Generally my stay was pleasant. The room is spacious, bed quite fluffy and comfortable. My praise to the staffs in the restaurant, they are friendly, polite and helpful. However there is a staff called as Genno who caught my attention, he simply shout to a lady from China during explaining her about her extra fee and on the other day when I requested him for a shuttle for 7 person, he was agitated and asked us to queue. We waited for 40 mins before we took the grab to go. Laundry is nice and so far always come back in a short period of time. Bathroom is smelly due to bad plumbing system I presume. Towel is also a bit smelly. Apart from this, everything is fine and pleasant.

One time on Week 48th, 2017 I had a room with a mis position picture, can't fix it then I asked to remove. On the same room, soap/shampoo dispenser was broke, then I get a replacement with a soap in a mineral water plastic bottle. Second time on Week 3rd, 2018 I stayed there for 3 nights, I guess I left my t shirt on my check out early in the morning. On the afternoon, I call to ask for it, but they can't find it.

Stayed here a few times last year, food selection wasn't great but have since upgraded and was pleasantly suprised. Menu items have increased and the breakfast buffet is twice the size - and the food is the standard of other Ibis Styles. Good to see :)

I'm Happy with the Services provided by the hotel & they could even able to adapt to my request. But on the other hand, the TV Channels are very disappointing due to most Channels are not able View & WIFI speed is slow as I request personal WIFI , but still not to my expectation level compare to other Hotels I stay.

Got a key for a wrong room even smaller than I booked and really sorry to the person already sleeping when I opened the door and turned on the light. In a right room type after complaints, a lot of hairs could be seen in the whole room. On stained linen of the bed and pillows, floor, and on the desk. 3 towels with 3 different unpleasant smells from each towel. Really doubt if this hotel cleans the rooms and also the towels.

Booked through accorhotel with my accor member but Reservation team doesn't prepare my supposed room (not upgraded while the upgraded room still available). frontdesk staff adn even duty manager doesn't offer the benefit that i supposed to have with my membership level until i gave a complain. Looks this hotel not familiar with accor(plus)'s member visit. Very disappointing. Room floor is very dirty, make my feet getting black in shorttime. The worse thing , i had my guest who have late check in on the same day, was given a room which already someone sleep inside. The worst experience i ever had. And same complain from my guest, room is very dirty. Can found many hair in the floor.

Check in late and mr. Hedrian offered us late check out until 2 o'clock in the afternoon which I appreciated. Breakfast was less impressed since it lacks variety and the coffee just gross. Room was comfortable and shower was hot so its good.
