« A couple of problems »

Experience was OK - checkin and so on but a couple problems this time: 2 majors, 1 medium, 1 small. - Major: overcharged. I was charged 25sar for coffee which I didn't order. We had discussed this at the checkout: I had a free drink but didn't order an extra coffee. This was verified by the employee at checkout who was the same that processed my check-in. The charged was removed at checkout. To my amazement, my card was nevertheless charged at 10pm - 12 hours after checkout!! This is clearly not OK! - Major: I stayed in room 306. There seems to be some electrical problems in the room. When I switch the plug next to the bed, I could hear electrical sparkles and the lights would turn on and off. - Medium: the carpet next to the bathroom looks like a water overflow happened and stained the area and the wood. Not very pretty or leave a good impression. - Minor: A big burnt spot on the carpet near the bed - looks like a burn left by iron. Also doesn't leave a good impression.

Nice hotel, spacious room with great view on Kingdom Center. Breakfast is quite good though there's a limited selection for sweet options. Staff is nice and supportive.

Bad stuff- 1.The wash basin didn’t have a cap and the room was full of drainage smell 2.Had a disagreement with the front desk on the final bill settlement and then realised it was the person who settled the bill the previous evening for not including the last night. It was a mis communication with language issues and addimitred my mistake, duly apologised and closed the last night stay. Good- Excellent breakfast-standard, predictable Accor quality Good housekeeping Good conference room facility..

« One of the worst hotels I stayed in »

Good afternoon, Usually I always trust in the Accor hotel services, this time I had worst expirence ever. I was traveling with mine two colleagues for business all of us are not satisfied. Every thing was bas expect the location. It took to long to check in, the gentleman on the reception was so slow and did a lot of mistakes, the rooms are so dirty, the carpet is full of spots as well the sofa, the bed is not comfortable as well the pillows, non of us was able to take shower during our stay, the restroom was so dirty and old. The breakfast was so poor and not delicious. Our plan was to stay 5 working days, we had booking for two night and then we had to extend 3 more night, but we decided to choose another hotel. And the price was so high for this kind of service. I captured the rooms and I will send another email with more details. Thanks A

It was OK. However, I believe the AC is not cleaned in the hotel. Everytime the AC is switched on there is a smell of DUST in the room & this lasts for hours. After the sleep overnight you can really taste the dust in your mouth. I have complained about this earlier, but it doesnt seem to be improving.

« fabulous once a new property dying under lack of care »

Once a fabulous new property nearing death under abject bad management, total lack of any care to improve. The gym has Four treadmills none of them work, the jacuzzi is under repair without an end date, the bathrooms smell like rotten eggs and no one has a clue why.....and it gives on. Absolutely time the hotel was taken off from the Accor hotel list

« Good hotel but this time room not great »

Stayed at hotel. As usual, Good staff, Good annemities and great central location. However this time, the room 704 wasn't great: It seems the aircon wasn't functioning well as usual. Hot but bearable. Also the bathroom smelt. Maybe odor from the drains - it is summer. The bathroom door was slight broken and door wouldn't close fully. Maybe some repairs needed in that room.

« Your place needs refurbishment, badly. »

The good: 1) Very fast and reliable internet. The primary reason I stay. 2) The big TV I can connect to my computer with an HDMI cable. The seconary reason I stay. 3) Soft bed and pillow. 4) Laundry was done efficiently. The bad: 1) Had to change rooms because of a sewage smell in the first room. Manager suggest an flower spray to address the problem. Dumb. 2) Air conditioner was very loud. 3) General condition of the carpets and hotel is looking worn out and sad. Either do a deep clean or redo it all. 4) The gym needs a lot of repairs. 1 treadmill of 4 works. Lots of broken stuff. This has to work and be clean. I wouldn't stay in a hotel without a gym. Fix it please.
