Very comfortable and easy access (walkable) from the airport. We reached very late in the night, so decided to stay at Novotel to avoid travelling to our main hotel in Bali. We had booked a big room (Suite) and it was really good for our family (2+2). Overall, highly recommended if you are looking for a short stay at DPS airport.

Pretty easy to find, we had an executive room and were allowed to use the lounge until our room was ready and after checkout. Highly recommend reserving the executive room. Room was basic, but very clean and quiet. Would stay again.

the layout is odd ,arriving by taxi its not clear where to go for the reception ,the reception desk isn't clearly defined ,the premier lounge was across out throug the garden up stairs via what seamed like a factory staircase, the restaurant lacked character ,the food also was disappointing , had a local chicken dish it was soooo spicy I couldn't eat it ,the breakfast was mainly asian food no bacon (pork) they had beef bacon that looked like a slice of cold cut they told me this hotel is Halal ,the wifi was constantly cutting us of then had to re enter only to tell you that you now had 4 devices logged in so down to get it fixed they said next time use this password and yet again cut off not excepting new password Good points, discounted my drink due to tooo hot food, premier lounge but that costed an extra $50 per room, the convenient of closeness to the airport Sorry will not come back

Fantastic staff. Booked a suite to use while we waited for a late night flight home. We were able to use the pool, purchase additional Executive Lounge passes for the family and spend the waiting time in comfort. Highly recommend
