Hotel is normal. The price is cheap. The location acceptable. It is around 4 blocks from the beach and 20 minutes walking to Kuta. Receptionist can be more friendly. The pool is in the rooftop but it is not bar or restaurant service there. Restaurant and bar are in the ground level next to reception area.

Design was amazing for photo-taking, too bad my friend and I only found out about the interior of the dining area a bit later. Room was quite small, but expected from the price that we paid.

Forgot to put towels after daily house keeping service. Asked wine glasses, sent 2 water glasses. And even the reception staff asked me back if I am requesting two wine. Actually I had repeat more than 10 times of WINE GLASSES.

checking in without any recognizion of accor status whatsoever. no welcome drink, no thank you fot being with accor. no explanation about the property/breakfast/etc. not as what we have acostumed with any other accor properties.

Ibis Brand is a You-get-what-you-pay-for hotel in Accor. The atmosphere and design in this hotel are almost the same in every Ibis Hotel I have stayed. So I didn't expect much when I booked this hotel and the quality of the hotel is as expected. Pros: -Affordable option to get status points and nights, which is the reason I booked this hotel. Good for work. -Good sleep quality -Good location near many points of interests and restaurants -Easy and fast check-in/check-out Cons: -The bathroom towels had dark nasty stains. The bathroom mat was also dirty. They need to be replaced -Breakfast did not look appetizing and did not have many options -Welcome drink options were very limited. They only let me choose between an orange juice or mango juice. Not even soda was available. -For the price you pay, you can get better non-Accor alternative hotels.

« Reasonable Price and staffs are nice »

Staffs and Manager are very nice and helpful. They clean the bath room and change clean towel everyday, but we found dirty bed sheet and pillowcase at our first night. It seems a long while without change. After we requested, they help us to change in the second day. Please noted that some the changing bed sheet and pillowcase are still dirty, maybe it's too old.

« great location and convenience »

i have stayed at your hotel many times. i never had the breakfast from the hotel until this trip. i know the price of the breakfast is affordable but quality is really not so good. the tomato and cucumber slices from the salad station is not fresh at all, already turned soggy. One of the sweet pastry was tasted sour on a piece that i ate. You can have lesser variety to minimize wastage, but i think it is not a wise decision to put out food that is already turn bad. Your F & B dept need to supervise the quality. I am happy with the rest of the hotel.

Convenient place and a comfortable room. Specialy there is a comfortable bed. Clean rooms and a nice pool. The breakfast was not so much and not much of a choice. Need to add more to the breakfast, specialy because there are foreign guests who would like to have a nice breakfast in the morning. But worth for the price and friendly staff.

The hotel was clean and functional and the staff were very pleasant. The rooftop pool is lovely but more beds and chairs are needed as we often had to sit on high stools which is not ideal. The sunset from the roof was lovely! Food was average but plentiful.

Got a wonderful offer from accor with a big discount to stay in this hotel. Really worth it, as it is in n a walking distance to the Legian beach at double six gate, nearby seminyak to find food and do some shopping. Room are clean and in standard size for Ibis but bathroom is clean eventhough it is small

Although the staff were friendly I found the lack of staff being able to understand English very poor. The asking of basic questions like do you have a scale to weight our cases reply from 3 staff ** Do not understand** . Asking for directions do not understand was a common reply. Rooms were clean but there was only 1 day that I had a spare toilet roll left in the bathroom. having buy spare toilet paper on your holiday when you have a upset tummy is not good. Breakfast was basic and disappointing , there was never any butter for you to have on your toast.
