We only stayed one night at Mercure we wish it was more the hotel was comfortable, the food was awesome and I purchased the drinks pack which was well worth it. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The location for us was close to what we wanted shopping, markets.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing.The first morning my wife asked could she have pancakes,the lady she asked did not know,so after half an hour she went looking for the waitress and was told they were not available.The next morning she asked for pancakes they told her they were available but would have to pay extra.We have stayed at a lot of resorts on the Gold Coast and making pancakes has never been an issue before.These little things can affect repeat business,giving there is so many resorts on the coast.

Absolutely everything that was possible to make our stay easier and more comfortable was done by the staff. We have been there before and we will go back there again. Not golfers, but very peaceful surroundings. We were there for the National Judo Championships and most of our club stayed there - thank you.

« Great facilities, staff, location, room rate, meals, I'll be back. »

An oasis that is well laid out, vegetation ads to the holiday feel with easy access to the location and facilities. The golf course outlook ads to the expanse of the resort and makes for a picturesque view. Found staff very helpful and informative. Checking in was a breeze as was the reverse, checking out, which I may ad is something a number of hotels haven't payed enough attention to.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only dissapointing things was the cleaners cleaning the rooms around us so early slamming doors while we try to sleep and relax

« great overnight stay, good breakfast and the best gym »

pleasant hotel, great clean breakfast, fantastic gym (with free weights), nice clean rooms with balconies. a proper coffee machine (rather then Nescafe) would complete the experience. Please note such a minor point of improvement points to the fact the i could not think of anything else that can be improved upon. My second stay and hopefully will be there same time next year.

« Slightly dissatisfied, due to length of time to return security deposit »

Check in was great very easy and our request for early checkin was taken care of.. was a little dissapointed with not getting pool view room as requested, and found being placed on 3rd floor a little difficult, as was a little unwell and the stairs a bit of a strain.. Did find the breakfast items to be quite cold as well. Also find otvwas quite a shock to have to call and chase my security deposit up after 12 days of being held on my account, the room was left tidy and have never waited more than a couple of days at any hotel, we actually moved to another hotel on the day we checked out, and had no issues with this at all.. was released the same day we checked out..

The room was huge in size, a pity we could join the beds. Spa in bathroom rather small n would fit one person at a time only. No air freshener in bathroom. Front desk staff were amazing and very helpful. Helped us take our things to our room and also helped us at checkout, so nice of them. Breakfast was very good, a good variety, all fresh n delicious. Actually this is the first resort that we got chicken sausages, so nice! There were repairs conducted in the next room to ours during the day, power tools were used and were very noisy. Our baby woke up from his sleep and then I had to take him away for a ride in the car. Otherwise a very good resort. We will definitely come and stay again. As a family we booked spa room thinking spa would be bigger to fit us two n our kid in but again, we will choose to stay here. Wonderful service from a wonderful team of staff!!

On arrival, extremely friendly welcome. All resort facilities explained to us and offered a late check out. This was brilliant as it was my wife's birthday. We enjoyed the little something (Gift from ACCOR) that was in our room to celebrate our special overnight stay. The evening meal in the Resort Restaurant was exceptional. Staff from all departments of the Resort made you feel welcome, it wasn't just a job to them the actually enjoyed what they were doing. As a member I will definitely recommend and will have a return visit.
