Pp Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

First, Front desk told me I can got just one step room upgrade although I got a platinum member. I though I can get 2 steps upgrade if the room available for upgrade. Second, confusing staff about privilege. Front desk gave me a silver tier welcome drink coupons then when I show up at the pool bar , staff gave me just silver member menu even I try to show my member tier on accor app. After that I ask about sunset drinks that front desk told me I can get. But all staff (pool bar and bar) know nothing about it until they try to contact front desk who checked in for me. Third, you choose clean up a pool! It is so dirty. By the way all staff was nice and service minded, especially at restaurant. Pullman is one of luxury hotel in Laung Prabang but it’s not for now. We pay for expectation and ultimate experience.

For welcome drink and Sunset drink issue you mentioned, we have requested both Front Office and Food & Beverage teams to refresh on product knowledge trainings. And Platinum member could be upgraded to next room category based on Accor's official guideline. (In fact even Diamond members are entitled to 1 category upgrade too) Once again thank you very much for bringing invaluable feedback to our attention.

Not sure how this hotel scored 5/5 honestly. The fact that staff simply don’t care was apparent when we arrived, carried our suitcases up to the front desk and no one even said “Hello, welcome”. They really don’t care. No one calls you back when they said they would, the kid’s bed I requested weeks ahead of time wasn’t there, requesting shuttle in advance means nothing because it won’t be there. And let’s talk about room service. It was so bad, I couldn’t believe we are in a 5 star hotel. The milk in my coffee was obviously spoiled, the “pastry basket” that should include croissants etc had 4 pieces of old bread in it, and half our order was missing. The resort is completely empty, no one sticks around. For a good reason! I think they’re only surviving because it seems organized tours bring loads of tourists in large numbers. The hotel itself, including all rooms and grounds are beautiful, comfortable and well designed.

We were very warmly welcome by Mr Neil and his team, excellent work from them. Rooms was excellent, food a the restaurant was great Owen and his team was excellent. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Pullman Hotel Luang Prabang is a luxury in Luang Prabang with view and facilities. It's a great venue with combination for business meeting package with refreshing ambiance.

Peaceful location and Nice staffs. They very helpful and friendly. The view of the hotel was so beautiful. A bit far away from the city center but they have shuttle bus to the city for free. And they also have such a wonderful floating breakfast. Will come back for sure 💖
