Shower room shower room doesnt have curtain, door. The water easily spread to another room. →pls consider to put curtain Break fast Salad corner has many insect. « Slow Internet and poor mini bar management »

The internet was very slow during my whole stay. I ended up using my cellular signal for connection. The mini bar in the room was not refilled after products inside were consumed. It’s a shame that the hotel is new and clean yet has become my last choice to stay in the area.

Overall I was satisfied. The staff was friendly and the food was good overall. It was especially nice to have meals served to satisfy everyone in the various countries. The only disappointment was that I am a member of Hotel Pletinum and were staying at Mercure Haiphong for over 200 nights and were not able to upgrade the room. I do not know if any of the same people get a room upgrade. I would like to receive a room upgrade for next business trip from 19.03.11 ~ 19.04.09 at Mercure-Haiphong Hotel. I want to use it for a long time, but I do not feel disappointed when I am a regular customer.

« No value for money with quite lousy services and poor communication skills »

- Despite booking an Executive Room, the lounge was under repair which had not been informed prior to or upon booking. This means the hotel deceived guests by charging a higher rate. - Overall impression is that hotel staff are not well trained (although generally friendly). - I used the spa. The facility was all right but the service was not up to the standard.

Overall stay was okay. I liked to commend in particular your front desk staff, Chi (should be the correct name). She is smiley and attentive to my needs and she rushed up all the way back to my room upon my checkout, to ensure that the things left behind in the room wasn't mine. The only downside was the towels in the toilet were stained. The stains seemed to be old blood stains which were not very comfortable in sight when using the towels. Both towels supplied had stains on them. Suggest to check and ensure towels are free of stains before letting guests use.

* Positive - Front desk employees speak english well (except housekeepers) - the breakfast is getting delicious - good-looking facilities * Negative - housekeepers and/or laundry service team members made so many mistakes ex) easily forget to setup body wash, shampoo, laundry bill and/or laundry bag. ex) tend to say 'yes' although they did NOT understand entirely
