there is a priority accor for check-in and check-out but there is no staff, when I checked in, the staff besides serving me also served other people, For handling check-in is long, as well as at check-out I have to wait for about 10 minutes just for house keeping the room check first, whereas as an accor member, usually the check in and check out process always fast. Breakfast is so so.

Room was comfortable. Decent location. Breakfast was mediocre. Restaurant had good food but poor service. Ate there twice and both times sat down for about 10 minutes and had to flag person down to get service. Two people “hiding” behind bar talking. Made a YouTube video of stay. Will be back next year...but not sure if I stay again.

« Lovely hotel, great location »

Loved the fresh air breezes on each floor and the blackout curtains were great. The staff were always friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that there were a few dirty marks on the walls of the room and on the bathroom door that I wiped off easily with a damp cloth. They should have been seen and removed by the cleaning staff before I arrived. But on the whole, I loved my stay in the hotel. Definitely will stay here again.

Overall, it was good experience. The room is clean and comfort. Check in and check out process were fast and efficient. Most staff were polite; with one exception of one of the spa therapist. We requested two spa sessions (if possible). One therapist showed up and was good in services; but the other one (who showed up later) was rude. They argued in front of the guests and the latter therapist was upset because she (or the first therapist) didn’t bring materials she needed. She said she’ll get the materials and didn’t show up. Actually, I’m fine that she could not provide the service, because it was quite late already. However, she could be more polite and should not promise anything she could not do (she said she’ll get the materials and never come back nor inform us that she cancel the service).

It took 4 people to check me in & took 15 minuets, very slow. Breakfast average. Ordered room service had to pay straight away even though I asked for it to be charged to my room. Pool staff - had to ask for them to clear plates from previous guests, had to go to the waiter to order food & drinks twice.

As part of a training program from school, we usually have 2 or 3 students here to learn about hotel operation and the 4 people that you were mentioning are 3 students and 1 staff. We apologies if it seems that we need 4 people to check a guest in, when in fact it was actually the staff that handled your check in. And since your reservation from Booking.com was a same day reservation without any guaranteed payment upon reserving, we needed time to check the details to avoid any miss charges hence the more than usual check in time. For the Room service, in order for the Room Service to be charge to the room - a certain Deposit is required upon check in and if no such Deposit was available then we would require the guest to paid upfront to the outlet. Service was excellent as usual. We stay here when busy with business as we really only need a bed and a bit of a relax around the pool and/or bar. We just wish the windows opened up so we don't have to rely on air con.
