My experience was overall good, but it could have been a little better. For example, I asked for fresh towels and was told essentially no. And there were no hand towels to dry hands after you wash, so I had to use a big towel. Not sure why. Also, there was no coffee maker in the rooms and to add to that coffee downstairs was not free of charge.

I was satisfyed except the high price of the car parking. There was also small problem with switching one light inside the room close the area of the frigo-bar. Could not find the switch for that light.

My only comment is that the fire alarm was actionated on Saturday due to an emergency maintainance. At the time of the alarm rung, I was the lobby and had to ask what was happening. Staff did not antecipate to inform that it would happen.
