Toilet accessories need upgrade or proper cleaning, breakfast need major improvements, cafe need major improvement. The hotel recipients need formal dress. Overall hotel is missing life

« Good hotel but this time room not great »

Stayed at hotel. As usual, Good staff, Good annemities and great central location. However this time, the room 704 wasn't great: It seems the aircon wasn't functioning well as usual. Hot but bearable. Also the bathroom smelt. Maybe odor from the drains - it is summer. The bathroom door was slight broken and door wouldn't close fully. Maybe some repairs needed in that room.

I'm happy with the overall experience, it was a long term stay and I didn't face any issue, staff members are helpful, room service and cleaning was good, the only promise that was not fulfilled was that hotel will grant me bonus points which was not happened.

« Your place needs refurbishment, badly. »

The good: 1) Very fast and reliable internet. The primary reason I stay. 2) The big TV I can connect to my computer with an HDMI cable. The seconary reason I stay. 3) Soft bed and pillow. 4) Laundry was done efficiently. The bad: 1) Had to change rooms because of a sewage smell in the first room. Manager suggest an flower spray to address the problem. Dumb. 2) Air conditioner was very loud. 3) General condition of the carpets and hotel is looking worn out and sad. Either do a deep clean or redo it all. 4) The gym needs a lot of repairs. 1 treadmill of 4 works. Lots of broken stuff. This has to work and be clean. I wouldn't stay in a hotel without a gym. Fix it please.

« Small bathroom had fungus growing on shower head »

Have stayed at the hotel number of time before for extended number of days each time 2 to 3 weeks at a time usually given a superior room this time given a standard room with fungus growing on shower head. When I brought it to the night managers attenton he said I was a problem, I attribute the rude comment as a language issue, but nothing was done about the issue of the shower except a plumber tried to scrape it off with a scrwe driver and left. The Internet was also not working when I call the front desk the night manager said I have a lot of problems tonight again no apologies and no fixes. As we had prepaid for the room and where told that we could not get our money back this was a very unpleasant feeling that we were forced to stay in a room that had health hazards and a management that charged us more then we had been charged previously and given lower standard room.

Over all it was nice. Few comments on the room wall papers and the carpet. the wall paper needs to be renewed and the floor carpet needs t o be washed. the bathroom slippers are small size they need to bring it bigger sizes. The air conditioning system needs to clean its filters specially after a sand storm.

Bad experience. In spite of checking-in late, in the evening, my room was not ready. I had to wait about 30 min. There was dirt on the carpet that was not vaccumed during my 2 days stay.

What sort of hotel runs out of room keys? Staff at reception were completely unapologetic and each time I went out of the room I had to search for housekeeping staff to let me back into my room .... ludicrous and very unsatisfactory. I also had the misfortune of ordering room service which was an equally poor experience with the meat tasting a lot less than fresh. A VERY poor experience and I would recommend avoiding this hotel if at all possible.
