I was having a significant birthday celebration. Our evening meal was delicious. What made the trip extra special was the extra touches. Staff must have noticed my birthday cards- after a meal with friends we came back to find a tasty sweet treat & note. Thankyou for going the extra mile & adding a special touch.

We stayed at the Mercure as we had a funeral to attend on the gold coast and we were absolutely blown away by the compassion shown by the staff. They went above and beyond any expectations. This was our first visit to this resort but definitely won't be our last. Thank you for everything.

The room was very spacious and the staff were helpful and friendly. Dinner was fabulous and delicious. The only complaint was that breakfast was cold and not sure if the bain maire was working properly but was not enjoyable.

Good size room with spa and very comfortable king size bed. Nice balcony views over lakes, gardens and golf course. Friendly staff, extremely enjoyable meals for breakfast and dinner. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We were welcomed on arrival, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very good. Your housekeeping lady by the name of Cindy was amazing friendly and polite lady. Only criticism I have is that the breakfast doesn't start until 6.30am. As a business person, I sometimes need to be gone by then. All in all, I look forward to staying with you and it is the only place I stay when doing business on the Gold Coast.

I liked most everything about the place, the room was pleasant, bed comfortable, staff extremely nice, but a lot of cockroaches in the room. I expect some in more tropical climates, but there were a lot. The gym could use some upgrades too.
