« What a wonderful convenient location »

Service 10/10 Food 50/10 (Amazing dinner and desserts) Chef: Harley 10/10 Waiter: Thomas 10/10 Waitress: Tree 10/10 Room: spotlessly clean and very comfortable So close to the Airport, quiet and extremely comfortable. We will be back!

« Needs some improvement »

Laundry effectively takes 2 days to get back, so is unusable. If it is such a problem to send it out workout a something in house, even a guest laundry would be better than nothing. Most Gym equipment was out of service and the balance not so good, think Accor should stick to Life Fitness equipment. Also carpet in the Gym is not such a good idea. Hard to get an omelette for breakfast, to there credit they did make me one.

« The facility was good, the service was terrible »

We used your facility as a central point for our reunion. Check in was ok, room ok, went to meet and greet but was unable to get a meal or drink. The barman was on his own, and when he finally came on duty was overwhelmed and unable to cope. He obtained help from a housemaid who was unable to use the till. The bar hours stated 10pm closing, however the bar person had closed up, counted the money and was gone before this time. It was not good enough that you knew the numbers, an not enough staff available.

« It was ok »

You lost me when I found the hair ball on the floor in the bathroom,in plan view . Loved that the car was ok after 2 weeks. Let down the shuttle number I was told to phone went to voicemail and no reply. Our flight was cancelled and we had to walk to airport at 4.30 am,not your fault but on asking reception was given no options.

Really enjoyed my stay. My only criticism would be that there weren't really any vegan options at the breakfast. I know veganism can be met with eye-rolls, but it is an ethical, environmentally-friendly diet and it is always pleasing to encounter places that accommodate it.

« Comfortable, well appointed hotel for an overnight stop »

It was an enjoyable experience - the room was modern, well appointed and cosy on a rainy night and the bed very comfortable. I was disappointed though at being charged $15 for our overnight parking and recommend this should be free for hotel guests. Also there was a charge for internet in the rooms.

« Comfortable accommodation to facilitate a smooth business trip »

The room is fine, check in was helpful (the folks organising the two days of meetings had booked me in for only one night rather than two and the reception clerk was most efficient in moving things around so I had the room for two nights, which was great. The food in the dining room was excellent and the waiter really great - friendly, warm, helpful with a big smile all night. When eating on one's own that makes a huge difference. The second night in the restaurant was a group booking - again great food and (for me) excellent service. However, my colleague fared not so well with his main course arriving as we all were eating dessert!!! He was very pleasant about it all so that was lucky. I do think that charging a daily rate of $15 for parking in an outdoor space, when I am a paying guest is over the top - it is in the middle of the country!!! perhaps you should extend free parking to club members! That would be welcoming and a gesture to be valued.

My flight arrived at 10pm and I could see no signs to the hotel, no telephone, no sign of a courtesy bus and, when I exited the terminal building, I could not see the hotel and had no idea which direction I should walk in. When I did see it (in the distance, after initially turning the wrong way), I could not find a footpath that led directly to it and ended up climbing over the wire barrier in the public car park. When I asked at reception about a courtesy bus, the (polite and friendly) check-in person told me I had to ring for it! Let me repeat, there are absolutely no signs in the terminal and when I checked, there was no mention of the bus on your website, so I have no idea how I'm supposed to find a 'phone number. Just after I arrived, the bus pulled up behind me with an airline crew on board. On check in (at 10:20pm) I was told the bar would be closing in 10 minutes and, in the brief time I was their, several people were turned away - I don't think this is acceptable for an airport hotel, where practically all guests are travellers and there is nowhere else to go. The following morning, I requested the shuttle bus, to be told I should have booked it in advance!
