« Comfortable and convenient »

We were attending an event at the Liverpool Exhibition Centre so it was extremely convenient for that, close to Albert Dock and a short walk into the City Centre. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Really good buffet breakfast that set you up for the day.

I've never stayed at Pullman hotels before but will definitely do this again. Everything from the check in procedure to breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean, convenient and offered a great view

« Liverpool Pullman a wonderful location with amazing views »

We were welcomed by Becky at Liverpool Pullman who was well informed about our reservation and congratulated us on our anniversary,well done Becky.Our room(739) was spotlessly clean and well appointed.The extra touches were lovely,a greetings card and some chocs and fruit.We would have liked an extra easy chair so that we could enjoy the views out over the river together.Some drawer space would have been good.

« Enjoyed our stay at the Pullman, most of the staff very good, as always one lets you down, this one is in your restaurant. »

The only problem was in your restaurant, on Monday night 4-3-19 we went to have a meal in your restaurant only to be told they were not taking anymore bookings, the restaurant certainly was not full about half the tables were empty, I don't think this member of staff wanted to be there so just took it upon herself not to take anymore bookings. We did get a table and after about 30 minutes the diningroom was down to four tables including the one we were siting at.

« The hotel was lovely but ... »

...although I have booked and payed months in advance and requested a room with a nice view as we were there for my husbands 40th we still ended up with a room on the side of the building overlooking the commercial areas :( There was a card for my hubby which was a nice touch. I still have not received my invoice which according to the info after online checking was supposed to be emailed to me. The £100 on my credit card is still pending... Otherwise nice hotel and great location but things werent as I expected...

Room and location were fantastic, breakfast was spot on. Reception staff were lovely on check in and dining. Where the place is let down is by the miserable breakfast serving staff, sullen, slow bar staff and the unhelpful checkout assistant that refused to even try to book a taxi for me and advised I walked to the train station in the howling gale and pouring rain. Nearly missed my train home and had to walk to the nearby mall 15 minutes away to get a taxi.

The hotel is in a great location for the arena nad exhibition centre. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. Views from the top floors are brilliant.

My wife and I stay here whilst visiting my mother. We like the location and the rooms are very comfortable. I've used the Online check in with mixed results, sometimes I get in quickly, other times I have a slight wait, generally it's worth the effort, except, I have yet to receive an electronic copy of my bill until I fill out this questionnaire!

My wife treated me to two nights in a suite at the hotel for my 75th birthday, from the moment we walked through the door on arrival till we departed every thing was superb. The only issue we had was problems with the card key entry system, we could not open our room door. However two of your maintenance men ( true Scousers) cam to our assistance and sorted the problem out very efficiently. Please give them our regards and thanks for a job well done

Wonderful, great room. Luvly food. Breakfast exceptional. Not really sure about checking in at a table with a receptionist using an ipad? 10 mins max from city centre.
