Friedly staff, excellent breakfast and a practical but very small room. Please install more german television programms. Positive is also the free coffee and water in the lobby.

Windows open when I arrived so the room was very cold, very small room, corridor not well done with the elevator in the middle

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Only downside was that the aircon wasn't working, but we opened a window and that cooled the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again, location just a little bit out of the centre was also perfect.

« Good hotel with great location - Great help from staff- before & during my stay »

I had to contact the hotel as I had to send parcels to be kept & stored before my check-in at the hotel. Everything went on perfectly and I even got help from the lady at the reception desk to carry my parcels to my room. Very good location also. Something surprising but nothing to do with the hotel : the extremely high city tax (8€ per day/person) for Amsterdam.

Staff were really friendly, cannot fault them at all, hot breakfast selection was disappointing, towels in room a bit rough but ok for 2 night short break.

Recommend this hotel! Very good location for getting into the centre (only a 10min tram ride and close from the airport), with a tram stop across the road. 4 of us girls stayed for 2 nights and the staff were very friendly, breakfast was included and was standard for what you would expect. House keeping were great, changed our sheets everyday, topped up our shower gels, shampoos and bottles of water (which were provided for free).

The employees were very unkind and rude. We booked two rooms, and the hotel provided us one room in the basement and another room at the very top floor. The stairs going up to the top floor were ridiculously steep, and it was really difficult to climb with our luggage. I visited Amsterdam every year. This ibis Styles Amsterdam Amstel visit was my second visit since last year and I will not use it again for forever.

« the room in the basement it was not what we expect »

there was no problems with the service, but the room in the basement ruin the all experience. Last time i stay in a Ibis in Paris, I get stolen in the room , now this. Next timeprobably i will not use Accor Hotels

« Close enough to central, comfy beds »

I thought for the price we paid was rather high, £550 for 3 nights here. The rooms are tiny with not much room to move about but we did ask to swap from a twin to a double which was sorted no problem, weather they’re any different in size I don’t know.. but the beds are super amazingly comfy!! There was two entrances to ibis styles which was very confusing? We just went by the photos of the entrance

« Neither happy nor unhappy with the stay »

The room was rather small. There were stairs from the entrance to the lobby which was not made known on the website. The front desk wasn't very friendly. The elevator spoilt at least twice during our period of stay. Left one of the room card in the room, and it was gone when we return. Informed the front desk about it, but the person on duty was quite upset with us even though he did replace the missing room card.
