The stay was great though the room was quite small comparatively. Akram's customer service was great , he was there at the front office. Though we were so tired and wanted to get some rest Akram was very sweet and polite to us and his customer service made our day . Great work ibis team.

I had a pleasant time at Ibis. The check in process was very smooth and the room was nice. I liked the decor overall, though the bathroom was a bit small, and sounds from other rooms (like flushing) could be heard through the walls. Otherwise, it was a very nice experience.

Rooms are small... For a month stay it start to fill confined Breakfast is below average. Variety is good but quality and taste is not - specially for a vegetarian. Tea is very poor. Service was excellent , Housekeeping guy Chandan was very helpful and nice . Actually I had left my mobile charge in my room while checking out. This guy kept that secured , and I finally got it back . Reception guy Sachin Mehra was also courteous. At the same time I faced issue with that card .I can suggest please upgrade that to a good one , Sometimes it's not working . Thanks whole team .
