Comfy room and great bed! However, room was awfully cold. I tried using the system available, but it did not solve the issue. Curitiba is a famously chilly city, therefore I was truly taken aback by the lack of any sort of heating.

As long as I stayed in many hotels around the world and even worked for companies such as White Lodging in the USA, and many others in Peru, knowing the guidelines and the overall procedures, I got really impressed on the way the people (specially managers) work in Novotel Curitiba, they don’t even have the idea of communicate in front of guest (Excusing theirselves because the behavior or work of others, do not taking responsibility as a brand). Theo grave me a wrong Room with a Weird bathroom without Asking just avoiding any kind of extra job that implicates the guest satisfaction, almost pushing me to accept the room making me waste my time (Almost 2 hours), They do not recognize the diference between a hotel and a room street o can tell, they have a long way to be well trained. Just the restaurant people were kind specially the chef and the servers by night, altought I have to say you have some distracted people, over there during the morning, I asked for an orange juice and never arrive to my table. I will come back to the city soon, I hope you guys represent well a big brand as Novotel for the future and understand the guest value. Because at the end not even a gesture of solving the issue, just the guy in front desk apologizing.

For those who know the Novotel standard, the Curitiba meets expectations, but not anything exceptional. Highlight to the Peruvian restaurant, although the menu is very specific, without major varieties. The reception is welcoming and the checkin staff friendly. I just missed a bigger commitment from the staff at breakfast. They were unprepared for a little more movement and left many items missing. Missed juice, glass and were not making omelette. I even asked for one, but they said it was not possible because it was “a little full”. Anyway, worth the stay for customers who keep loyalty, but nothing that can be a differential.

This is one of the best cost-benefit unit of the AccorHotels in South America. Unique service. Incredible decorated rooms. Amazing Peruvian restaurant. Well located - located in Batel, one of the best neighborhoods, it’s just a few minutes from the main city-attractions.

Good space and room furniture. When other people opens they´re doors, your door room makes noise. Breakfast room is pretty small, difficult to get the food, tables pretty near one to each other, it´s uncomfortable to eat there. I'll prefer another Hotel for relaxing.
