Ku De Ta. Wow, we're surprised someone works in front line not knowing Potato Head and could be so arrogant in doing a mistake to their guest. The only Lady I'd like to give a compliment is Sabrina in Front Office, she's doing her service sincerely. To be honest, staying in three stars hotel never in my preference, but I trust ACCOR to look after our stay which we're wrong in putting our expectation. Front Liners are arrogant, not sure because we're Indonesian or we didn't pay our bill under our personal expense, but it shouldn't be the part of parameters, Disappointed. I hope I don't have to go back.

Dear Ms. R., First and foremost, I do apologize for the inconvenience we may cause you. Clearly you did not enjoy your experience with us and personally I deeply sorry to hear that. Obviously a breakdown in communication, it should not be the case. It does not happen very often but never the less it still does and it comes as a sharp reminder that complacency at our level is not an option. We are investigating the negative elements you describe, involving our Chief Security with all the staffs related and cctv for deeper follow up. I will email you separately for the full result starting from your reservation booked to our hotel until departure. Thank you for the feedback. Once again, indeed I apologize for the series of events hence I appreciate the mention of the associate who did leave a positive impression- Shabrina. I always give the utmost importance to guest comments as it helps me to see wider, improve and continually provide the best guest experience possible. The hotel is well located, the pool is nice, but the rooms are very noisy, we stayed for 5 nights and every morning since very early we could ear a lot of baggage being pulled, also the cleaning cart. The staff must be trained with better english skills.

we have stay a number of times here and the staff welcome you back with bright smiles and great service. On the first day I asked to speak with the manage but she was not available at the time so I asked if she could contact me. The reason for my meeting request was to express my disappointment with the condition of the pool area which had numerous broken tiles with sharp edges and just generally dirty. I never had any contact from the manager.

You've got a lovely hotel, lovely staff, wonderful room as well as services. However, one thing that kept me thinking if I should return to your hotel the next time I'm in Bali is your food.... You've got the basics, bread and stuff, but there's no meat or ham to add to the bread section. Some food are so local that I couldn't eat. You can't have just beef sausage as a selection, please add other kinds of meat, please change the food you provide. I grew bored the moment I saw what you have (I'm not a pick eater but oh my). That's my only comment.

Hotel is located at a good location. Is near to café, restaurants, shopping malls and beaches. They also provide complimentary shuttle bus service for in-house guests. Front office and housekeeping staffs are very helpful.

We loved staying at Ibis styles Seminyak. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were serviced daily and the food was beautiful. It was close to the beach, restaurants and shops but removed enough for quiet evenings. We definately look forward to returning.

Staff very friendly and helpful . Room very clean . Fridge on full cold but did not get much colder than warm . Not enough hanging space . Overall would stay again . All staff from reception to cleaners and especially wait staff in restaurant were more than helpful .
