Hotel arranged room 646 to me when I checked in, I felt very bad that the room had bad smelling (odour) coming from drainage, I did complained to front desk after I stayed in this room for 4 nights. The front desk manage checked the room with me and confirmed my finding and I appreciated him to change a suite to me. What a pity that I stayed in this odour room for 4 nights but only stay in a clean room for one night only. The front desk manager promise your hotel will not sell this bad room before the problem be fixed. The manager in 11/floor Nina was also very helpful, she and the front desk manager service level were performing to my entire satisfaction. I would like to give a credit to them

I enjoyed my stay, but was disappointed in the room. The sofa was extraordinarily uncomfortable and I would have changed rooms except that online images of the other available room choices all included the exact same sofa. In addition, the room did not include a full length mirror, so it was impossible to view the appearance of my wardrobe before departing the room. And finally, the lighting was very difficult and inconvenient to control. Lighting of the sink area was especially poor with just a single spotlight and no general lighting. Also, one could not activate lighting over the sink without activating the very noisy exhaust fan. Finally, the distance to the elevator was extraordinarily long (approximately 100 yards).

Inspite of allotted a non smoking room had a trouble of cigarette smoking smell at the room. Very little options a vegetarian food on the morning breakfast. Being many Indians stay at your hotel probably Indian vegetarian food availability would be the advantage of attracting more Indian customers.

The hotel is located around the Shanghai Hongqiao area and therefor the train station and airport are easy to reach. Though do not forget this is not the city center and thus a rather concrete area. The employees all are friendly and service orientated. The first hotel of Accor Group in China who asked me what I wanted to drink at my breakfast. There are still some renovations going on at the moment. Allthough the soundproof windows are pretty good, it wont stop you from hearing them start at 6am.

Very nice hotel but rooms could be cleaned better. The bathroom floor was not cleaned properly and the room was dusty. Quality of the food in the hotel restaurants could be improved significantly. Staff are great but the food is a let down.

Accor member welcome line not closed so I went there as I am Gold member, had to wait 10min to be told that Computer is not working and I finally pass after all non members. Even if the staff saw I was waiting she even did not let me know not to wait here, I had to first take and then she explained that I had to come to other counter. What a bad welcome, think the Priority Line should be a real one like airlines are doing for their members. Out of that room was upgraded and pretty good, except that I made a special request at pre-booking not to have a room on construction site and guess what I was exactly on it ! Out of that I will describe breakfast as so so

We are working on problems you mentioned in your feedback. First one was our service professionalism, I am awfully sorry that our staff didn't let you feel welcome for the first time. Obviously, they need an intensive skill training and raise service awareness. Sorry again for any inconvenience that caused. And we will check our computers frequently to ensure all things work well. The second, construction noise, please make sure we have mark your room preference in your profile, quiet room, far away from construction area, as our a loyal Gold member, we are willing to free upgrade your room in priority, if you have any special requests, please feel free to let us know next time. The last main question was breakfast quality, we do renew breakfast menus seasonally, I appreciate if you can share more details with us. Any suggestions, at anytime, are always welcome.
