It is a good place to stay when i have my business in karawang. The room is comfortable and the service is ok. The shuttle that was provided to us was always on time and the drivers are kind. Point to improve: the breakfasts were not always satisfying

It is a clean and comfortable place to stay, the staffs are friendly. Breakfast menu is very enjoyable. Location of the hotel has easy access to the industrial estate, toll gate, and near to shopping malls and restaurants, so the guests has easy access to enjoy other local menu after finishing the business. It is very recommended choice to stay when you have a business trip in Karawang.

Basically the room is clean and tidy. However, I am not happy over the laundry management. Your team did not provide the laundry form and laundry bag to my room and I have to request everyday. Was there a problem with the form supply and bag supply in your hotel? Why is it not possible for your team to top up or to provide the forma and bag to me everyday?

I was able to check in as early as 10 am. The staff was really informative and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The facilities, including gym and swimming pool, are great. Last but not least, I had one of the most pleasing breakfast in the Mercure hotel as it offered wide variety of foods and cuisines, and all of them were delicious.

Arrivig and check in/out verry good! Service verry good; room clean but roomcleaning somtimes after 5pm not acceptabal. Alacard Dinner at Pool Bar a) salmon steake was black burnd all arround by grill, b) thenderloin steake ordered medium rear, comming well done i send back to kitchen, 2nd steak who come was medium rear but inside cold, and the beside dishes cause not making new ( french fries, vegetabel peppersauce) also cold.

Arrived midnight and was very tired. I wanted to take a warm bath and sleep. Yet the unsatisfying part is that the hotel bathroom shower has no sign on its valve. Which one is for hot or cold? Which on is to turn on the fixed head shower and which one to turn on the removable? How's the direction to move the valve for higher water volume? There are two different valves with a switch in it but there are no clear sign on which is which or how to use it. User, especially new user has to try one by one and met with overly hot water etc. Please improve on this.
