I spent 7 nights in the hotel and the hotel did not meet my expectations at all. Choosing a hotel with 5 stars for a long stay I expected the quality of the hotel itself and the services offered. The first unpleasant surprise was the corridors, narrow, scratched, with some industrial floor. The corridors in this hotel look like a service passageway, not a place where the guests of a 5-star hotel move. I was ashamed to invite anyone to my room. There are broken radiators in the corridors! The room itself also needs renovation, again a broken radiator, damp patches on the walls and, what was very unacceptable, a lot of fungus in the shower. For 7 days the water in the room was not replenished and only once tea. This is not a 5-star service. Breakfast, especially for a longer stay, was on an unacceptable level, even in a 4-star hotel, not to mention a 5-star hotel. The choice was very poor, e.g. only one type of hard cheese. The quality of the products is at a low level. The standard in Accor is the possibility to order omelette breakfast at the price, but not in this hotel, which was a very unpleasant surprise. To sum up, I was very disappointed with the breakfasts. The day before my departure, I asked at the reception desk to prepare an invoice for the company instead of a personal one. Unfortunately, the case was ignored and I received a personal invoice. I felt cheated by the receptionist. Finally, I was told to pay a local tourist tax that was not mentioned in the Accor reservation. I do not know whether it was the hotel or the Accor reservation system, but it should not have happened. When choosing Accor hotels, I expect the right standard. We are very sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; we had several opportunities to speak, during your stay, and as we have understood the situation, we had put every effort at your disposal. Firstly we deeply apologize about the minibar fridge temperature, but as explained before, usually it just refreshes drinks and it is not suitable to store medicines. If we knew since the beginning the correct storage temperature that you needed, we could have given the solution immediately, and not in the evening. Regarding the occurrence in the shower, which normally does not happen, we had offered all our support but we have been told it was not necessary. Allow us, anyway, to express our sincerest apologies. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. We liked the junior suite very much. It was clean with a tastefull infrastructure. The biggest impact on our journey was the splendid personnel! They made us feel very welcome and were always ready to help us with anything. Great breakfast and very good dinner. We enjoyed our stay very much. The Tiki-Tiki bar was amazing with a breathtaking view of the skyline. We wish to thank all of the personnel for our great stay.

I enjoyed the friendly staff at the hotel. The lobby is a bit outdated needs a facelift. The room facing via Nazionale is a bit noisy. The buffet breakfast is good and well presented. I will stay again next time when I visit Rome.

All staff were very helpful, from reception, restaurant staff, through chamber staff to doormen. However, I have been an Accor member for many years, and have stayed in places where you will have no record (eg in Brisbane several times and last week in Naples) and have never had a room so shabby as this - particularly its outlook - and this was an upgrade! I can only assume the M'Gallery Roma was in the middle of a renovation programme. Breakfast was very good, but otherwise I thought the emptiness of the restaurant in the evening would tell you it was over-priced.

Perfect Hotel. Location, cleanliness and best of all, Staff friendliness and efficiency. Our visit was to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We arrived at Hotel earlier then Check in time. We had booked the deluxe room. Roberta the front desk receptionist upgraded us to the junior suite and took us personally to suite. Recommended and booked us at a family owned restaurant for lunch where we were really taken care off when we arrived. We tried to get tickets for Colosseum and Vatican. All were fully booked. She contacted private agency and arranged all for us. All in all, from check in time to check out, Roberta and rest of Staff, made our stay Very pleasant

The hotel is nicely situated, not far from Piazza di Spagnia and the parliament. The staff is well trained. The breakfast at rooftop offers al fresco breakfast which is nice experience. The staff was helpful organizing our excursion to Tivoli. Doormen were friendly and always attentive. There is a need to have complimentary bottles of water every day, not only on first day.

My wife and I spent 3 Nights at this hotel and really enjoyed it !! A great central location in Rome . We were upgraded to one of their suites ….. OMG !! it was amazing …. Living area downstairs, toilet downstairs, the up a glass staircase to the massive bedroom with Spa Bath, Sauna and even it's own Gym !! Really amazing . Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful

Reception staff including concierge were outstanding being helpful and sincere. The room was clean, well ventilated and stylish. Breakfast offerings were diverse, plentiful and fresh. Coffee was great. Light lunch was a bargain and staff were timely and professional. The hotel is located within walking distance of Roma Termini and sightseeing attractions.

We arrived a couple of hours early, but were made to feel welcome from the start. We were told our room wasn't ready but they would make it up as soon as possible. They then escorted us to the rooftop restaurant were we had a quick bite and drink whilst the room was made ready. About 20 minutes later the receptionist returned with our room key and said we had been upgraded. Our bags were brought to the room. The room had a balcony and was better than we could hope for. We had a fantastic time in Rome, the hotel is situated within walking distance of a lot of the attractions with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. We could not ask more of the staff who were very friendly and helpful especially the concierge and front desk. We would not stay anywhere else in Rome.

Air-conditioning was not working properly, it was so hot in Rome and the air conditioning in my room is not that helpful. I had to stay 3 nights, sweating in bed. I told front desk, they said they send tech to look at it, I think they didn't do anything to it. Power sockets on the wall are falling off. This hotel doesn't deserve a 5 star, period. It's misleading. Especially under name MGallery by Sofitel, very misleading. It's a 2 star. My name is R., I stayed from 11-14 August 2019, room 318.
