« Room was good but food was just plain. And one more thing was lack of information to customer. »

I can't deny that room was pretty good but the taste of food was just plain. For example, I stayed for 5 days and found that every morning bacon were different, some day it was crispy, some day soft. Weekend special seafood was under satisfy, It should be lobster, not a river prawn compared with price. And the 4th floor bar, sport bar, was closed due to private party without anybody notice to me. I decided to hank out there but failed. Hotel should care about guest as a first priority, not an out site people.

« Great privacy, Quiet Bedroom with a nice king size bed which enable me to work in my own room. »

Room 801 - there was no good view but it has its privacy and dead quiet which is very good. Certainly I dislike the fact that I have to pull up and down my own luggage on the 8 to 10 steps as the hotel lift is shared on the maisonette hotel floors. I like independent which means do not like the services of a hotel porter to pull my luggage. Great TV with International News! Breakfast was good and staff was most helpful!

Service is good and food at breakfast is satisfactory. However, the waiter at the breakfast area needs to improve on his English proficiency. Had requested for a cappuccino and was told to wait. Did not serve for 20 mins and had to get another waitress to get the cappuccino.

It was a short and sweet stay, i so love the room and the bed (sheets & pillows were so soft), clean all the time and i appreciated the sweet surprise (i thought it was a display because it was intricately done, unfortunately didn't get to eat it as i was still so full -- but really.. thanks for the warm gesture). Food was also great with wide selection from different regions even for breakfast i enjoyed it so much (pancakes and fruit juices.. yum! and i had a chance to sample your indian and myanmar cuisine - very tasty)... lastly, when i had a little incident with my luggage, staff was very accommodating when my call was entertained down to sending key personnel to assist (very consistent from day 1 when i arrived).. even during my last day, check -out was just a breeze. Thank you very much, indeed a short and sweet stay but a memorable one. Keep up the excellent service and continue to delight your customers ALWAYS!

The front office supervisor or duty manager who is willing explaining AccorHotels link and bookings system and how different among online bookings and AccorHotels because we’ve booked from agoda. The housekeepers are young age however they’ve good service and cares their setting up room. However only wondering experienced had as at 2 am after midnight knock sounded bad head and then I getting up this sounds moved to Celling at the place of footy sides, again I tried to lying down again knock sounded come out bed head then again on my movements on knock at celling as well, it was around 20 minutes over, i cannot sleep well and I was stayed with my son to attended wedding reception my niece. When I checked out time I’ve feedback to FO supervisor who I met with check-in time FO supervisor. Need to stay Manager on Duty and find out what this happens. Only just feedback. Thank you.

I'm always stay at Novotel Yangon Max everytime i have business trips to Yangon where i feel welcome from the day one when check in and easy check out process. Overall i satisfied with staff services and a lot of options for breakfast menus. The only challenge to improve is smell of 4th floor, i do understand its smoking floor, but should be find a way to remove smelly from smoke.
