As said Infra is good- while service needs a massive bounce back. No understanding of instruction shared- In-spite of the fact that it was clarified the GM Hotel Operation. Wrong timing of breakfast with no adherence to details. Lack of follow up from executive Though known still food and beverages ran short- though the event was for 5 days at a stretch. Technical glitch to be trouble all by self Need timely execution massively. Never gave a feedback in last 35 yrs of my career, this was unbearable. I am sorry but lets face it Team

The property is located very close to the Airport & the Bus stop & 2 good malls in walking distance. I arrived very early in the morning. When I reached the place I received a very warm welcome, check in was quick. room was very cozy, I loved the setup of the bathroom, its different compared the rest of the hotels I have stayed. which actually gives more space to the bedroom. Food was really nice, especially the Chinese. The restaurant team is always there to help. if you need some twist in your food, ask the chef, they will be more than happy to do it. the lobby bar is a nice place to sit in the evening with friends after work. The hotel also has some unique paintings. Overall the stay was Short & Sweet.

Made my mind to stay in Ibis Kolkata but I was confus while booking however Priyanka from reservation guide me better way to do it . Really like her first impression . Rachna was very helpful at front desk as she is passionate about guest satisfaction. I would really thank to housekeeping team Manjarul and Baisakhi as they well care of my stay and helped me to go out of the way . Rajnish and Priya were very much customer oriented and guide me better option for healthy food . Really satisfied with Buffet Breakfast and would like to suggest for more options in bread if possible like muffins . Wish you all the best Ibis Kolkata staff you guys are Rock Star keep on doing great job . My stay was really memorable and I am satisfied with Room which was very good decorated (Rangoli kind of) over the wall . I will come back again and again .

My experience was not good. 1) Check in time was toooooooo long 2) Lift door was closing rapidly, if someone hand will be there in between it would have been crushed. 3) Too much mosquito were there 4) choice in food menu was not there 5) in first day breakfast all items were deep fried.
