« Anniversary weekend »

Saturday night stay for our 39th anniversary was made a delight by the staff at Pullman. The room upgrade and use of Executive lounge were excellent. This is a first class hotel with staff who try to do the maximum for guests with the minimum of fuss. Room was well equipped and very clean. Bathroom had a large shower area and again well equipped. The Wheeler's restaurant is excellent and the Summer Menu had a variety of interesting disches including Swordfish.

Everything about Pullman Liverpool was just perfect, The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and the beds a dream. And not forgetting a happy chappie as room complete with 50inch tv with sky sports and bt sports. A fabulous place to stay, will definitely be visiting again. Well done X

Great location. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Room immaculate and great view. Food was delicious and dining staff went out of their way to help with gluten free options. Will definitely recommend the hotel to other people.

The staff were uniformly excellent. Room ok with a good outlook and quiet as I had requested. but maintainence/housekeeping need thorough checking. The fridge wasn't working properly, the bathroom floor needed scrubbing or replacing. The bed was very comfortable, great nights sleep. Non GF breakfast, large variety. Coeliac breakfast choice/offerings ( notwithstanding chef cooking fresh omelette) very, very poor. I had notified the hotel of my specific dietary needs, but apart from the great service from the chef, I was extremely disappointed. 'Katie' was kind and courteous - I was rather upset because the breakfast is very much part of a hotel stay.

Great location with parking, lovely new contemporary hotel. Loved the check in quick and friendly, great bar staff and choice of drinks. Fantastic breakfast wide varied choice. lovely spacious rooms and bathrooms. Would have been a 10 if there had been a pillow menu or better pillows, but that is a minor issue.

Everything was average - fine but not up to the expected standard. The room was poorly maintained. The boiler was leaking and very noisy, so it was difficult to sleep. Hotel staff continuously said they would 'pass it on' but nobody seemed to take responsibility. Mini bar was empty. Overall, disappointing and I will not stay again. When mentioned at check out, nobody was bothered .

Hotel was lovely, in a great location. Staff were very friendly. Bedrooms are fantastic. I was however really looking forward to breakfast, but I was very disappointed. It was chaotic! We were seated at a table someone else had already been seated at. We had to ask for coffee and how we could get some as this wasn’t explained. Food was good, with a good selection.

Great stay at the hotel. Room was lovely, nice enough View. Bit manky behind the bins where others had threw teabags so left stains down the wall. Only 1 Robe and slippers. No big deal. Great base for what we wanted to do

Experience perfect as usual. This time maybe the fb staff was understaff , but in the morning long queue to have bkf and long queue to drink a glass of wine. Besides that, the room was perfect and clean. I should say that the check-in was not Heartist at all. Looks like receptionist has all the questions to ask and seems like she doesn’t care. I work for Accor and I train my staff to be more warm I think. But everything was ok of course. Very polite guy in the bar! Amazing breakfast! One of our favorite from all Accor Uk! Congrats :) Thank you very much for everything! We will come back surely

From the welcome at reception, to the room, lounge, dinner and check out, the whole stay was first-class. The upgraded room and welcome drink vouchers together with the room keys were all ready and available for Chris to carry out a flawless check-in. The upgraded room on the executive floor was very well equipped and a delight. The room gave access to the executive lounge which was comfortable and well stocked with beers and wines as well as coffee/tea and snacks. The breakfast was simple but did include smoked salmon. We booked a table in the Wheeler's restaurant - the window table was reserved for us. Our server, Abigail, was an absolute delight; attentive, helpful, smiling and professional. Abi brought us a glass of bubbly for our anniversary - arranged by Duty Manager Stefan!! As the weather was warm, mitigated by the excellent A/C, we ate from the Summer menu which gave a wide choice of dishes for both starters, mains and desserts.
