« Good, but i left my hard lens and the house keeping couldnt let me find it.. Disappointed. »

It was so far a good stay until i checked out and realised that i have left my hard contact lens box with the lens in the room. So i tried to contact the hotel but unfortunately, they told me that someone has stayed inside and is unable to check it. I have explained the full importance of the hard contact lens due to its complexity and importance for my eyesight. However, the house keepin is unable to check the room inside and also is unable to let me check the disposal items from the room. Overall, i am disappointed as the effort of the housekeeping supervisor or the manager is not up to standard to help the hotel guest as compared to the other Accor hotels that i have stayed in overseas so far.

The room was quiet enough but the room and bathroom wasn't big enough. Breakfast was so good taste, so much variety of foods and fruits, but fried rice I smell of charred.

1. Enjoyed dinner at restaurant on 8F on 3April. 2. Someone set morning call which I did not request and I received automatic call at "4AM". It was annoying to receive such a call at very early morning by mistake. 3. Overall I enjoyed stay at Mercure.

a fine place but not too suitable for a family vacation. The pool seems to be dirty oftentimes, and restaurant staff often hangs out at sitting area nearby the pool, while pool windows which are being left opened every afternoon until evening make the facility distractive/noisy and felt less comfortable distractable

« Front desk staffs had less service mind, just like robot working. »

So far I had experience in many chain hotel either IHG, Hilton, Shangri-La, Hyatt and Accor. Speaking about service, Mecure Indah Kapuk need to improve since front door. Non-emotional robot work, so slow run even we made booking not walk-in guest. Staffs at restaurant need to learn how to speak properly with customer. What I Experienced was "where would you like to sit, up to you ?!?! This is not polite at all. Hundreds of English sentences can refer the same meaning but not like this. Facility so so, I rather pay more to have better service. Try IHG brand, learn how to have good service mind, or your chain Pullman Central Park JKT and learn from them.

Convenient : Near to airport, next to a mall and surrounded by many eateries outlets Clean & Comfy : Room is clean and well maintained Improvement is needed: Breakfast : Choices available are rather limited. Parking : Wonder why the taxi drivers have to pay parking fees when fetching/dropping hotel guests?
