Hotel was well presented, check in a bit strange at the desk, receptionists sorted my room issue quickly and even upgraded me which was massivly appreciated.

When checking into the hotel and our actual room, we were very happy with the helpful and friendly staff. In contrast we were very dissatisfied at breakfast. The breakfast seating area was not particularly busy and yet we had to wait 15 minutes for a table to be cleared for us eventhough there were waiting staff wondering around - eventually the manager took charge having seen our prolonged wait and cleared the table. We were told that staff would take our hot drinks order - 20 minutes later, despite not being busy and waiting staff wondering around I had to catch the attention of a member of waiting staff to make them aware that we still had not had our drinks order taken. At 10.30am I went to get some carrot juice at the juice bar and was abruptly told that there was none left and no more was going to be made. I found this whole experience very disheartening and disappointed as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The chef was really nice and so we're front of house - however the waiting staff experience for us was very below a 4* star standard.

I returned to this hotel after my marriage in July and received really warm greeting. My husband and my daughter also felt like getting back home. This hotel has so friendly staff from the reception to the restaurant. My daughter was so excited to meet sweet Hannah again and gave her a big hug and kisses. Besides Hannah, my husband and I think our daughter got another new friend after the stay - Paul. She doesn't like having early breakfast. However, she was looking forward to breakfast during our stay there because she did enjoy having fun time with Paul. We plan to travel to Liverpool at least twice per year and absolutely consider Pullman Liverpool as our home to return from now.

Arrived at The Pullma for our first stay and have to admit we were very impressed, check in was smooth and when we arrived in our we were very happy, lovely room, plenty of space and spotlessly clean. Beautiful bathroom and everything worked!!

My wife and I unexpectedly had the opportunity for a child-free overnight stay and we didn't hesitate to book here having had such a good experience last time. Check-in was quick and easy and the care that we received couldn't be surpassed, so credit to the front of house team for that. Room etc were all fabulous again confirming to us that we'd made the right choice and to top off the experience, the breakfast next morning was wonderful. We wish now we'd gone down a bit earlier so we could have taken more advantage of it. W'll certainly be back again and soon hopefully!!

The room was modern and well appointed with a large comfortable bed. The location on the waterfront and close to the Albert Dock but also walking distance to shops and clubs was great. My only complaint is that at breakfast staff appeared to be overworked. On both mornings we had a wait too long for coffee (on the second day it arrived after we had finished eating).

Could be improved in many areas. Food & menu choices for dinner quite limited. Much better to eat out with a good range of choices within 10 to 15 minutes walk. Good location and view from bedroom 732 was very nice.

The room, as has always been the case, was clean and all the toiletries, hospitality tray etc were as they should be. The staff were very welcoming and were aware of issues that had arisen during a previous stay which was very reassuring and made me, as a guest, feel like I mattered. The welcome card from the manager was a really nice touch. The standards of professionalism have always been high and I noticed no change in this, which is lovely. Excellent hotel and staff. Just one comment : as a platinium member, I was not informed about the lounge access (I discover there was a lounge after my stau), but the upgade to a corner room with a beautiful vue to the cathedral was really appreciated

Had a marvellous 2 nights at Liverpool Pullman. Every single member of staff was professional and clearly focussed on providing exceptional customer service. We booked a river view room and the views were spectacular. The room itself was large, very comfortable and scrupulously clean and well serviced.

The staff were very professional and friendly. Our room was large and airy but also quiet. There is a free movie channel on the TV which we thought was a nice touch. The restaurant food was excellent. This is a hotel in which we will stay again.
