The bed and blanket is quite nice. But ur lighting sometimes will keep blinking. Need to enhanced ur soundproof especially the created by other guest that chatting at corridor. Create more space for local people to have meal. As we have to squeeze ourselves to fit in the small cafe size when u r serving china guest everyday. Increase slightly more dishes in morning.

« Great Stay Over in KL for urgent meeting trip »

Had to spend my Saturday in KL for a quick meeting before flying home. Was glad I've booked ibis Styles KL Sri Damansara. It's a very new and nice hotel. I've requested for quiet room on high floor, and this is exactly what they did for me on my check-in. The bed is extremely cozy and I had a wonderful night sleep to recharge myself after a full hard day of travelling and meetings. The next day was equally pleasing as the breakfast is as good as it can get at all ibis Styles hotels which I have stayed. My heartiest thanks to the reception and housekeeping staff for their politeness throughout my stay...

« Valued stay but with some disruptions »

Value for money stay at an ACCOR group hotel in the SG Buloh/ Kepong areas in Kuala Lumpur. Check in was fast by the reception staff at room 405, as I did an online a day earlier. The disruption was due to noises by some occupants in next rooms during night and early morning. Another snag was the flooding sink, which took ages to clear. Hope the Management can look into these concerns as it will affect the next guests.

Beds were good. Internet was very slow and not high speed like advertised. Toilet and shower doors are really bad. Frosted glass is a bad idea. They are still see through and only blur a person. Keep the windows to outside unlocked. Also having some hot milk available at breakfast would've been better. Expect better for the price.

Arrived and was told don't have my booking eventhough I book direct through Accor apps. Luckily I have my confirmation in my email and forwarded to them. So Farid checked me in without any payment for the room as it stated accommodation has been prepared. Went to the room and realised no toothbrush and towels. Call the front desk and housekeeping sent it in minutes. Bed was too soft to my liking. And noise from the main road can easily be heard. Breakfast was normal... We went at 6:30 and food was not warm up properly especially the chicken curry. But coffee was good.
