A long weekend staying Friday to Monday in a surprisingly economical hotel in the centre on Blackpool. The hotel was clean. The staff pleasant and friendly. Plenty of food for the continental breakfast. The hotel bar had something everyone could choose from. My only criticism would be the stocking of Echo Falls, maybe purchase a brand not on the high streets.

We found the staff very helpful. As a party of 4 people with learning disabilities and 2 staff, all staff were very friendly and eager to assist us. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, other than the entrance hall, that acquires rubbish being blown in from the street. The breakfast was enjoyable, although a little variety on alternative days might nice. Overall a fantastic 5 day stay.

Room was a expected, but needed to change rooms on night 2 due to faulty window lock / extreme winds. Reception staff (Mick) was fantastic in sorting out a new room. Awaiting refund for the difference in cost, as downgraded from Queen room to a standard room. Reception staff were consistently excellent throughout the stay.

Though the hotel looks a bit shabby from the outside (and shabbier than website suggested) and the ground floor smelt weird but once on the first floor reception/breakfast room/ bar and above, it's fine. Clean room, comfy bed, pleasant staff, really handy for the Winter Gardens, the Tower and town centre. Good value for money, at least for the smaller rooms, I'd stay again.

Staff were very friendly. Room was nice and clean. The only thing that could make a differance is the shower seat in the accessible room bathroom. It really isn't adequate for someone who has no use of their legs. It needs to be bigger, for balance reasons and it needs to have a leg at the front when it folds down to give more support. Other than that it was a great place and will definitely return.

Stayed with my daughter and hotel was close enough to walk to train station, bus and tram stops. Directly across from north pier and close to tower. Room was basic but clean and had a good view and was bigger than some I have stayed in. Breakfast was toast, cereal and mini muffins which my daughter loved.

Good location, reception staff nice. Room was freezing due to draughty windows. Carpet was filthy/matted and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Room was not cleaned, had to request fresh towels and toilet roll.

Initial look of the outside of the building is in real need of uplift, homless people sleeping on steps to the prom side very off putting. On entering i found a very safe and clean building. Welcoming staff.comfortable rooms. Breakfast had a great choice. Had disturbed sleep due to location, but was prewarned as very close to pubs/ clubs.however great location. Would stay again

Booked two rooms (1 adult and 1 child per room) and asked to have them near each other, we were placed next door and in a secluded part of the hotel which would not have any guests walking by. This was great for added security. The rooms we of a good size and clean but were a bit dated and could do with a bit of TLC. One of the windows wouldn't open at all and the air con machines weren't working and we had a fan left in the room. The beds were comfy and we all slept well.

On arrival the hotel dosnt look like much from the outside but inside it is absolutely lovely, check in was easy, staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and my nephew was excited to he able to see the beach and sea from our oom window. The queen size bed was lovely and super comfy, rooms really clean.. breakfast was lovely. Hotel is in a great location close to the beach and the north pier. Only a short walk to blackpool tower and the centre of the promenade or there is a tram stop directly across the road from the hotel..would defo stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Arrived to a shabby, dirty building. Very unwelcoming entrance. Lift to reception did not work. Once inside, reception area is small but adequate. Receptionist checked me in without a smile, but politely and adequately. Rather abruptly asked to pay outstanding amount. I had to ask to check that my room had been upgraded in line with my membership status. I also was not told that I had the free drink voucher with my key. Had a drink in the bar area - perfectly clean and modern, but uninviting, impersonal and lacking in any atmosphere. The room was nice, with good views which were severely let down by the filthy windows which could barely be seen out of. The toilet was extremely low to the floor. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Ran out of some cereals, no replacement could be provided. Check out was adequate. The car park was a long walk from the hotel.
