« Covered off on all our customer service requirements in a very professional and friendly way »

We drop off and pick up passengers at the resort and the concierge staff do all the meet greet and buggy transfers from reception to the helipad. They do such a great job and this forms part of the overall Pterodactyl experience

Beautiful room and amenities. Disappointed no kitchen with a 2 bedroom stay. Surroundings and staff were lovely. Disappointed and unfair that the company holds on to the bond for so long, I assume to collect interest. I have been to hotels where the bond is put straight back as soon as the room was inspected that same day. It is now 6 working days and still not in my account. Returning the bond more efficiently would show a company with integrity and make a world of difference staying with the hotel again.

« Room and resort was excellent but parking was a let down »

Everything was excellent; the room, the staff, the resort. However, parking was a let down. There was bird dropings all over our car and the whole underground carpark was also. im not sure what can be done about it but it was disappointing. We only own an average car too, i would hate to own a high end luxury car.

I am pleased to see you had a welcoming and positive experience, however i am sorry about the bird situation. Unfortunately, we have a colony of barn swallows that have called our car park home for a number of years. We have since installed bird netting and tried different humane avenues at a considerable cost to the hotel, which however has had little to no effect on the very resilient birds. The hotel has recently purchased car covers that we will begin to hand out to our guests soon, at no cost. Which will help with the birds making a mess on the cars in our underground car park. Spacious room with a pleasant outlook, excellent housekeeping, Only criticism is the lack of lift access to upper floors. Getting belongings from the car park was difficult. Also more options for late night room service would be preferred rather than just pizza. Also perhaps the late night menu could start from 11pm as many other hotels - this is very helpful for guests working evening/night shifts

Basically all staffs are very professional and friendly. But the one attend to me when check out was not very friendly. I checked my account and there no records for my this booking. Not sure if front desk has registered me .

We enjoyed our stay here. there is a bit of a walk from where you park your Car here so we got the lobby to pick and drop off us in the hotel cart as my husbands leg was in a cast. I like this spot it quite and relaxing away from the main tourist area. I do think you need a car to stay here as I couldn't see any public transport near by.

« Blighted by one issue. »

During the first night I discovered that the bottom bed sheet was about 30cm too short for bed. Weird but extremely annoying as the bed sheet rode up and I was sleeping on the underlay. I reported it to the front desk, the housekeeper obviously changed the sheet but the new one only just made it to the end of the bed, it was not long enough to tuck in at the bottom....it rode up again. I didnt report it because I’d already taken the time to tell you of an issue that needed fixing, you guys didn’t fix it. Every member of your staff was very friendly. Why don’t you buy sheets to fit your beds? It is the strangest situation I’ve come across in a hotel. Is it the accountants stopping you having sheets that fit? Did the wrong size get delivered? You need to support/train your front line staff so they deal with these issues so they are not passed onto customers. Now, you have kept hassling me for feedback, I’ve taken time out of my family weekend to provide it, I challenge you to do something with it.

Booking and check in was easy, except online check in didn't seem to work. Receptionist was friendly. Room was clean with working equipment. TV was clunky, having to access menu, then channels, etc. Limited Foxtel channels. The corridors trap noise and amplify late night conversations and door closings. I appreciated personal touch by housekeeping staff. Breakfast was tasty.

The rooms were big and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the resort is set in peaceful parklands away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist strip. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
