I have been staying here regularly for business purposes. In overall, it's quite good for the price that you pay. The room is clean; the bed is comfortable; The staff are friendly and warm; and finally the location is very good. It is in Legian area and near many restaurants and the Double Six Beach. The hotel is what you would expect for the price you pay. The things that can be improved: -I get towels that sometimes have dark stains -Breakfast quality can surely be improved

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff! There are only two things we didnt like - absence of opening window - towels were clean, but had stains (probably from makeup)

Nice hotel, great rooms for value. Breakfast was super delicious. Staff is very friendly. Just the beds and towels were spotty and the bathroom could have been cleaned more precisely as there was hairs in the shower and on the towels.

Rat in reception revolting linen and towels

I have never seen a rat running around the reception area. The bed linen and towels are so dirty they are grey not white. Totally revolting! I left the Ibis hotel Legian street very tired I have never slept so little in a hotel before. The clientele are so noisy, rude and disrespectful. I was first allocated room 336 which was extremely noisy as it faced Legian Street. I was quickly moved but was still a noisy room. Extremely unhappy with my stay here. I would not recommend it, and I would never stay here again because of the above reasons. I found the hotel staff friendly, pool area was lovely except the pool was extremely cold. Room service was excellent quality.

Due to our Hotel Lobby open design and also surrounded by local resident houses, we wanted to assure you that the unwanted creature was not from the property and entered through the side of our building. We have our own Pest Control team and conducted check regularly too. Being in one of the busiest street in Bali, we are truly sorry if the overall surrounding was too noisy. As for the Linen, we are currently in the process of replacing all of the said item in batches for the next few months. The food was only 6 out of 10. The noise thru the corridors was loud. The bathroom had hair but smelt clean. The staff at coffee lounge very slow to make 2 drinks and no other custoners. Price ok.

Location is not bad with a few restaurant around. Walking distance to beach and shops. Only problem didn’t get my early check in despite my inquiry and another person got their room early without any membership.

During your check in time, we allocated your room based on the Preferences from your Profile which is Non Smoking Room but unfortunately our Non Smoking room was fully booked the night before so we are sorry if we could not fulfill your request for an Early Check In. As for the other guest that you mentioned that managed to Check In before you, most of the other guest was either allocated on the Smoking Room or in a Twin Sharing Bed due to our high occupancy and even those that managed to get a Non Smoking Room were all checked in after 15:00. So we would like to once again assure you that we would never prioritize non member over VIP Member. We are known for our great customer service and attention to detail in everything that we do. Staff was really great, room was nice. Cleanness not so good. Our shower head was so dirty, almost black covered with fungis and god knows what. Towels were so old, they started to fall apart on the edges. Chairs for sunbathing on the roof so old. Breakfast was ok. Bed was really comfy. Just buy new linens, towels and change shower heads. I don't think that's so expensive. I am professional tour guide and I have travelled around the world, been in many hotels. You have really good team working in Ibis, small improvement and you will be great.
