« Nice and comfortable »

the beds are comfy, room could be bigger, in the bathroom I recommend to fill the gaps between the wall and the crystal of the shower corner - the water escapes outside. Also the door of the shower are closing when you want to get out, it is uncomfortable to have to hold them open. The staff at the reception should be able to speak English or Spanish at least. We had a problems with the communication, luckily we had a friend that spoke Portuguese.

The main issue is about the breakfast, lots of people everyday, no place to seat sometimes and the food/coffee are not replaced quikly, its been like this since last month and sometimes, despite paying for it, I just gave up to wait.

I could not sleep good. The bed are uncomfortable. Also, the hotel doesn't provide any travel kit for the guest. Poor quality for the price that I paid. I was expecting more for a Ibis hotel specially for the location that they are at.

I was extremely well received by the staff. Very hospitable and cordial. Either at reception or at the bar and restaurant the staff was very professional. I would only note that at times, the reception desk seemed short of hands.

« Major water problems during my stay. »

I arrived at around 10pm after a long day at work and 3 hour drive. I wanted nothing more than a hot shower and to go to bed. Basic expectations of a hotel. When I got to the room, there was no hot water. I called reception and was told there was a technical problem that should be fixed shortly. I waited about 30 minutes. Still no hot water. I finally told a very short cold shower and went to bed. In the morning there was hot water, but there was no water to flush the toilet. The room was ok, but the water problems completely disappointed me and ruined my stay.

Most of the receptions can not speak English, some can not understand just said yes or no, there are many misunderstandings. And the room price and conditions also differ freely from time to time. It is terrible! 前台部分不会说英语,很多误解。房间价格也不确定,一会说这个价,一会又要保持预订时的价格。很糟糕的酒店!
