I normally book Novotel Morumbi but after finding this new venue that is closer to my office, I decided to try it. Early check in granted in accordance with Le Club policy and a delightful experience in the executive room on 14th floor with a view of the city. Gourmet restaurant staff is friendly but I noticed the service for drinks was slow. It may be that the restaurant staff is a newly formed team and is not in synch yet. During lunch on 30/11 I noticed a manager in the restaurant and he had a grip of the team coordination and my lunch service on 30/11 was faster than dinner on 29/11. Overally stay was perfectfor business and late checkout was also granted witg ease. I reccomend the hotel for those on business or short leisure trips.

It was a really nice experience. The hotel staff is super helpful and courteous. The hotel room was modern and clean. The neighborhood is safe, and it is walking distance to places like the USA consulate (3 minutes) and the Morumbi Shopping (10 min). I would stay again, and I would recommend to a friend.

new and nice hotel, modern. Really cozy. However, do not go to the restaurant, which is good only for breakfast. I tried to have dinner and they had no bread for the burger, were unsure if some foods were appropriate for a dairy free diet, and I ended up eating a tasteless salad and 'vaca atolada', which, in the end, had milk in the preparation...

« WiFi was extremely poor! »

The first night, WiFi was unusable. I was told it was due to the hotel being full. That is not my problem. The second night, it was better and somewhat usable, but still did not meet my needs.

I was remarkably disappointed in the wifi. It often was turned off or was slow. Staff was very nice. Gym was nice. Food was good.

The first trip was good. Second time when I checked in the room choices were bad although I reserved almost a month in advance. Room near exit stairs and too noisy. Check in was not good.

Hotel still suffers from a starting operation....the handicapped rooms are a mess...flooded bathrooms...no internet...poor signing for parking and hotel entrance.... The rest - typical Novotel in a positive way - good service, good food, comfortable rooms (the desk is ridiculous - impossible to work)....

Don’t eat here. I tried Portuguese pizza, pork belly dinner as listed on the restaurant week choice, the breakfast buffet, and finally the club sandwich. I am thinking you can’t mess up a club sandwich. But that was so bad I couldn’t finish it. The deserts were horrible. All prepared off site and delivered cold. Pizza was a frozen crust. And who puts hard boiled eggs on a pizza? Just gross. The area at night is not free from bad guys who will rob you. And most places shutdown at night so dinner choices are slim. The scrambled eggs rate like they come from a bottle.
