Generally nice located hotel with nice rooms (if you get a renovated room). However when we arrived the check-in process was long, slow and inefficient. The following two check-ins have been very quick and smooth so possibly a Sunday evening thing.

not nearly as good as I had thought. we ( a couple ) stayed at the hotel to attend my friend's wedding. We has to queue 40 minutes to have our check-in done. This of course is not due to the attendent's, that were very efficient, but certainly to the hotel policy of cutting staff. There were only 2 persons on a Saturday afternoon, probably the busiest day for the hotel, having to check-in more then fifty persons (and counting). Also, the wi-fi wasn't working and nothing change, despite our calls, until we left the hotel on Sunday. Finally, while understanding the policy of the hotel of ending the breakfast at 11am, the staff shouldn't allow for anyone to come after this hour but should not take the breakfast buffet out at 11am! People that arrived before 11am were still eating, like me and my friends. Should we run to end our breakfast meal, after we payed 23 reais for it?! That was the most unpleasant episode.

While most of the staff did not speak English, I was able to work with them to meet my needs and they were very accommodating. The hotel is modern and very clean. I did not have to wait in any long lines to receive service. The food in the restaurant and bar was good and the service was great. I would stay at this hotel again for future visits.

« Nice accommodations, friendly staff, great location! »

I was pleasantly surprised by the number of employees that spoke English. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful and friendly. The room was small but comfortable. The location was great, especially being so close to the mall. There were only two issues, there were no washcloths in the room and I inquired at the front desk but they offered another towel but had no washcloths. The second issue was only one English TV channel, which was CNN. It would have been nice to have two!

Chocking reply I got staying in this new hotel! It was rather disturbing to come to the city of Jundiaí as a international guest to give master class and not been able to sleep well because it was a colder night , the rooms have no heating system and the hotel had no extra bed coover to provide me ! I freeezed all night and the day after some private contacts of my host in the city , drove to the hotel to supply me whit bed covers so I could sleep the 2 other nights . In total it was a no go place .

Improve your TV options it is very poor and limited. Room ammenities are very limited and I do not agree in having to pay for a bottle of water, for the fare it must be included. In many hotels water and even room coffee is included. Room is very small

During the whole stay i had no Wifi in my room. For me not acceptable and believable in 2018. The check out took 30 minutes, first because too few employees for too many people and second because the lady was not able to put my company address on the invoice. Will use another hotel next time.

I have asked for a wake up call. They have forget about it. I have made a complaint at the reception and they haven't even apologize. Toilet amenities are extremely basic. Not enough for a journey.

Good hotel although the elevator is making big noises and after complain nothing was made. Almost impossible to sleep with the noise. Also WiFi is terrible. Please charge for WiFi but at least provide a good connection. Reception people requires a urgent sense, always takes 15 minutes to have something. Good restaurant and location.

« Pleasant and modern budget hotel with attentative service! »

Reception and ground floor is welcoming and modern. Room has what is necessary. Breakfast was fine. Opportunity to have dring at bar in the evening was great. Main criticism was that room and hallways seemed to be always too warm. AC in room was turned off and was not very strong. The fridge in the room was a bit instable and some corners of the room where a bit too tight, e.g. permanently hitting knee at toilet paper holder.
