The reception stuff were great on all occasions and rash that checked us in did a really great job. However the next morning the breakfast restaurant staff where not warm or welcoming at all. The women on the front desk would not scan my Accor club card because it “look different” however it had been scanned no problems on arrive in reception. She was also very unhelpful to some of our other questions and was just all around unhappy (maybe she would have been better off stay in bed that morning). Hotel room was clean and lovely and facilities were lovely

It was great. There was only one thing which was that a person staying in the room next door was always smoking on the balcony and the smoke would come into the room. We had to keep the door closed. Other than that every was great.

The catering was a problem for the meeting. Continuously running out of water and milk for the coffee and tea so when we had a break we had to wait.

Always happy. I slipped! The entrance near our room was wet floor. I never reported it but the maid was at the door of the room opposite and turned her back and never helped. A few bruises on the arm. I am OK. Staff need to be on the ball a bit better.

I stayed only one night for a business conference I was attending. I found the staff very nice and helpful, the facilities great, the bed and room very comfy, the gym and pool well setup and the food great too. The conference rooms were nice and service was very professional. I would be happy to stay there again.

We arrived late, almost midnight and were impressed to find someone still at check-in who could answer all our questions. I travelled as a single parent with 3 children and found breakfast was fantastic with something for everyone. Staff were all friendly, room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Our stay was awesome! Exceeded our expectations in regard to friendliness of the staff throughout our entire stay. The suite we had was spotlessly clean and the view of the golf course with the creek was gorgeous. The only downside was that there was no lift to our suite in the 3rd floor. Oh and the buffet breakfast was scrumptious. Thankyou for an extremely enjoyable stay.

Gentleman welcoming us outside was very pleasant as was front desk. Did not enjoy stairs to rooms. Bathroom a bit dated. Rooms nice size. Room service very fast but pizza only had filling in middle section, bit disappointing. On check out lady efficient but a smile would have been nice, a bit too stern.

« Nice setting & room »

All good except 2 annoyances; at check in the lady asked if I would like assistance with my bags, I said no but she failed to mention there was no lift and 3 flights of stairs! I got the bags up the stairs myself awkwardly. The air con was buzzing while it was on and I couldn't sleep because of it, I eventually put in ear plugs and fell asleep and asked to have it fixed for the next night which it was.
