Stayed for 5 nights for meeting. After I arrived the room was always clean. The receptionists especially Pras always go beyond and help me print some materials needed. Of course will be coming back.

Firstly Sorry for the late response. The Day we have reached and it starts with really bad experience. First in your reception person insisting me to pay on the same time and not even listening to me , I was telling him that we have almost 20hrs long flight journey so please let us first fresh un up and the n I can pay but he's was not even ready to listen. Then rooms was not even ready. we waited for long in reception then after reaching rooms there was no towels no sleepers no shower gel nothing also room was with some stinky smell. Staff didn't even understand English. So I can say really not satisfied with the service, you need to understand customer situation we booked the room and yes we have to pay for the same but you simply asking for money didn't even bother about your rooms and services. I think 6* are also more as per my experience.

Taking into account that your reservation was not secured by an advance deposit or a credit card as a guarantee, hence the request for payment to be made upfront. Upon your arrival, our staff have informed you that the room is not ready and we are still in progress of completing the amenities of the room but you said that it was alright as long as you could check in first and we could refill later - hence the incomplete of the towel and other amenities. It’s cheap but that’s all, firstly the beds are good and comfortable, the food is pretty tasteless we had the BBQ evening and it was a huge disappointment also the breakfast was disappointing and to try and get a egg cooked to our liking was impossible, the public areas corridors etc are never cleaned maybe a mop and bucket should be purchased people order room service and then there are stains in the corridor from spilt items, the swimming pool looked disgusting with a very oily surface film , the bedding should be changed more often and the shower should be cleaned as it is filthy, the staff are very friendly and helpful but English is lacking in most of them.
