« If reception would only read their emails carefully but ended up all good »

First impressions are lasting impressions and imagine my first impressions that after 3 emails on the same topic explaining that I had booked the room for the day before we would arrive and also pay for late checkout on the day we arrived so that we could go immediately to our room we are told on arrival that our booking was for the day before and you did not turn up so we thought you weren't coming!!!!!! Full marks to the manager/supervisor on duty who quickly fixed the problem but still frustrating. Then told that breakfast was not included and paid in good faith but when finding proof that it was included getting a refund. However the level of service they provided in wheel chairing my wife to the international terminal was first class and the room was also comfortable. Price was very reasonable and adding it all up I recommend this hotel for convenience. Oh I just remembered when we arrived the idiot Novotel security person when I asked where there entrance to the hotel was sent me the wrong way( not once but twice) and then apologies when another person explains he is the security for the hotel. Naturally he apologized but not good when you have a sick wife in the taxi.

« Decent airport hotel due to location. Otherwise dont bother »

Arrived at the hotel at midnight having booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids to find there were 2 single beds in the room only. The guy at reception was less than helpful. In the end we ended up in a room with a king bed and a rollaway which worked ok as we just needed somewhere to lay our heads until our connecting flight the next morning. The rooms themselves are newly renovated, so are fine. There was a musty smell though and it was super warm as the air conditioning is kept off and only turns on when you put your card in the electricity slot. Our unit also wasnt working so we had to call maintenance at midnight once we sorted the room issue which wasnt ideal. Breakfast the next morning was pretty poor - a good spread of food but just really poor quality. The location of the hotel is very useful but I believe there are other options now so I would certainly go elsewhere in future.

« Great hotel right inside the airport »

we always stay here during our stopovers in Bali. It's a good hotel, although quite pricey, inside the airport. We avoid traffic jams and queues in the morning and enter directly inside the airport. The room is comfy and has good breakfast!

Excellent hotel.checked in at 14.00 for a 23.50 flight. Spent time in the pool and dining room. Had shower and changed and walked out of door to Jetstar desk at 21.00. Could not have been easier

« Fantastic so convenient »

The hotel itself is lovely still very new looking , I wasn’t able to facilitate a late checkout at the hotel that I was staying at and just needed about 6 hours before my flight I paid a full day stay because I wanted to secure the room earlier that morning as you can only book the short stays when you arrive at the hotel I didn’t want to show up with my luggage and not be able to get a room .The convenience of it was worth it the hotel leads direct into the terminal right to the check in desk it has its own very quiet security screening as well it was very quick it took me about 5 minutes from my room to the terminal and that included the screening , I would not hesitate to visit here again for a short stay , was great for a rest and shower and swim before the flight !

« It’s been better »

I found old French fries under the bed, which would indicate the room wasn’t clean properly. There was shampoo but no conditioner or body wash in the room either. The hotel was quite noisy too, especially around 11pm...clearly consideration to other guests who may be trying to get a bit of a S. before their next flight is not an important factor!

I stay often at the Novotel prior to catching a 1:30 flight from Denpasar to Timika. The quality, cleanliness and service has gone downhill in the last 6 months. There were no washclothes in my room and the towels were worn and dingy. Most of the towels and washcloths need to be replaced. Looks like you at trying to cut costs to save money.

« Absolutely Amazing »

Booked this hotel due to a late arrival in Bali. The service is outstanding and cannot be faulted in any way. Restaurant is open 24 hours. Lovely modern rooms with everything you could want. International power points in the room. We received exceptional reception service from Diaz and also Putri. We requested the location of Starbucks and Brigette offered to go and get the coffee and deliver it to our room. All the staff seemed to go over and above with their efforts to provide great customer service. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay such an enjoyable one.

« Lack of communication between your staff members. »

I booked this for my husband & confirmed details with your staff member when I stayed on the 6 - 7 March. I said he would arrive on his own on the 11th March & he had to leave on an early flight to Yogyakarta & could an early breakfast be ordered for him as the booking included breakfast (I also sent an email with the original booking confirming that my husband would be on his own & have his Le Club card with him). On his arrival the staff member asked where I was & there were no notes on the discussion I had had with your staff member on the night of the 6th March regarding his breakfast. He left your hotel without breakfast for his early flight.

« Smooth and Comfortable Stay »

I stayed twice at the hotel. On both ocassions the staff were most helpful, particularly Putri. She assisted me with booking some fast ferry tickets to different islands and arranged a shuttle bus to/from the ferry port from the hotel. She also arranged a very early breakfast box to be delivered to my room since I had an early flight to catch. Thank you very much, it made my stay very smooth and comfortable!!
