« satisafactory but could had been better »

personnel is friendly, facilities are comfortable. The room is small but has all that is required. However the rooms are very noisy, the mini bar fridge sounds loudly and the closet doors of the different rooms close very hard making a lot of noise. I could listen around 11.00 pm how closets doors of other rooms were closed which did not help in the rest. Breakfast is good and the gym although little has the main machines.

« Goog but need to improve in some points »

The breakfeast could be better, with more options. The main problem is regarding the signage to enter the hotel. In 5 days NO taxi/uber found the hotel in the first try, it was always necessary to call and explain, because the sign "Novotel" is to small and there is no lights on at night. I made a suggestion on reception to change it, because almost all guests had the same problem.

Since it was my first stay at an Accor Hotel, I've joined your frequent user program and they asked me a bunch of room preferences which were not taking into account at the moment of my stay; therefore why ask and make the customer loose time with this?

You don't provide washcloths. You provided only one towel. You left the room with only 3 tissues and no refill box. The room had no pen. The shower proved very difficult to regulate temperature; a tiny movement of the lever produced a scalding change in water temperature.

« Friendly staff, good rooms, quiet but horrible connectivity »

Staff was very friendly as usual. Rooms are modern and well maintained. Quiet hotel and well located. Connectivity for business is really horrible. Was very hard to connect wifi, especially at night. Calling for support did not made any difference. They were supposed to call me back and never did. I consider this hotel after 8pm does not have any wifi available for guests as it really does not work well at all.

I stayed for a week to attend a company meeting outside the hotel. Room was compacted but completed. Good bed. Good shower. Breakfast is good in a nice place. Check in / out reasonable. I think the bar has the music far too loud for thise staying on the lower floors. Also very expensive for a 2 twins bedroom with virtually no space: small bathroom and tight room overall. R$45 for a breakfast per person is absolutely insane price, very disappointed.
