My suitcase has been lost by the airline and I am at the hotel with nothing and for several days. The hotel team supported me perfectly in this event. The necessary items for washing, shaving, information on where I can re-equip and support in a language I can't speak to the airline to find my suitcase were provided in a very friendly way. The room is impeccable and quiet, and around the hotel, there are many restaurants to have variety.

Although the facilities really seems like a Sofitel, the service, amenities and breakfast could be rated maximum as a Mercure. It was ok but if you have a reservation at a Sofitel you should expect something extra. Specially the breakfast was really under the standard. Western buffet was poor and bread does not look fresh.

Overall I'm very satisfied with the experience. I had an additional cause to be happy this time. Due to my flight's cancellation, I had to come back to the hotel. Though rooms were not available they gave me an upgraded room for the same price as a standard room. Really made my day.
