The hotel is completely misaligned to the brand, and unlike any MGallery I’ve stayed at in a negative way. I do wonder how the MGallery brand continues to associate themselves with La Griffe Roma, and if they continue to do so it needs to be closed for a full renovation before further damage is done to the brand.

This hotel is completely misaligned with the MGallery Brand, and you have to wonder how they continue to be. To sum it up, think 1990’s motel rather than MGallery hotel - the decor, ambience and layout leaves a lot to be desired. As noted in the other reviews, the room is like a furnace with non functioning air conditioning, the bathroom smells, the breakfast quality is poor, etc. - it’s all been covered accurately before. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

« All Staff were good but room condition was wrost »

I was impressed with good staff who had warm heart and good service mind but my room condition was worst. First, the toilet was too dirty. I was shocked because there was mark of yellow poo on the toilet. So I did clean it by my self. And nobody told me the floor has a slope so that after shower, the water was spread all over the bottom. Actually I understan this one because this is related to the building which is too old. But not cleaning room, I felt too bad. I think you have to give a warning to the house keeper. But Front desk and all of staff were great.

« Stylish beautiful hotel near Piazza Venezia »

Stylish beautiful hotel near the Piazza Venezia, I stayed at this hotel for the second time and very pleased with the service and attention from the staff and the hotel management. For me, as for the Platinum member Le Clud Accorhotels made complimentary upgrade to the Prestige Suite, this is a wonderful two-storey suite with a Jacuzzi and a sauna, a comfortable bed, a high ceiling, a stylish enough and a nice room. Thank you very much, we will come again!

Beautiful hotel in a central location, near the Piazza Venezia, stayed at this hotel for the second time and is very happy. The interior room is ok, but 2 level make difficult to go up and down. The cupboard in level 2, can u imagine to bring up the big luggage on the narrow glass stairs? When I was there, the temperature of water shower not stabile ...cold a while and then very hot and cold again. The receptionist counter is too short cannot serve two or 3 guest simultanously, have to wait to be serve. Overall ambience is quite good, and the strategic place

« This is not five stars hotel anymore! »

The location of this hotel is one of the greatest in Rome and that is all positive i can say about it. I have been to this hotel 4 years ago and the quality of it was much better than now. Everything is ramshackle and broken. The reception stuff have disturbed me 4 times to change our room and every time the showers in each room were broken, it was impossible to have a shower at all. The breakfast was not tasty, the meal was not refilled in to the pleates in the case of it was finished. The cups and plates were really dirty. The staff was not welcoming. Finally i can say that the reception staff made us to pay the Italian acommodation tax twice. Thus we have payed 98 euro while check-in and 98 euro while check out this hotel. It was not fair. Nobody wanted to resolve these problems. I have such a big disappointment and will never come back to this hotel and will never advise someone this hotel. It is not five stars hotel anymore.

I was a bit sceptical but the hotel turns out to be quite a good choice. Breakfast was lovely with lovely view of rome city. The muesli and apple pie was thumbs up. The staffs are friendly though one or two should smile more but overall I had a good time.

Room well below standard; dark and cluttered. Shower ran hot and cold and leaked. Staff were generally good, however, I had to ask 3 times and show my booking e-mail to secure the late check-out I had already booked with my package. Breakfast ok but scrambled eggs dry and bland. Would not recommend because of room being well below 5 star standard for the money paid.

We liked the location of the hotel but the service and cleanliness were disappointing with 2 things in particular. First, the room kettle was extremely dirty, and we felt so sick after drinking coffee with the boiled water. Only then, we realized the boiled water was contaminated with fungus. When we brought the kettle down to the front desk, not only they didn't apologize but also didn't take any immediate action. Second; secondly we were there for my birthday and asked for a restaurant recommendation over email, but we never heard back from the hotel.

Expensive, had a deal of 3x2 nights costing almost 500€. Bath old not well kept, dirty. Hair dryer needed to cool down after 30sec of use, toilet miving. Breakfast staff slow and unhelpful. Welcome drink, well not what we spected. The place was empty so we sat next to the window ob a table for 4 people. The waiter comes and tell us that if anyone one comes and they need the table we need to move to the corner table, one for three people. Could understand the concern if we were using a table for 8-10 people. Simple not acceptable

« The worse M Gallery I have ever stay »

The service (no srveoce at all) ; quality (the room are so dirty and all the bath room facility are broken, the matress are old , u can even feel the spring) ; price (very expensive) are terrible, the room are so poor, I really wonder if ACCOR have had ever visit this hotel before.

The 1st room you gave me is below the standards of this type of hotel. The window of the room opens on a interior stair case that is a deposit. The bathroom smelt of urine. The walls were dirty. There were no reading lamps next to the bed. One of the glasses of the wardrobe was broken.
