Overall is ok, Front service is really nice, she gave me a warmly welcome, the staff took care of me with the impressive smile. However, the cleanliness of the room made me disappointed. There are many insects on my bed. Also, the sheet is dirty with the blood and look old.

- newly built but not well maintained - below accor standards - breakfast buffet not good (selection and taste is bad) - parking is very inconvenient (no lift from b2) - spa room service is not recommended Overall, i would go back to this hotel

Definitely will coming again in the future. A great place with a very reasonable price. A w great staff also. Breakfast pack with a good and delicious stuff. We chose a Mie Bebek and Ayam Geprek for dinner and it surprising have a good taste also.

Me and my mom booked the room for our short stay in Cikarang since we have some business at my campus. I honestly wasn't expecting the room to be THAT nice but the bed was nice, the design was so aesthetic and the warm water worked wonderfully.

« Comfy Hotel, But lack of cleanses »

Comfy hotel with nive warm smile of hospitality. However, i found some cockroach in the towel and a lot of death mosquito in the room. Probably after fogging the room nor always empty room which is housekeeping didn't cleaned it. Please address this issue seriously because its such a motel in America which dirty and didn't met Accor standard.

Overall was nice and the bed sheet was clean white. Unfortunately the room floor was dusty because my feet were black because of dust if i didnt use room sandal. The shower would be nicer if they had shower hose.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good. But little bit confusing with parking space for motorcycle. And found some dirt in a front of lift. And no security check upon in or out made me feel like, "wow i think it's easy to breach security here". That's all.

Within walking distance there are eateries, didn’t walk over there since the food in the hotel are delicious enuf. Excellent hospitality from the staffs. The room size and amenities itself is ok ..with the rate. Noisy during the weekend due to a fair or something. But will try another one which is less noisy as I am a light sleeper. Ok la.
