My daughter and I stayed at The Mercure Resort Gold Coast. We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were beautiful and super clean. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. All the staff that i dealt with were so friendly and professional. I will be back.

Excellent, period. I've stayed at the resort before and l have a number of future bookings there in 2019. I stay at many hotels/resorts. l book here primarily because of the cleaniness of the property and rooms. Please, note one criticism: the resort would be even better if you would supply king pillows with your king beds.

I stay at the Mercure frequently for university and work, it is always pleasing to see such amazing customer service, they know me by my first name now and there is never any hesitation with any request. The accomodation itself is immaculate and quiet, there is everything you need from the gym to the restaurant. This place is so peaceful especially for studying, there is hardly any noise aside from wildlife, the gardens and grounds are well kept and make it feel like a paradise. I actually wouldn't stay anywhere else on the Gold Coast. 5 minutes from Broadbeach and it is always a great experience!

The furniture in the room was very dated. One wardrobe door did not work properly. There were large noticeable stains on the carpet. The digital menu was good. The service was very good. The food was average.

Our favourite place to stay on Goldcoast for a quiet, peaceful stay, away from the traffic and bustle of main Goldcoast. Staying at Mercure overlooks the golf course, staff are welcoming, friendly and food is great and reasonably priced. Being an Accor member is an advantage too. While being an 'older' type Mercure, the rooms are roomy, have a balcony and clean. Be aware no lift to higher floors

our stay was very pleasant, all staff friendly, helpful rooms clean, tho staff still came and changed towels [even tho we followed the procedure on pamphlet] great to have parking available, we missed the sign, thinking it would've been in the corner of the street, but finally found it after ringing thru and a very helpful staff member redirected us the right way,

The hotel staff were overly helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities are great and I would definitely stay again. However, the breakfast wasn't worth paying for in my opinion. Not a alot of variety and food didn't seem very fresh. Housekeeping staff were lovely as well.

Peaceful overnight stay. Close to Metricon Stadium. Rooms and facilities were in great condition and we had a lovely outlook to the river and golf course.

We had a relaxing and comfortable stay. My husband and my young son enjoyed the pool and the space in our room. I had a cuppuccino from the bar and it milky and not up to cafe standard.

The kids loved the bath and pool spa's

Simple check in and out. The young girl (Tiaan?) during checking out even pronounced my name correctly, which is a very rare thing and very refreshing. Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff. The kids loved the heated pool spa and the spa bath in the room. They asked to stay at the hotel next time I visit. The only complaint I have is about the breakfast. The eggs and bacon were cold and to make matters worse the wait staff opened up every door to the outside area. I'm guessing it was around 10C which made the already cold food on my plate even colder and hard to enjoy. My second complaint about the breakfast is that my grandson spilled some of his scrambled eggs onto the floor as he was trying to put bread into the toaster. When I asked one of the wait staff, I didn't catch her name, for some napkins so I could clean it up, she took the napkins and started cleaning it up herself but was mumbling noticeably under her breath about it which upset my grandson. She was about 3 words away from getting a free ride in an ambulance. I'm quite confident that this is not the first or will it be the last time that you will get bad reviews about her. I just wish I could remember her name.
