This hotel is a hidden gem. The facilities are very good and the staff is extremely dedicated to service. Nice clean and quiet room. High speed WiFi. This is my best hotel experience so far. The location is good for the metro, which mught be faster thank car in Shanghai.

« VERY NICE MODERN HOTEL WITH ALL AMENITIES, GREAT ROOMS, AND CONVENIENT LOCATION »

Superb overall experience, great room, fantastic breakfast, quick taxi service,... Only issue was with the Gourmet Bar that initially refused to serve me a welcome beer, saying that alcool was not included (only spirits and champagne are not included). So not good and very cheap attitude.

When felt threatened by a bad driver who requested over charge and not issuing a receipt, Mr. Decker was on my side; tried to fix the situation and called to taxi company and gave me the receipt. His suport was really thanksful!!!

Room 605 had no natural ventilation, should have informed while check-in. Welcome drink menu was not welcoming at all (returned back the coupon), below par! Choice of food limited but the taste was satisfactory. The staff were quite polite and humble.

It was alright. I think the room design is not well-thought out in terms of: 1) toilet size - too small. Take a look at Minimax’s bathrooms. 2) doors in toilet and shower - sliding doors make a better use of space to get into or out of shower or toilet. 3) fake exterior toilet door and closet doors - no point and from a design perspective makes no sense. 4) power card - you are encouraging wastage.

Well, I was staying at the hotel for a one night coz I had the morning flight to Beijing. It was really nice. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. All I asked them they did immediately! Oh, yeah breakfast was very delicious
