I didn't like glass wall in shower room. I ordered just a massage but I got erotic one. Is that usual or a habit for foreigners?

« Below my expectations. »

I had terrible experience with cleanliness and speed of the internet. Cleanliness. There were so many ants and insects crawling on the bathroom floor. Leak under the sink. Foul water smell from the shower head. Some caught long hairs on the unused bath towel. Internet. Since I was away from my family, internet speed is a priority to connect as much as we can. Unfortunately, wi-fi connection is terribly slow.

« i love only the facility like swimming pool, billiard, playstation and gym. »

overall satisfied, but why you don't provide comb? it's common in all hotels I assume.. noise sound I didn't know where it came, I guess it was coming from 1st hotel, this bothering when sleeping at night. Mercure had laundry promo package, but you didn't inform us at check-in.

It was fun to stay at mercure hotel Karawang. I first stayed on Jan 11 to 12. Then this week on Jan 16 to 17, this was super fun because I get an upgrade to suite room. Thank you so much! Next week I will definitely stay again on Jan 23 to 24.

Overall is good except the transportation arrange is damn poor. I told front desk about my schedule but always no transportation or late at least 15 minutes for every morning. It is very bad arrangement and I wonder this hotel is suitable for business people.
