Room not too clean, cleaning service not wash up the mug, room toilet also not clean, soap not refill. Breakfast didn't have much choices, car park was limited. Plus point is location very good, beside Giant supermarket.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Try to help in any way to satisfy customers' need. The food menu is a bit limited and not too many choices. Beers are always running out of stocks which is a bit irritating.

1. Hand washing at the room toilet ~ Room design is nice and clean, but the cleanliness of the bathroom and the location for hand washing soap has not been matching. 2. Booking process and hotel facility was nice and clean. on food, the option for breakfast is OK in term of healthy but not for taste. Got impression that salad bar is not fresh veggie. Great idea for serving Jamu. Parking is not pleasant in basement with no direct access using elevator.

Generally my stay was pleasant. The room is spacious, bed quite fluffy and comfortable. My praise to the staffs in the restaurant, they are friendly, polite and helpful. However there is a staff called as Genno who caught my attention, he simply shout to a lady from China during explaining her about her extra fee and on the other day when I requested him for a shuttle for 7 person, he was agitated and asked us to queue. We waited for 40 mins before we took the grab to go. Laundry is nice and so far always come back in a short period of time. Bathroom is smelly due to bad plumbing system I presume. Towel is also a bit smelly. Apart from this, everything is fine and pleasant.
