1st of all thank for nice decoration room, everything is fine except one, we asked whether any wine opener available , the receptionist said will send to our room. We wait for almost half and hour & called for few times they keep on said ok and on the way. Finally they came but with a drink opener not wine opener, we described again and they went down again, then we wait again for some time, at the end the staff told us the hotel don have wine opener. And one more thing, everytime when check in I asked for how to I get the membership privilege/ discount by using membership to do the booking (bcoz I cant see any price difference book as member and non-member, every time I get different answer form the receptionist.), sometimes, found that using other web agent doing the booking even cheaper. Wish to know how the membership privilege work else feel like not necessary to have the membership.

The room was clean. I did not find any bugs inside. Staff were kind. They could remember my name and room number after staying several days. However the location of hotel was far away from shops. Every time I needed Grab to travel and eat.

Overall is good. The downside is the basin was choked. Feedback to the operator and it seems like it was cleared afterwards. Intriguingly it choked again the next day.

Rooms and breakfasts here are of better quality than most ibis styles hotels. Outstanding service/recognisation from staffs like Roshidi and Femi made us feel super special and welcomed back. Downside-Price has gone up quite alot.

Friendly managerial, local staff & chef especially at cafe...keep up the good efforts. Need improvement on lighting at carpark ; please replace broken bulb/s as the certain areas are dimly lighted. Suggest to have security patrolling at carpark area.

Got upgraded but it's a wheelchair accessible room. Construction next to the building is a bit loud and all the Chinese tourists are irritating especially in the morning where they shouted from one end till the other end. I hope the management read this. They should separate tour group with other normal guests.

So impressed with the big improvements of the restaurant/ cafe setup, looks cozy, bright n clean. Went down to have our buffet breakfast, shocked to see de huge changes for FIT Corner where we found all staffs with their sweet smiling faces n warmth greeting to all guests, that really made us feel VVIP to them, especially de tall staff name Femi who treated us very well n kind. What a WOW !! when we found de special coffee maker where we could make our coffee n tea at de other corner!! An additional few items such as pastries, cupcakes, cute porch eggs, and its very yummy !! Like de way they displayed de foods especially Nasi lemak corner, neat n presentable ! Staffs are really friendly ! We are so touched when staff Femi brought over 2 freshly brewed coffee to our table. We supposed to rate our 12-nite stay for 9/10 but due to de very arrogant n snobby HouseKeeping Manager (didn’t talk nor greeted us after we made a complaint during our last month visit) therefore we rate for 5/10. De hse keeping staffs Ali n Delwa are more friendly n professional than de Manager I would say.

The location was difficult to find maybe due to the construction near by.my check in was fast and quick and f.o staff were really helpful. Restaurant Setup looks nice and F n B Staff are professional,polite and very friendly with a good service. buffet breakfast special corner make we are welcome to the restaurant and food selection good and coffee & tea selection is the best and nasi lemak area looks presentable.my experience at the cafe was excellent and outstanding.the gim was nice but no cup to drink water after my workout and the car park is too small but my overall experience great

Positives Friendly helpful staff Great bed and pillows, even have small bolsters, Luxurious array of towels -( most other 3 star hotel supply one thin towel ) Cold quiet air conditioning Solid soundproof windows and doors ( tour groups can be very noisy and over excited ) Best chicken curry and Nadi lemak for breakfast Noticed improvement in breakfast selection last week Free parking

We had a 3 days stay in Ibis Damansara. The room cleanliness, comfort and basic facilities were more than adequate and the staffs were facilitating. The construction nearby does lessen the whole experience though.
