The hotel is in a quiet street near the university area and close to tram stops. We enjoyed our stay although there were occasions when style triumphed over function (eg the bathroom sink!). The underground car park is very tight. Lovely staff and a good breakfast

The staff is very friendly, helpful and nice. A very convenient check-in and check-out . The room is clean with a colourful, original and nice style. Although the breakfast did not have the veriety of things to choose between as we are used to, we nevertheless appreciated the fresh orange juice and the high quality of the food. We have stayed at the hotel several times and will most likely come back in the future.

Typical Ibis Styles Hotel - utilitarian rooms with complementary WLAN, clean, bed OK, breakfast buffet pretty good (different types of bread including whole grain, two different types of cheese, jam, cold cuts, joghurt, fruits, fresh orange Juice, cold pancakes with maple syrup). A few stops by tram or bus from the subway station Charpennes, pretty conveniently located, but obviously not in the City Center.

nice at all ...i had a conference in this hotel ...Everything is all right except First, when i had my dinner...the no. of people which has the dinner is around 40....and there is one man only serve this people is there ceremony ...how it come? at least 4 men can serve all of these people. ... Second thing is that, the same waiter prevent 5 persons (including me) to set on a table for more than one hour standing .... i did not understand why ...but i saw him was talking for his boss. that was ridiculous. Let us set down and solve yr problem with yr boss. We was disturbing.

« Pleasant experience, but breakfast was disappointing. »

The employees at reception were friendly and welcoming. We requested a room with a balcony, and we were very pleased with the cleanliness and design of our room. The bathroom was clean and modern, lots of water pressure in the shower. Unfortunately, breakfast was very disappointing. First, it was difficult to find a clean, set table. The fruit was bruised and unappealing, not enough variety of food to choose from for me, although fresh squeezed orange juice was refreshing.
