I booked hotel because advertised free wifi. there was none in my room on the evening. I had to work in the lobby. wasted time trying to fix and asking for hotel staff help. Jamir on staff did not care.

« WiFi in room didnt work »

I booked this hotel due to the advertised wifi. I needed wifi for my work. It didn't work in room at the time needed. I had to work in the lobby. It it worked the next day in the room, however,I lost about 1.5hours trying fix it and wasted time talking to hotel staff to try to fix. Will never stay here again. Hotel staff Jamir particularly did not care about my circumstance.

I was staying with an overseas colleague and appreciated the room upgrade. The rooms are however, looking a little tired, but we were advised that there was maintenance due the following morning of our stay. We ate in the restaurant, which was satisfactory, my first choices on the menu were not available and the wait staff member initially serving was extremely new and nervous, but the senior staff member handle the situation well. Of no fault of the hotel, but the other guests in the restaurant for breakfast were extremely noisy and had no consideration for anybody else!

We have been staying here regularly for over 3 years now, but so disappointing now. The rooms are run down and not maintained and have increased in price. Our air conditioner filter and cover was missing, the window venetians were broken and there was no soap holder in the shower, so you either had to leave the soap on the floor (yuk) or get water everywhere when you put it in the vanity. The restaurant has nice food, but again, prices have dramatically increased.

I cam up to surprise the amazing songstress Susan Penno. To do this I had to change her table booking without her knowledge, which the awesome Harry helped with. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff including an extra bed literally at the last minute on the second night. Thank you for looking after us so well.

The room was well appointed and spacious. The internet was terrible... difficult to login, not much allocation, kept dropping out, it was way too cumbersome compared to other hotels. It was a shame that there wasn't a continental breakfast option, not everyone wants a full cooked breakfast and the cost that goes along with that. Wouldn't stay here again for these reasons.

I have stayed with you multiple times over the last 18 months. On this most recent occasion the room (107) was dirty (particularly the floor and kitchen), the shower was hard to turn on and off (and was only really hot), there was no towel rail in the bathroom and one TV was missing from one of the walls. The airconditioner vent was all dirty/dusty. The sheets on one of the beds also looked dirty. Hugely disappointing. The best part of the stay was the service at the front counter - Jaimi who is always nice.

Room upgrade was very much appreciated, however, Room 129 has had the floor raised and now has two trip hazards (one at the entry door and one at the bathroom door). Although we were alerted to this by Reception staff when we book in, we still found it a hazard on occasions. Apart from that, we were very pleased with the room and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
