« Staff showed great flexibility »

We stayed in Novotel overnight while waiting for our connection flight which was scheduled early the next morning. The room was nice, comfy and we had a really good rest.The next day we checked out, made our way to the airport and found out our tickets been cancelled by the airline (Citilink) due to some technical issues with the payment - we were appalled! We had to buy ticket from another airline which was not due to fly out of Bali until midday.We then decided to go back to hotel and booked half-day stay so our 5 y.o. daughter can at least have a decent rest. As I arrived at the reception and explained what happened, they decided to cancel our check out instead and gave our room back as we were still entitled to stay until 12 PM.It was a very nice gesture of the hotel staff for travellers going through some hard time. Really show that they were not trying to extort money of the guest at every possible chance. I've only recently joined accorhotels member but definitely have accorhotels as my first choice for place to stay from now on.

Overall, the hotel is nice, the rooms are comfy and the staff very professional. However in the last few months we have stayed there a few times in transit and the connection between the arrivals and the hotel is a nightmare as we have to push our trolley all the way up to the reception. We really hope it gets better as the hotel is first choice for one night transitting in Bali.

« Good place to rest before long flights »

We were exhausted because of the heat and asked to stay in the hotel for 12 hours, were allowed to stay for 6 hours and paid the rate of 800,000 IDR. Quite expensive for me, but the room was perfect and staff was super nice and provided all the necessary assistance. I would recommend to have the stays for 12 hours for people whose flights are early in the morning.

We would definitely stay at your hotel again as it was clean, well appointed and with friendly and helpful staff. The check in process was surprisingly slow as we had a confirmed booking and the initial room allocation was incorrect for one of the two rooms we booked. This was rectified reasonably quickly but was disappointing as we were tired and one family member was ill and just wanted to get to bed. It would have been nice to have a drink at your rooftop bar but it closed very early. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed and the shower was great. The breakfast and pool were also terrific. All in all a very good airport hotel and a pleasant stay.

As we stayed here September 2018 we thought we stay again in Jan 2019 .When we got to our room the safe wouldn'y lock so we had to call for assistance which they came and fixed , then the toilet button broke so again we had to have it fixed.In the morning we had breakfast we where both very disappointed with the breakfast compared to our previous stay less choice. Saying all that I would still recommend staying here again just for the conveniences factor.

All Staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast had wide range of options and taste was good! Welcome note with an apple and macaron was really nice gesture! Room is modern and comfortable ,unfortunately the sink was clogged and there was some ‘funny’ smell on the pillow case. Overall i had a really nice stay at Novotel Ngurah rai Airport.

Overall it was a good stay. The only problem was walking from international terminal to the hotel was not a good experience. It was dark and there was no elevator to go to the 2nd floor so we have to pushed our trolley through the elevated passage. My suggestion: to have a check in counter in the hotel for the big luggage so the passengers can directly to the Gate since there is a special enter for checked in passengers

We were comfortable and we had a good rest. The room was lovely and complete with everything you need. Good room service and tasty food. The staff were helpful and quick. We had difficulty locating the connecting bridge to the hotel from the airport upon arrival. Maybe additional directional signage may help. Thank you Novotel for the wonderful experience.

« Service staff was amazing, just need some improvement »

To be honest, I am graduated from hotel school and work in hotel before. My last stay in Novotel was booked by the company I work for . From the service side, actually I was quite impressed with the service provided by Novotel staff, especially by the bellman who sent me to my room. He really went extra miles to serve me. (I forgot his name but if u can find out who he is, I think he deserve to get some acknowledgement ) he helped to set morning call, I think u can find out his name through morning call report list or from the system. However, i am sorry to say this, but I think the hotel side need to know this. Please pay more attention on ur bed hygiene, bcs After I wake up In the morning, I realized I got bite by bugs/insects from the bed ( both my hand get red dots, it’s very itchy and swollen) and I am still on recovering state until today. So I hope Novotel Airport can Pay more attention on the hygiene side, Because I don’t want this problem to happen again, if one day I need to stay in your hotels.
