I was arrived with my friend before the check-in time. The receptionist allow us to have early check-in which is very helpful. However, I decided to wait for the room as I wanted to be on same floor with my Friend, which fair enough. If I’m not wrong, I was upgraded to a room with balcony, even though I didn’t ask for it and step on the balcony, but the gesture was appreciated. Late check out till 2pm was granted as we have a late flight. The breakfast spread and quality are acceptable. Service staffs and the cooks at the live station are friendly and approachable. However, the chicken porridge seem a bit too think for me or maybe this is the local’s preference. Donut with chocolate topping surprisingly was the favourite of my Friends, I did like it as well. Due to the hotel location need to take approximately 45mins to 1hours 15min to the town, so we spend our second day in town. Raffles Jakarta Spa was wonderful, place are clean and staff are well trained. As a foreigner who first time travel to Jakarta, I decided to try out the hotel spa as well, since there is a discount of 20% off for threatening before 4pm. On the day of the departure, I went to level3 after I check out from my room. The Spa therapist apologise and told me that the threatment room was occupied by another lady guest. I was shocked as my appointment at 3pm and how could you ignore it. I went down to reception and seek for alternative massage threatment nearby, the gentleman understand the situation and extended my friend’s room further to have the in-room massage. The threatment was below average and what make me even shocked was the therapist offering me “special service”. I rejected her and pay her the bill. She told me that she has no change which hinting me to let her keep the change. After I told her to get the change from reception, she then told me she has 2500rp. I couldn’t believe she trying every opportunity to cheat the money from the guest. I bring the price list and show her that I entitled the 20% discount on the treatment and you should give me back the change of 6000rp instead. I know I sound silly now by insisting the few thousand ruphia. It is because there is zero integrity and customer service in the first place. Why should I let you take advantage from me even just a few thousand ruphia. This is very disappointing to come across Accor Hotel is offering prostitution. This ruin the entire experience.

i love the rooms and the ambience.. feel so homey in our room. i like that the room and the bathroom are so clean. we felt so welcome here with the warmhearted service. the breakfast menus are delicious and they have various menus, so there are many to choose for your morning breakie. the kids love to play and swim at the swimming pool, they also have pool side water slider so the children can have fun while they are swimming there. we'll surely back to stay here again next time.

Overall room is small but stay was great i love the bed. The problem was the ac in my room at 710 was not cold enough, not sure why that is. When i requested for help they sent the technician that did nothing but moved the a/c fins down. Not sure how that helps much. Otherwise, i felt happy with the location and amount that i spent for the stay. Great value.

« Fair enough stay for the price I paid »

Good sleep and great rest, while the wifi quality is extremely poor, thanks to the engineering team who helps me with the extra router wifi inside my room, otherwise I cannot work at all. Also have to do better teamwork between front office team and F&B team... The receptionist promised me to sent complimentary cake while I'm check in, was waiting for almost 2 hours but the stuffs didn't come. I have to call again to front office to complaint bout wi-fi quality and also asked about the cake, they said will send to my room soon... The wi-fi is solved, but the cake never comes until I checked out the next day... Also, less light inside swimming pool, quite dangerous if you want to swim during night time, even during the day time...
