« A budget value to stay »

Within walking distance there are eateries, didn’t walk over there since the food in the hotel are delicious enuf. Excellent hospitality from the staffs. The room size and amenities itself is ok ..with the rate. Noisy during the weekend due to a fair or something. But will try another one which is less noisy as I am a light sleeper. Ok la.

« Nice hotel with good location. »

We really enjoy our short stay. Check in was a breeze, room is spacious enough. There are only 3 things that need to be improved though: 1. hotel amenity kit (booked for 2 guests but only 1 kit provided) 2. stained on bedding (not sure if the housekeeping changed the bedding or not) 3. some food that supposed to be served warm were cold

« Excellent location but management requires improvement »

1. Checked in at 8 pm. Room was very hot. I fiddled with AC. Finally I realized that there was no cooling. So I called reception. The technician came at 9 pm. At 9.30 he concluded that filter needs to be changed. So at about 10 pm, he fixed it and said it will take one hour to cool. In short, I had to stay in a hot room for 3 hours of 3.5 hours of waking time. 2. when I wanted to sleep, I noticed that if I want to switch off night lamp, I have to go all the way to the main door of the room. 3. Morning when I went to bath room and wanted to turn the handle towards hot water, the handle came in my hand. It took me 15 minutes to fix it back. 4. Finally, when I started to take bath I noticed the pool of water under my feet as water outlet was choked. So I had to take bath in a flooded bath room. 5. Breakfast quality needs to be improved. The Ikan Goreng looked stale. Overall breakfast was okay but did not give the feeling of fresh and hot and healthy breakfast.

its a quite good place to stay for short escape from Jakarta especially for my daughter since they have a nice pool. One thing need to be improve is service on the breakfast time. we have to waiting a more time to ask only for omelet. but overall this is place nice to stay

Not responsive staff. The room are not really clean especially the bed. The taste of the breakfast food are not good. My father was order the coffee on 8pm and he waited for almost 2 hours just for a black coffee, and he decide to go back to the room.
