I've stayed in hotels all over the world. 5star 6 star and twice in a 7 star. and I have to say the staff at the ibis styles blackpool were among the friendliest and most professional I've come across.

« outstanding staff, lovely clean room with great view »

checked in around 4.30pm on Monday 5th Nov. girl on check in was very friendly,helpful and professional. our room was very large, with a fantastic view, big comfy bed and very clean. loved the 24hr free tea/coffee etc at reception, great touch. continental breakfast was great, and to be fair every staff member we spoke to were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you. would 100% stay here again.

Not the same standard as other Ibis Styles we have stayed at , Edinburgh , Glasgow etc .Still all the staff were friendly and helpful but hotel bit shabby but we were told tram works etc were preventing maintenance of the exterior .

Absolutely great! All requests on booking and during the stay were granted. Glad our rooms were on their own little corridor as we can be quite noisy. Although being next to the cleaners utility/storage, the smell when the door was open in the mornings was horrendous. Looking in, it was in dire need of cleaning itself and refurbishment. Breakfast choices were wide and plentiful. Room clean and spacious.

the rplm was far below par for an i ibis hotel. we expected alot more. tea and coffee was not refiled. bed was uncomfortable. room was small. window was broken and i had to fix it. room keys lost memory while in the room. the continental breakfast was good though.

Check in and out extremely easy. Room clean and all staff very helpful and friendly. Good choice of food at breakfast and good selection of beverages. Stayed two nights in November and room pleasantly warm and comfortable.

Sickening, Upgrade room was like a care home, smelt, cold, no where to hang clothes, bathroom was like a hospital bathroom no bath! Breakfast was unbelievable badly organised and poor food all for £127.00 a night disgracefull

Staff were pleasant enough but the common parts were filthy - the carpet looked like it hadn't been hoovered for some considerable time and the lifts were dirty. The shower door didn't work properly and the toilet leaked (at the back where it was bolted to the wall). Breakfast was pleasant enough.

« We were disappointed on several fronts. »

Initially our appointed room stank of cigarette smoke. Eventually we agreed another room, working with staff members who seemed less than happy to be there. Breakfast on day one was a scrum to find a table amongst full and not cleared tables. There was an improvement on day two. We were underwhelmed by the look of the outside of the building compared to the picture on the web. It seemed sad and unloved.

Clean & tidy inside breakfast basic but ok .Outside looks very shabby and there's a musty smell throughout the hotel which I'm sure the staff are immune to, someone from outside should tell them of this as it creates a very bad first impression on arrival

Great location for the seafront. Room was comfortable and very quiet seeing in was right opposite the North Pier. Lovely staff and very nice breakfast. Plenty to eat and drink. Great stay. Will be back next year

first day the bed wasn’t made, second the bed covers were just moved... third the bin bags were left sitting with rubbish inside it. Other than that yeah was okay

We were welcomed by friendly staff who was very helpful. I had requested a similar room to our last visit as we loved our view and the staff had accommodated this by checking which room we had last time and managed to arrange for us to have the available room next door. The hotel was spotless and they had even put a heater in our room incase we needed it. Breakfast was good and had everything we would need.
