Great staff and location. Tatiana went over and above for us. Highly recommend. Center of St Andrews Square..walking distance to everything. Lots of food choices and shopping and near the bus station. Rooms are great with exceptional views all around.

Great location which was close to the tram, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was continental and lovely. We had 2 rooms in our booking. One claustrophobic twin which you couldn’t swing a cat in and a spacious family room which was probably twice the size of the former. Excellent cocktails in the bar and lunch was good apart from the ceasar salad which was vile with lettuce, croutons and cheap frozen chicken for £13. The overall stay was good, quirky hotel and the staff are pretty friendly. Just be careful which room you are getting.

Room was amazing. Didn’t realise it was a continental breakfast so wasn’t looking forward to it but it exceeded our expectations. Plenty of choice and all was very good quality.

Staff great ,room 203 could do with a lick of paint lots of scuff marks on skirtings and walls . The bathroom also had a very damp smell which on entering room was quite strong . The towels were lovely and bed was really comfy and breakfast was outstanding ( although maybe think about trays for guests as that would save multiple trips to collect your breakfast) The chap topping up and clearing tables was lovely and chatted to us very cheery chap.

The room was compact but well designed and very clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful, did not meet anyone at all who wasn’t from reception, to breakfast staff, to cleaners. Great bar, gorgeous design in the reception area and there was live music one evening too. Located really centrally but equally just off track so not in a busy noisy area. Tonnes of restaurant options literally on your door step. It was a really great stay! Thank you everyone
