Everything is perfect except that the pillowcase doesnt change. it smells someone else odor. The only way i can survive those is because i check-in around midnight and extremely tired. Please improve this. Thanks.

All the service was good and cheerfully. I love the taste of breakfast, the elegance music during I breakfast, thank you. But I thing you have to remind. Dont forget to refill the soap at the room. I always bring my own soap and shampoo every travelling, but be attention if somebody who very simply of their belonging and oftenly bring a lot own stuff such like me, they will need it over all very nice. Thank you.

I already being accord member since 2013 I just wish ibis style have jacuzzi or whirl pool in next ibis style hotel, it will be awesome. I dont have a nice impression stay at mercure. but I dont have any problem stay at ibis style. keep it good work

Nice and clean hotel, the staff is so friendly and very helpfull, the room is really comfy. But the wifi was a bit unstable, but that wasn't big problem actually. Overall i am totally satisfied. wish i could have stayed longer

Once again, not satisfied. 6 months ago, I came and had a bad experience on my baggage being disturbed. This time, my room was not properly made up and the morning shutter service was not tolerable. I had made a complain to the hotel and you may need to follow up on these issues from your side. On the other hand, I would like to express my appreciation for the following staff. The one who help to make up my room in the night. Sorry, I forgot his name. He is a short little guy. The one who help to send me to my office in the morning. His name is Santi, He is a spectacles guy who was a cabin crew worked for Lion Air last time.
