Nice service and perfect location. The hotel is very new and unforgettable imagination of the big swimming pool hahaha. Recommend strongly to everyone need to catch the early flight! Will come again! !

Our hotel located in a developing district, as you see, the new IKEA-LIVAT Centre beside our hotel is under construction, I am so sorry for the bad view outside and any inconvenience due to this project, but I think these shortfalls will improve in the near future. Besides, according to your survey, I find you are not satisfied with the WiFi linking in your room, I have told our Engineering Dept. to check it, and also I have marked this preference "High speed WiFi” in your profile, so that we can check your room in advance for your next visit. According to your feedback "Rooms can have bigger storage space & assigned to people who stay longer." I feel sorry about that we have another two kinds of bigger room, the Studio Room and the Suite, I think they are better for a longer stay, If you book the room inadvance , the price will also good. The second question you mentioned is "in-house shuttle bus". Actually, we do have a free hotel shuttle bus, maybe this information was inconspicuous , so you did't see it, you can call the concierge for details next time. Dear All, The room 709 was actually in maintenance with AC, but front office still sold to me, because got communication between in front office to engineering after I called a support then I knew that, since when I was back hotel around 10pm, then took a shower , went into room feel so so cold, after checked AC which was always on 20degrees and could not rise up any more . The front office invites to my change other room, but I said too late at that time so tire to move. I requested a warmer from housekeeping. The second day when I came back room at 5pm from outside , I have not seen any notes on the table from front office which invite to me change to other room if I need that, I was so disappointed. No meaning I really wanna change, autually just stay 2 nights, keep easy was fine, but Accor service is higher standard, always do somethings needs to do in advance before guest do any queries. The fitness facilities’s room in fitness center, I no idea the few young people who are staffs or members came from outside, worked out inside, they made so noisy and always talked rude words by shanghainese and mandarin . I like the bed which felt so comfortable, the room looks also ok.

New and clean ,very helpful staff.very nice setup hotel comfortable bed nice shower room and toilet.the only inconvenience is the transport.taxi takes us from putong airport to the hotel cost rmb250.from hotel do not have public transport nearby.over all this is a very comfortable nice hotel.

If you don't have many luggage, maybe you can take the Line 2, but need to find the airport shuttle to get Line 2 first , and may take at least 1 hour to our hotel. Because of training, I booked Novotel hotel, it's good hotel. even there is public construction there, but it's convenient to highway and many restaurants under SOHO building.

The room is Novotel style. But I can't find the switch of night-light in the room. It's surprised to me is that the service call informed me only 4 bottles of water are free to each room. If we request more, we have to pay for that. I stayed many hotels more than 100 nights per year, including Accor hotels and also Novotel. I was never informed that there is 4 bottles of water limiting police for Accor hotels. Actually, I was not got room upgrade. The front desk never mentioned upgrade when I checked in the room. They even forgot to give me the drink voucher.
