« Nice place, great location, perfect for business trips. »

A very comfortable and quiet place near the subway and a few blocks away from Reforma avenue. I decided to try Ibis Styles Zona Rosa for a last minute business trip. Found everything as expected. Nice and clean rooms, good internet connection and coffee always available at the front desk.

The room itself was too small and uncomfortable for a couple. We had the bathroom and the toilettes too close to the bed and they where in kind of plastic cabins. The cleaning lady needed to get a tip in order to actually do her job and in one of the mornings, there where no cups for coffee.

Hotel location is great. We could walk to the historical center. The street is quiet during the night. Hotel personnel very friendly. Sometimes it was difficult due to English skills, but we managed. Very helpfull with booking taxis and trips around Mexico City.

« Bad designed rooms, but only one nigth didn't harm »

Rooms are bad design, very reduced space, the bathroom is separated by a wall from the shower, but it is taking out space, one single glass will do the same and will give the sense of more space instead of moving to another part of the room. The beds are oriented to the window, but the TV is in the wall on the left, so if I want to watch TV I need to look to one side of the bed instead of looking at the front which is the most easy and standard. The shower is leaking outside the shower and the floor is getting flood. I know that main thing for a business is the revenue but adding some sound isolation to the rooms will be appreciated by all the guests, I was hearing some other guests sneezing, discussing and TVs powered on when I was trying to get some sleep at 11pm

Very good the first two nights, awful the last one... there was a machine on the street that wouldn't let me sleep all night... our room had a view to the street... terrible night... Also consider getting the usual soap system... the three staying at Ibis I have felt frustated that the stupid soap container won't pump any soap at all.... so, imagine being in the shower with out something to clean clean you up.... Please I hope the next time I visit an Ibis that would make my staying perfect...

Lamento mucho que esta situación haya afectado su estancia y no hayamos podido lograr nuestro objetivo de ofrecerle la mejor experiencia. Valoramos mucho su comentario, pues para nosotros es fundamental el conocer nuestras áreas de mejora y con ello fortalecer nuestro servicio día a día. Si bien es cierto que en nuestra búsqueda de cuidar al medio ambiente tenemos dispensadores, es un hecho que es nuestra responsabilidad mantenerlos funcionando en su totalidad, me ha comentado el departamento de Ama de llaves, que este es el segundo comentario que reciben sobre falla en el dispensador, mismo que responde a un error en el diseño de la botella con la que se llena, hemos contactado al fabricante para que solucione este problema de sus suministros para que nos permita ofrecer una estancia que sea realmente relajante. Lamento de igual forma que su tercera noche haya sido mala por el ruido exterior. Esperemos no dé la oportunidad de darle la bienvenida en el hotel y estaremos encantados de asignarle una habitación con otro tipo de ventanas para asegurar que su descanso sea excelente. « Close to Old Town but area a bit much crazy busy »

I used to stay in this hotel in the past but its look is getting very busy at night and lots of night clubs and bars close but makes it difficult to really relax. If your plan is party all night this is the Place. Not recommended for children at all. Buffet in the morning used to be much better and there are not enough spaces to sit down. Food not good quality.

Poor quality room. Basic choice for breakfast. Paid 580 Pesos per person for an English tour from the hotel to the Pyramid of the Sun, no one spoke English so we had to rely on another guest who luckily spoke some English

« Far away from my best experience in Accor Group. »

The hotel location is great and the male staff that helped me with my check-in was polite and gave me a room upgrade. However I had some problems in the hotel, the shampoo in the bathroom was not replaced, it finished. I needed a tooth brush and I called reception at night, they told me that they had it but could not bring up to my room, so I went with pajamas to the reception and when I arrived there, they did not have the tooth brush. Why did she confirm if she did not check it? Laziness. I had meetings very early, so I needed to take-away breakfast service, because I needed to leave the hotel at 5h30am, but this option was not available. I needed an receipt and they took many days to send to my e-mail. In Accor Group Jakarta or Bangkok (booth Novotel), they sent during the same day that I requested. Anyway, I will not stay in this hotel again. I would like to have a Novotel or Mercury in Mexico City and Guadalajara (even Sofitel is fine). I could not find a nicer Accor Hotel there.

« Good, however front desk told me there was no printer to print my boarding pass, it's a hotel that should be there for all guests. »

Everything was great. My only complaint was that there was no printer to print my boarding pass. I had to go out in the street and find a place to do it and it only cost 2 pesos to print my pass. Remember it's about making it convenient for your customers.

I spent five nights for my first visit to CDMX. The location is just perfect: in the heart of Zona Rosa and even walking distance to Roma. The metro Insurgentes is around the corner. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is really friendly and helpful. WiFi very fast and breakfast and lovely fruit selection and even nachos!
