Over all experience was good, my only concern was room cleanness I found be coincidence when I doped something under the bed that there is a lot of garbage under the bed including old cigarette packs & plastic bags among other things

Won't provide higher floor claiming hotel is full when I can still book rooms online from Accor app. Both nights woken up by room service delivering to wrong room. Arrived at breakfast, the milk was finished but there's no stock to refill. Noise of people chatting in the corridor around 2am. Can hear noise from next door.

although the check-in was delayed (i arrive around 4:00 pm) but the overall stay was OK. the only issue Novotel should re consider is the late check-out as most of the other hotels give till 6:00pm without extra charge which is not the case at Novotel.

The hotel did not meet the expectation of 4 star hotel. Room was old, design of the suite was similar to single rooms but with bigger size. Room service will always ask for your room number for any requests. Did not try the restaurant or café, but the size are small compare to 4-star hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful, location of the hotel is excellent for Riyadh visitors.

Non-smoking room smells like an ash tray. Room is very dirty. Sheets were not changed from the previous guest. I had to ask for toilet paper, as it was not available in the room when I checked in... and the list goes on.

« A couple of problems »

Experience was OK - checkin and so on but a couple problems this time: 2 majors, 1 medium, 1 small. - Major: overcharged. I was charged 25sar for coffee which I didn't order. We had discussed this at the checkout: I had a free drink but didn't order an extra coffee. This was verified by the employee at checkout who was the same that processed my check-in. The charged was removed at checkout. To my amazement, my card was nevertheless charged at 10pm - 12 hours after checkout!! This is clearly not OK! - Major: I stayed in room 306. There seems to be some electrical problems in the room. When I switch the plug next to the bed, I could hear electrical sparkles and the lights would turn on and off. - Medium: the carpet next to the bathroom looks like a water overflow happened and stained the area and the wood. Not very pretty or leave a good impression. - Minor: A big burnt spot on the carpet near the bed - looks like a burn left by iron. Also doesn't leave a good impression.

Bad stuff- 1.The wash basin didn’t have a cap and the room was full of drainage smell 2.Had a disagreement with the front desk on the final bill settlement and then realised it was the person who settled the bill the previous evening for not including the last night. It was a mis communication with language issues and addimitred my mistake, duly apologised and closed the last night stay. Good afternoon, Usually I always trust in the Accor hotel services, this time I had worst expirence ever. I was traveling with mine two colleagues for business all of us are not satisfied. Every thing was bas expect the location. It took to long to check in, the gentleman on the reception was so slow and did a lot of mistakes, the rooms are so dirty, the carpet is full of spots as well the sofa, the bed is not comfortable as well the pillows, non of us was able to take shower during our stay, the restroom was so dirty and old. The breakfast was so poor and not delicious. Our plan was to stay 5 working days, we had booking for two night and then we had to extend 3 more night, but we decided to choose another hotel. And the price was so high for this kind of service. I captured the rooms and I will send another email with more details. Thanks A
