I stayed 5 nights in your hotel. very impressed with the courtesy of your staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. It was a little disappointing that the gym and pool were not completed in time for my stay but the converted gym was more than accommodating for my needs (used most days). The meals provided were of good standard and choice, breakfast in particular.

I have stayed here since 2008, and this time, I finally have the opportunity to stay in the newly renovated room. It is indeed high time to renovate the property, in fact, this should have been carried out earlier. Nevertheless, the staff members are still friendly and efficient, I was so touched that many of them still remember me after my 1 year absence. Jason, the most valuable to the hotel guests and hence the hotel was still rendering his service with the usual efficient and attentive services. Some of the staff at the front desk, Suzanne, Ash (who left on 21 May 2019) and some others were still helpful. The room was still stocked with adequate amenities, the bathroom looked brighter and bigger. Everything remained as good as before, the renovated rooms gave an upward notch in the overall rating of the hotel. I was glad to have the opportunity to meet the General Manager, Martine, and chatted with him for a short while. He was still a very friendly gentleman. One small short coming is on the way old customers are treated, I feel that I have lost my long loyalty to the hotel.

Kobe at the front desk was very helpful. The food was great and the service was good. The hotel room was way too hot for my liking. Even with the thermostat turned down, the room would not cool down.

Very good stay, the only disappointment was I checked out on last day and went to work leaving my suitcase at reception, on my walk back to the hotel it rained heavily and I was absolutely drenched. When I picked up my suitcase I asked if I could have a towel and if there was somewhere I could get changed into some dry clothes before going to the airport and was told I had checked out and they could not even provide me with a dry towel. Bit disappointing after an otherwise very good stay.

Overall, comfortable. I paid extra to upgrade to mini suit, however,the space was not as expected as like the suit of other same level hotel. Service was adequate yet lack of compassion, breakfast was so so.

The room was nice and compfortable. The supply of teabags and coffee were mostly replenished. Bathroom supplies were always replenished. It was good to have the two bottles of water every day.

The staff afforded us great hospitality and customer service. We would like to say a special thank you to Icy and Peter as the managers in charge. Susan, Stella, Rick and Lilly were extremely helpful during our stay from the 8th April to 23rd April. We would definitely stay at Sofitel Shenyang Lido when we revisit later on this year. Icy and Peter also ensured that our little daughter got her birthday celebration during our stay which is muchly appreciated. Great job by the mentioned team and thank you very much again. The cleanliness was very good and we were comfortable throughout our stay. Room service was excellent and all our requests were met very promptly. Regards Jason.

Good but really bad internet conection

Dear Mr. M., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Sofitel Shenyang Lido. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Sofitel Hotels & Resorts, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Our IT Manager and I went to your room to check the internet connection and speed.This must be a a step for all user to be identified.The Iphone user will be a little be longer that Android for connection.This is nothing special.Would you please let us know if there is any issue about the internet.We will inform our IT Manager to solve the problem straight away.Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
