Except for the rIn we had a wonderful stay. Room was in pristine condition. Restaurant meals were beautifully prepared just need some more meals and deserts of which to choose from.

Overall we had a great experience however we did find a lack of information in the rooms. The tv info is very lacking.. the breakfast menu hidden on the back of the door went unfound.. the gym is difficult to find as signs to it point to a locked door. When I raised this with staff they were argumentative and justifying of the current practice. As a client I found it frustrating.

Locations was great for business, staff were friendly and top class with their service. I am only let down by the fact that there is cheap coffee and no real milk in the fridge, which to me does not classify the rating of the hotel to be true. I was also told a receipt would be emailed to me from my stay and emailed a reminder on Sunday for a receipt, and I am still waiting. So I decline to proceed any further until I receive a receipt so I can close my January books.

We had a fantastic time at the Hotel. It was extremely relaxing. The staff could not do enough for us. We ate in the restaurant and we would have to say that the rump steak was the best we have had. Whilst we appreciate it is a big statement, but yes, it is true.

« Most things ticked the box but some didn’t. »

The best was the bed - so comfortable. Bathroom needs a little upgrade with the bath tiles. Housekeeping was good. Main complaint was poor general service in restaurant. Uniform was sloppy and tacky. The main part was poor breakfast quality and quantity. More space needed. The bar area was good and service there was good. Had the barramundi fingers from the bar menu on the first two days which were great - size and quantity but when we ordered at night time they were about a third of the size and when we complained the staff did nothing. The resort itself needs some maintenance.

« Perfect place for relaxation »

During our stay the weather was very hot, so the two beautiful pools were very welcome. We dined in the restaurant on two occasions, and the food was excellent. My only negative comment would be that plates were cleared from the table before everyone had finished their meals. This is alright for breakfast, but not for dinner service, however, we did find the staff to be very pleasant and attentive. Our room was very spacious, with a view over the golf course.

« Very relaxing and enjoyable »

It was great. Just wanted a night away from the house and kids. Spent the whole time relaxing in the spa, watching telly, enjoying a few drinks, and eating takeaway pizza delivered from Big Fellas up the road. Thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Bed was extremely comfortable. Only slight downside was that the Foxtel channels did not include the movie channels. I realise that you offer a movie package, but we only really wanted the telly as background noise and didn't care to invest in an expensive movie option.

« Wasn’t very family friendly. »

We didn’t realise our room had no kitchen facilities which made it very difficult with 2 young children. Not even any BBQ’s on-site meant we spent far more on eating out than we had hoped. The facilities need work. The spa has mould growing in it and broken tiles. The pool has broken tiles. The bathrooms in the rooms are poorly designed allowing water to splash out from the shower making a huge wet mess. It was difficult to park our car on a Saturday night, driving around many laps before finding a car park, again with 2 young kids, one of which was asleep meant street parking was not ideal.
