« superb hotel in a very good location »

Don't get badly impressed about the Station Central next door, this hotel is located near the metro and allow to easily get in/out from the city very quickly, the city centre is just 30 minutes away by walk. The hotel itself has a very good service, great staff and nice rooms, I recommended. Internet was working very well too, breakfast very good.

« Lovely hotel but »

Nice rooms, nice rooftop terrace (wasn't open when I was there but was able to go up and have a look around), didn't like that it never was called out in my booking that you had to pay extra though to use the spa, this should be a bit more implicity when booking as felt a bit like bait and switch. I think I would have chosen another accor property if I had known this prior to booking.

My wife and I have stayed with you in 2015, right after opening, and we were thrilled to see that you only improved what was already great. Our only suggestion is to offer some "made to order" options to the breakfast buffet, like fried eggs or omelets. Thank you.

Stylish boutique hotel near Central Station in Milano. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food in the hotel's restaurant. Will definitely come back when in Milano. A small remark for the interior decorator. While the mirror in the bathroom looks beautiful and - of course - very stylish, I wonder how ladies are able to put on maquillage and how men can properly shave, because you can hardly see who is in front of the mirror........

my husband and I stayed over Valentines Day and my birthday (13-16 Feb) and the stay was enjoyable. The staff were all pleasant, the rooms lovely and the hotel very clean. It was a great location and I would recommend this hotel to others. My only one comment would be that the hotel was aware that it was my Birthday after being told on a few occasions prior to our stay and we have stayed in hotels all over the world and if they are aware it is a special occasion they usually make you feel that bit more special, for example we have been upgraded or had something complimentary left in our rooms which is just going that extra mile. I do not want to sound like I expect to be made a fuss about because this is not the case but I couldn't help but feel slightly disappointed as this was a special occasion to us. I can't fault the hotel but this was my one comment. Thanks

In our last stay, on January 24, in a Junior Suite, my wife had an accident at the entrance of the room where there are some stairs just inside in front of the door, and she suffered a big injury in her head, neck and knee. At that moment, the hotel called the paramedics and she was taken to the hospital. After the incident, even though we stayed some days and that was not our first visit to this hotel because we have visited some other times, the hotel never asked for my wife's health or anything else. As the doctors said, she suffered a hard subcranial impact and at this time, she hasn't recovered yet, therefore, she hasn't been able to get back to work and neither reasume her daily life. We hope there would be no permanent consequences for my wife given the magnitude of the impact. We are very surprised about the lack of interest from the hotel and that's why we take the time to write this comment in order for you to take this into consideration, not just for us, but for the hotel to improve and to prevent this from happening to other guests.

We asked many times while you were staying in the hotel about your wife medical conditions and, once she was released from the hospital, after the 24 hours under observation, we preferred to not ask anymore to not invade your privacy. I like everything about the hotel but there was one pretty persistent aggravation, which is the placement of the light switches. It made zero sense that the light for the toilet/bidet was next to the bed and I had to fumble with the switches just to turn on the bedside lamp, which I was only able to do after turning every other light on and closing the window shades. And I could not get the hallway corridor light on, which was really annoying when i was rushing to get ready at 6 am. Really bad design, which is unfortunate because the rest of the room and hotel are very well done.

The worst hotel I dealt with in Accor Hotels. When I chose it, I thought it was the Sofitel but it was not a hotel company, but it was less than the Sofitel. But the Sofitel operator is not interested in Accor Hotels. The place is not clean. In the past, I raised a complaint to the customer service that you have continued with the manager and promise them that you do not do it, and it is not a failure and it is not appropriate in Accor Hotels I was never there for honeymoon

« Hotel expensive for a poor service »

When I arrived at the hotel, I asked for an iron table, and was told that they won't give me one but that I can pay and get my clothes ironed in the next 20 min until 8pm. I told them that I want to do it myself, but htey refused saying it was for fire safety reasons... So all the other hotels providing irons to their guests are taking fire risk? Bad answer... Then I entered in my room, to realize that there was some "yellow liquid" in the toilet... Clearly the toilets have not been flushed properly when the room was done. When going to bed, the automatic curtain didn't get down properly and I had to sleep with a blue neon lighting from the building illuminating my room... Next morning, once ready to take my shower, I also realized that there was no shampoo nor body wash. Only body lotion & Soaps. So I had to wash myself & my hairs with the soap (had no time to call for room service to come). Add to that the longest elevator in the history (it took me once nearly 5 minutes for the elevator to reach ground floor...). When you pay 200 euros for a room, you would be expecting a minimum of service & quality, which was clearly not the case here. First and last time in this hotel for me... Sorry...
