We were blown away with all aspects of the night we spent with you. Check in A*, Room A*, Staff A*, the rest A*, Not like me but I cannot fault any aspect of your hotel. Fabulous value for money and we will be staying with you again. Also check out Trip Advisor under Mrs Fussy Lincolnshire!!!!

I loved the view from the room and the friendliness of all the staff. The bathroom was clean. I liked the decor of the common areas and the location was good. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet so I slept very well. Breakfast was a high point - great range and one of the best cooked breakfasts I’ve had in a hotel. Only negatives - service in the bar and restaurant was very, very slow and I was overcharged. This was just a mistake as the bar was very busy but I think that business could have been predicted and perhaps more staff available. And the room was looking a little tired in places - some stains on the window seat for example. Overall the hotel had a very welcoming feel which was wonderful to experience

Nice welcome and smooth check in, very friendly and polite staff, room of a very high standard with amazing views, ate in the restaurant on the two courses for £20 offer, soup very nice just missed a bread roll, steak and veg were lovely only thing to let it down was the potato as it was dry . Service in the restaurant very good . Breakfast is one of the best I have had... very tasty lots of choice and again great service . check out was quick and smooth I would 110% stay here again. Big well done to all the team who are doing a fantastic job.

The check in process was seamless and friendly - felt like a real welcome. The room was superb and at all points a long the way we were greeted by proactive and enthusiastic staff. Breakfast was amazing - only helped by the service from the F&B Manager - a real showman.

We chose to stay at the Pullman Liverpool having stayed previously, and were impressed by previous stay. On this occasion, we had landed into Manchester Airport, and decided to travel to 50 minutes or so to this hotel based on our previous experiences. On arrival, the lobby area was incredibly busy, filled by what seemed like a coach tour or conference event over spilling into the area. However the lady who checked us in was incredibly polite and very efficient, all of the hotel facilities were explained, and also helped advice on the best place to park the car. She explained that the room grade was an upgrade. The room - we were allocated a corner room, which was very comfortable and clean, with great views of the river. The facilities in the room were high quality such as the shower room and in room entertainment, for which we remember on our previous stay. Bar - on arrival we were presented with a complimentary drink voucher, which clearly states a complimentary drink, or two if room is occupied by two people. When ordering the drinks at the bar, we were question as to why we were ordering two, and informed we would need to pay for the second drink. I drew attention to the detail on the back of the voucher, to which I was then asked, are you both in the same room. I replied that we were, this made us feel slightly uncomfortable since we are both Male, although I appreciate that this was likely unintentional, I do not understand the rational with being questioned over such, this simply demonstrated what felt like aggrogance, and made for a very uncomfortable and awkward position. Since house cocktails are part of the complimentary offering, we decided upon ordering a cocktails each, to which we were informed "don't bother ordering cocktails, we have no ice". My partner then decided on a draught beer, I asked for a glass of wine, the type of which I cannot recall, but was informed this was not available, I accepted whatever was available just to conclude the engagement with the bar tender. Having decided that we did feel we wanted to sped evening in the hotel bar, we walked into town. Executive Lounge. - this was the most disappointing lounge I have experienced in any Accor hotel. Poorly stocked, stale food, dirty plates, dishes and Wine glasses. The evening consisted of a plate of cold meats, which had curled at the ends, and cheeses that had been obviously left for some time. Breakfast the following morning, stale bagels, smoked salmon which was not chilled, and cream cheese that had started to almost split due to being left at room temperature. Check Out - Again a very nice experience checking out, very polite supervisor who offers to assuage with any onward travel arrangements. We will likely use the Pullman Liverpool again, however hope not to experience the same on future visits.

Beautiful room. Attending a conference. Bridge to conference centre open/closed timings were poor. Breakfast was not great (sausage, bacon, egg). Other items ok. Service in bar in evenings for food and drinks terrible. No system seemed to be in place. Although bar staff were nice and helpful. Maybe not enough staff on duty during breakfast and in evening when a large conference is using the hotel for delegates.

Lovely stay in a second floor executive room. Spotlessly clean room with a huge emperor bed which was very comfortable. Good breakfast selection. Hotel is ideally positioned for both waterfront and city centre attractions. Staff both welcoming and attentive. Will be back!

All very good as always. The room did feel a little on the cold side, (not a big problem) It would have been nice to find a blanket in the wardrobe. The staff were as always great. Breakfast was one of the best ever.

Overall very good, ideal location as I was attending an event at the exhibition centre next door. only downside limited parking, which had to paid for seperately.

I have stayed in Pullman London before and had good time in there, that's the reason I choose Pullman Liverpool this time. But when we first arrived, the floor for my room (340) is dirsty. Also the room is set up for one (one water, one towel and bathrobe). And the worse thing is that when we came back at the night time, I found out the drain in the shower is blocked, I had to try to fix it when I covered in wet water. We have complained to the reception in the following morning and she told us they have known about it. I just wonder, if the hotel has known about the problem for this room, why u didnt fixed it before u put the customer in it? I am really unhappy with the staying.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Quick easy check in. Gorgeous room with fantastic view of the river and wheel. Best shower ever. Breakfast was very good with huge choice. Orange juice was really nice. staff really nice.
