I couldn't belive that this hotel is part of accord: > Carpet really dirty which is wierd for a suite > No shaving kit or comb was given > No towel was given only one

I was disappointed to learn that the standard of bathroom fell below expectations. I stay in Novotel in all around the world but this time I felt I’m at a 2 stars hotel. I filed my complaint on Wednesday 2/10 but no one responded. I booked 2 rooms from 1-3/10 and when I arrived on 1/10 at night, they informed me that the receptionist has sold one of your rooms by mistake and you have to stay for an hour to find you a room. After 3 hours waiting at the lobby I found out that they took out the clothes of a guest and I checked the room which wasn’t clean and there was food on the floor! It ended up that I had to stay with my colleague in a small room. Next day they gave us two free drinks and two suits for the 2nd night which was good but I’m still very dissatisfied from my 1st night’s experience. I believe there should be a much better compensation for that. Also, the room that was sold out to another was already deducted from my credit card and not refunded till now. Awaiting your feedback.

I booked this hotel because it was near to my work. My issues with the hotel. When you pay for the breakfast buffet you expect all items to be available. When I went to bf at 9.00am atleast one or two items are finished. The room key gets deactivated every 2 days even though I had paid the full money in advance. Doesnt have a proper working desk. Bed too hard.

I entered the room, air con was off, the room had more than 40 degrees. Air con, once switched on, was unbearably loud and was blowing into most areas of the room even when sleeping in the bed. Room got a facelift but in many areas was still very old. TV channels didn't work properly with common channels also not available.

Room 207 was spacious and the hotel location was great... I didn't have time to use the facilities, however, my negative comment was on the cleanliness of the bedsheets. I can accommodate many things, but cleanliness of the bed and bathroom is not up for compromise.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is located near to King Fahad road and easily accessible. Jacuzzi, gym, playing area for kids and adults is excellent. Massage chairs are enjoyable. Bed is very comfortable in room. WIFI in the hotel overall is excellent. Breakfast items should be increased.

I didn't have a chance and time to post a complaint but room 113 was one of the worst rooms I stayed in my business trips, it's just between the elevator and air condition units, main electric switch was not working and it's strange that no one reported this during my 3 days stay, nor repaired. Towels had spots on them and did not smell good. Air condition was very noisy. Overall it was really disappointing. Hotel was quite empty so I just wonder why your staff had to give me most possibly the worst room in your hotel...

I don’t think this hotel is belong to Novotel group, the worst place ever ,first of all the room they gave me wasn’t in good condition and so smelly from the washroom so I asked them to change the room and they did but the other room is the same but in time the smell comes from the A/C ,and the fridge was smelly and dirty and the furniture wasn’t good and the washroom was very old.

Overall very satisfied and definitely recommending the hotel to others. Cons/comments: - the hotel is mainly a business hotel but rooms are not comfortable for work at all. The chair and table in the room are very bad. - bedsheets and duvet covers are old and look old and need to be changed - towels are too old, torned and need to be changed.

the room was ok, the bed was very comfy but the floor was dirty with hair and the bathroom was easily full how water after the shower. the night staff at the reception wasn't welcoming at all. The breakfast was good, the breakfast staff also. The location was good. the gym was very old, enough to workout but very old. Way less welcoming than the other Accor hotels around GCC
