The staff were extremely good, especially on checkout I think her name is Karen and nothing was a problem. The dining room staff were nice especially the waiter who went that extra mile. I would stay here again

My stay was good. I arrived late and was able to have a meal in the restaurant. I was able to get the 5am transfer bus to the airport. The only down side was I rang for a transfer bus back on Monday afternoon and it didn't come. I will catch the long stay car park bus back in future and walk across. Overall, I find my stays there good and convenient.

the best part of our stay was brekky, for only a couple of dollars extra - bonus! however the hallways had this strange smell about them, it was quite unpleasant. not sure if this was due to hotel protocol for guests to leave finished room service food outside their door until it is collected by staff hours later, or just the general smell of the place, but we almost had to run to our room/the lift to get out of the hallway!

Stay was great, room was clean and fresh. Service was great. Although I couldn't have breakfast before I left because I had an early flight, even though this was included in the cost of my room. Room service was prompt, but the item I wanted that was on the menu was not available.
