Beautiful lobby, restaurant and pool area. Lovely rooms at a fairly reasonable price. Buffet breakfast good value for money. We arrived very late at night and service to check in was a little slow but otherwise was an enjoyable stay and I would stay again

We had an awesome stay and the staff were fantastic especially Lea our housekeeping lady Lea looked after us and made us feel extra special with our towel animals Lea could not do enough for us and will always be a special memory of our holiday

i was staying at your hotel because i was attending a conference offsite for The coffee club and they offered to book my accomodation on my behalf and now as a result i was told when leaving your hotel i dont get my le club points .........this will be the difference in me maitaining my gold status. Im a loyal customer but feel like my loyalty has been disregarded

Good location, particularly for golfers of those attending functions as we were. I am surprised that the hotel does not have lifts, although there are only two flights of stairs in most instances. The rooms are spacious and clean but the bed was a little uncomfortable.

The only negative was that the buffet breakfast was a big disappointment. The scrambled eggs were like sloppy porridge and as there wasn’t another ‘egg’ option it was very ordinary. The bacon was over cooked. The coffee from the coffee machine was cold. For $25 it wasn’t worth it and was extremely disappointing for the Mecure name.

« My wife and I find Mercure Gold Coast Resort a great place to stay when travelling between home and north of Brisbane. »

The staff are always very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The rooms are well presented with good amenities. It is easy to park in the underground car park as long as your car is not too large. The restaurant is a great place to eat and the steak is always cooked to perfection.

Stayed for 2 nights and the air conditioning in our didn’t work. The staff were helpful and tried to fix it. I also understand it was hard to fix being a long weekend.
