A little pricey but only compared to the rest of Bali! A really lovely hotel. Comfortable bed and great room. Lovely shower. Breakfast buffet is AMAZING. So much choice. Lunch and dinner menus great too. Had a great massage at the spa and there’s also a little gym. Everyone very friendly. Perfect location as literally a two min walk to airport.

Second time to stay, night flight again. The staffs at the reception were very helpful with good attitude, of course good english speaking capacity. Room were what people saw online , nothing better/worse than the photos. Cozy but small business type of room. I saw many travelers from the airport losing the way to the airport. I was lost, again, too Have been told there is a short-cut from 'inside the airport to the hotel' but I had to go out and made a long walk around the parking lot. The airport (arrival) is pretty busy even at night, and pretty high-tense with lots of bad drivers. Any way that you could actually send any 'mini-map / how to get to Novotel Airport easily from the airport' to the guests, maybe ? :-)

Efficient friendly checkin. The lobby and public areas are neat and tidy. The room was large clean room and quiet with comfortable bed and pillows. Super fast WIFI.

Had difficulty in finding hotel as the way rom airport was not sign posted well. Helpful staff and good food.

I have stayed at your hotel many times and this was the most disappointing experience. Check-in was really slow and the HR/Training/Dept. Trainers can do a better job at preparing the FO team for check-in. For example, if the receptionist looks at my profile they will see I have stayed many times and so there is little value in telling me about the hotel facilities - it just takes up time and indicates they are not looking at my profile. Secondly, in my Accor Member notes I mention how for an amenity I do not wish to have junk food (health is important to me) but each time I stay there are macaroons in the room - it is nice that you provide a welcome amenity but it loses its impact when my request notes are either not read, or not listened to. Then at breakfast I requested a smoothie - I instead received a milkshake. There is a big difference between the two and either the order taker was confused or the bar attendant got sloppy. Finally, when I checked out I gave a 7 page document to the Front Desk team to scan through to me. I provided my email address, the same one that is in my profile notes. I never received that document. Given that the document was part of a legal procedure going ahead in Switzerland, it was of high importance. Really, really disappointing when basic request are not met.

The service, room and pool were great. We did find it difficult to get to from the international arrivals area. We walked around the taxis and car park for a while until we found the driveway to you.
