I came for a 3 days meeting held by my org. First day I booked the room for private stay with my husband through booking.com. First of all we hardly found parking spot for our car but then we managed to get a spot. The worst, they gave me an occupied room. As we first walked into the room we were surprised thought we got a room that they forgot to clean up. Then we found someone's belongings and that really annoys me the most to the fact that someone was staying in that room and fortunately wasn't in the room when we came. That's terrifying! What if they were in the room and in the middle of doing something and we just walked into? What if it were us and someone walked into our room just like that??? What if it was someone who has mischief intention, would we feel safe to leave our belonging in the room? We rushed back to the receptionist and asked to change room. It's not just stop there. Our second room was a room with connecting door to the next room and guess what we have no privacy at all. The door is definitely hear through. We could hear people talking next door clearly. He was laughing and talking noisily on the phone or to someone until 3 am in the morning. So disturbing!!! He wouldn't stop if my husband didnt slam the connecting door from our side felt fury, as we hardly trying to sleep bcs we have to wake up early in the morning. My uncle is a GM in Mercure currently. We have experienced staying in Ibis styles when he was appointed to the hotel branches in several locations but this experience was the worst we have ever had.

I stayed for five days and the room bed sheet is never changed. First day of stay the table was left with coffee stain from previous occupant, causing a lot of ants. The floor is dusty. The shower gel is not refilled and I have to call to the customer service, yet nonone showed up until I personally walked to the front desk and requested them. Room service should be improved. Each time I have to leave a note to ask their service help. Room service sometimes was only done at 5pm when I back from outside? Breakfast is similar throughout the stays. Breakfast, Room service and cleanliness need to be improved and upgraded.

Hello Ibis Styles, Great pleasure to me and my colleague can get an opportunity to stay in Ibis Styles. IMO, the building is very good and attractive from outside. Getting inside the hotel, the ambience is quite relaxing but modern. Placement for lobby, lounge, pool & resto is easy to find and quite good. And when I arrived at the room, I feel so homy and joyful. The cleanliness, tidy, fresh air, room vibe is really good. Good job for the room performance. Until this point, I can give 9/10 scale score. And unfortunately, the pity point is when we are getting to breakfast. The food. The taste is so-so, so standard (if I can't say boring). The side dish, not too variated and some dish form is not quite good looking, such as The waffle is terrible, the fried tofu is too oily and the bowl of chicken porridge is poorly too small (it seems like a cup, I thought) and quite salty. My point for breakfast is 5/10. There is no other point that can be added. So my overall point for Ibis Styles is 7. If you look to the guest list, i only stayed for 1 day. Actually, I have a business trip for 5 days. Seems you get loss 4 days from 1 guest like me, hopely you can evaluate and improved for Resto/Breakfast point so you won't get anymore loss-guest for the next time. Thanks for your attention. Overall it’s just a fair experience stay at ibis hotel cikarang for my family trip .. for cost that i spend it’s just a fair numbers .. Unfortunately me my husband also my children a little bit disappointed about the breakfast set .. the menu’s aren’t variatif enough.. very disappointed about the breakfast set ... if i have to give numbers on the breakfast set i would give 6 points of it ... The staff quite friendly.. but i felt unsatisfied.. but if i have to give numbers for the staf performance i would give 7 points of it ...

I was on a business trip near the area, so i choose this, i thought it would be great experience, yet i found that the bed sheets, was quite dirty with dark and black spots. I dont know whether it was unclean, or its the normal conditions,Internet was in poor conditions.Next to the hotel, was giant supermarket, and some restaurants, so locations wise still acceptable.
