The room layout needs to be improved especially for the shower room - water overflows to outside. Breakfirst quality can be further improved. Room price could be more flexible.

I would like to said Lydia gao your welcomer in front desk is very good and provide a good service since when I in the club area for happy hour and they come to talk to us and share the thing nearby and let us know well the place also they know me and my mum not eat pork and beef and go to restaurant to grab some vegetables and chicken for us to eat , is very good experience stay in your hotel , also food over there is good and also hope your club lounge will open soon and I willl stay in your hotel again when the club lounge opened .

« Wait for long time to check in and the room is not ready until 4pm »

As we have the group meeting in this hotel, the room should be ready by 2pm. We have all the luggage just sit outside the lobby and need to wait until 4pm, our meeting start at 3pm and there's nobody to help us to arrange the luggage and resolve the issues.

« Very new hotel with some great staff »

This is the only hotel of well-known international brand in the area. Very new, you can still smell the chemical odour of newly renovated site. Not many local taxi drivers know this hotel. Road signages, both inside and outside the property, are not enough at all. Our driver took almost 15min., just for getting from the front gate to the hotel main lobby. Great staff, sincere and thoughtful. Especially the young bellman named Sky, quite smart and kind. Able to predict and cater the need of guests.

It is true that we are quite new in Zhouzhuang, and we are still working on outdoor signage. definitely we need to speed up. As for smells in the room, we do offer air purifiers, I believe it can be avoided if we pay more attetnions on it. I do appologies for these inconvinience. Room is too cold. Some stuff in the restuarant is terrible (service). Room clean is not good, our shampoo and shower gel was empty, but didn't be replaced.

Nice hotel besides Zhouzhuang ancient town, not far to Jinxi ancient town as well; It's newly opened with beautiful decoration and high service level; Breakfast with variety choice, the executive lounge has not opened yet, they're arranged the happy hour in the bar instead, overall experience is great.

« Good experience in a quiet area »

The parking place is far away from the main building, and takes several minutes to the front desk. No clear sign how to get to the main building, and it is really bad when it was raining during my stay because it is outside and takes time. The room is well designed and the bed is comfortable. The room door looks small that makes people feels not so good. The food is good but looks like the service is not god enough. Nobody comes to ask for coffee or tea or even offer the guest to guide them to the place. Maybe it is because we are a big group, but will be nice if keeping the good service all the time. In general, it is a good experience, but have room to improve.

We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. It indeed takes few minutes to get to the main building from the parking lot, while we provide buggy service to our inhouse guests, transfering from parking lot to main building. Obviously, we failed to provide encough sinages to guide guests through, which we already work on. Last but not least, service is definitely core to the hotel, we will suporvise floor more often to ensure the service quality. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.
