« Liverpool Weekend »

Fantastic 2 night stay in the Pullman , arrived Friday night and had a Deluxe room on the 8th floor with an amazing view of the Mersey and the Wheel of Liverpool , however the next day we were told there was an issue with the room adjacent to ours and wanted to move us and upgrade to a Premium Deluxe (with a free mini bar we weren't going to argue ) room view wasn't as good however but after 3 glasses of wine we didn't notice lol . Close to the Arena which is why we were there ( Deacon Blue ) .. Could not fault this hotel , rooms , staff , gym , breakfast all superb . We will be back in February when we come to see Tears for Fears...

This was my 4th stay at the Pullman Liverpool and as always it was excellent special shout out for for mark and dave in the night shift team they are truly fabulous at what they do and should be rewarded for what they do only slight complaint is day time bar staff there just isn’t enough of them

Very poor, stayed in Pullman hotel on business many times and this was the worst experience. General public in the bar area, not enough staff on the bar, yes I am a silver member with a free drink voucher. Couldn’t use it as the queue was horrendous. I will not be staying in n Accor hotel again.

I found the hotel very conveniently located, very close to the Albert Dock and within easy walking distance from the citry centre. The room was spacious and modern and clean. Breakfast was excellent!

Generally good, but as a business owner who had booked rooms for employees to attend a conference, it was disappointing and nonsensical that the hotel would only give me the points for two rooms rather than the three I had booked. Marriott do not do this and actually reward clients for bringing corporate business. This will certainly prevent me from putting my staff in the hotel in future.

Nice hotel lovely rooms bit disappointed though that the cleaners were knocking on my door at 9am Saturday morning waking me up to clean the room even though we hadn't checked out and check out was at 12.

As usual it was fab.staff great .room lovely and clean.only bother was that in the exec lounge when evening snacks came out it was cheese meat and bread.as a vegan i could only have bread my mums a vegi but couldnt have the cheese as it was overlaid by meat.schoolboy error! Also the coffe machine didnt work in the morning.

One comment I would make- there was a lot of us staying at the hotel who were at an event 10 minutes away. When we got back to the hotel at midnight after the event was finished, the bar was closed due to a problem with your system. A lot of revenue was lost because no one was able to think outside the box and find a way to let hotel guests have a drink. Shame because otherwise the hotel and staff were excellent!

« Very attentive without being overpowering »

All staff were very friendly and polite. The seats in the foyer were all very comfortable. Everywhere was very clean. Especially pleased with the attention we received from Ian Young after we returned from the show we watched at the Echo Arena. The buffet breakfast that we paid for was fantastic. The quality of the hot food was excellent and the choices of healthy and cold was exceptional. I would definitely recommend to anyone that it is worth a stay.

Easy on line check in. Room was spacious, nicely decorated with great views. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom luxurious. Loved the large walk in rain shower. The bar was average price for a hotel, but a bit disappointed with draught beers. Tetley bitter? Friendly staff all round and check out was very swift. Extremely handy for the Echo Arena where we'd been, will definitely come back.

check in and check out was very good invited to the executive lounge where the fridge did not work and all drinks were warm Restaurant closed Monday Night Another night kitchen did not read my order right but staff comped it. Unable to use the covered access to the conference centre as it was locked. A conference centre choice but if I have to go outside in the rain to go the conference I can go to another Hotel
