« Good, but it could be better.. »

The room was clean; though there were ants in some areas, mainly the tables.. Our office booked twin beds but suddenly the room was unavailable (upon our arrival at the hotel) and so we got upgraded to Junior Suite (if I'm not mistaken). We would appreciate if the hotel gives us a notice earlier. The wifi didn't work or maybe it was overloaded. The breakfast was delicious. The staffs were nice & helpful. Overall, I'm looking forward to stay at your hotel again. I hope you can improve more. Thank you.

It was crowded with noisy people eating out on the corridors with A-Shirts. Room was small as normally superior rooms ibis. Breakfast was most all seemed like warung style Indonesian food. There was a section where you get salads and bread with greasy margarine (not butter!)

Stayed in Ibis for 1 night and We had a 17th bday party celebration in the restaurant, the service provide during the bday celebration preparation is very disappointing!! The table provided was wrong, causing us ordering the size table cloth!! Even after we asked the EO 3 times about the table size, furthermore on the actual D day itself, we have no help from the venue, soo difficult to ask for help!!! We have to pack our own left over from the function!! Despite asking the staffs 3 times to pack it. Overall a very disappointing service provided by IBIS EO for the function. This type of service doesnt mirror ACCOR group’s good name

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I have always satisfied with their customer service. Staff were always polite and welcoming. Great team! Hotel location is handy and close to highway. Surrounded by many major shopping centres. Room was good with comfortable bed. Bathroom amenities provided. Tv with many channels. Small fridge. The only thing that this hotel need to improve is to install double glazed windows to stop/eliminate traffic noise that sometime can be heard very loud. Breakfast was good with huge selection meals, fruits, etc. This is good Ibis Style hotel in Jakarta with great access from both airports in Jakarta.

When we first arrived in the hotel lobby there is no door man, no bell boy who assist us and in the basement where we park our car, the security not even help us to park the car. The welcome juice is so poor. We confuse IBIS want to serve juice or mineral water. Bad breakfast where the egg man not really humble, not even smile, when i ask him for a plain egg, he answered it with unpleasant face. All the juice is so tasteless cause they mix it with too many water, i even think we drink white water more than juice itself. The worst thing is the wheat bread. it is so smelly, i think it is expired.
