Overall was fine as compared with previous stay, however a few items required attention. - Found a bunch of clothing from previous stay guest in the cupboard drawer - Required vacuuming for the carpet, can see tiny papers - Ventilation in toilet required attention, occasionally have smells

« Overall the service was great with still a littl room for imrovements »

1) Overall the stay (cleanliness, professionalism, tidiness, etc) was good. But given its newly built my room was constatnly filled with concrete smell (to the extent that I got somewhat dizzy at some point) so I had to keep my window open for my entire stay to let the odor out. Wish you air the room more or not to use those rooms with too much concrete odor until you get rid of the smell. 2) Wish fitness center opens little earlier and then closes bit later. For a working person the current hours (6 am~22:00) is bit off my tight schedule. Wishful time is more like 5 am~24:00. That's how most of the hotels that I go to worldwide operate their fitness centers. Some even opens for 24 hours accessing with room keys. 3) at the time of my checkout, I left my contact info (bd…) as well as my work address so that you could register me for the hotel mileage membership program. The front desk personnel told me that he would register on the systeme for me on my behalf and that I shoul be getting a corresponding email in due course. But I still have not gotten any such email till now. Could someone plese follow up on that. Thank you.

Having good experience on the reception upon arrival. Room was clean. A connecting room was assigned and neighbor was having noise on the Wednesday night which suspect that the connecting door was opened. The toilet shower area was not provided with a place to put shower gel and shampoo and hence got to put on the floor, which this must be improved as this is a very basic requirement for all the hotel.

Kind of disappointed as not all the facilities are fully in operations as this is the 3rd time that I am staying in this hotel as each time was told that all the facilities will be up and running the next time I come. The elevators are extremely slow and only 2 out of the 3 are working.

I liked it because it was a new building. It was easy to find in the downtown area and the staff kindly showed me around. Breakfast was delicious and the view of the city was beautiful. I'll find it again next time
