Improvement 1. Towel is very smell 2. Toilet: after used, long time is remove smelly 3. Bathroom size is extremely too small. 5. Breakfast food was finished, not quickly to fill in back. Wait half hour to waiting. Not shown food name in written signage. 6. When check in, not told guest which floor got gym, food, etc. Good 1. Check in and check out time is very fast 2. What we like : firm mattress n good pillows, cleanliness of the room, strong water pressure, excellent wifi, pleasant staff What we don't like : isolated location, shower and bathroom glass doors, the sink's water splash towards the bed due to partial partition, extremely slow service for lunch (we waited for about one hour)

Everything was fine but the noise from adjacent room especially during midnight was totally unwelcome. Please make sure each guest is being well informed to remain silent as supposedly a hotel should be.

Hotel was clean, room was clean. Pleasant experience for a budget night rest. Not convenient location, and surrounded by constructions. Breakfast experience was very disappointing; all food were cold, tables were dirty and not cleaned/wiped. Utensils were not placed despite very few guests dining. Staff were standing around but no attention to dining guests. Plates were left uncleared through my breakfast. I had expected Ibis to do better in this area, and was disappointed with my first experience here.

My 1st stay in this hotel was last year and everything is new, clean and good. This experience encourage me to return to the same hotel for my trip to KL this week but it was terribly regretted. I checked in the afternoon as I knew i would return late on the same day but found out the room was not properly cleaned up. No toobruch, disposable sandal and towel were prepared even i called housekeeping line to request. I was told running out of stock? How could this basic essential running out of supply for staying in this hotel? After complaint, towel arrived in my room. The next morning, I had my breakfast at 9am but all foods are either gone or limited. Whole experience in this hotel stay is my mistake and I really hope Ibis upkeeping their cleaning, housekeeping and the cafe. Good luck for your business!
