« Great staff, Great room, disappointing breakfast »

Great staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very nice. Boom gate access was tricky as had to get out of the car to talk as the distance between boom date and ute window was too far to hear. Hot Breakfast dishes were cold and very underwhelming.

The shower drain was clogged, not allowing any water to drain. The bathroom floor drain was also clogged up. When I reported (in morning before work) it, I was told to use sink to rinse hair off. I used the sink and that too didn't drain, leaving my clothes and everything wet. I reported it again upon checkout, and the attendant stated "oh wasn't that fixed after you reported it yesterday?". I said, yesterday? I only reported it this morning. He said, oh that was reported from the previous guest. Unacceptable, and no offer of use of a new room or shower.

I stayed for 6 days this time. A little longer than usual for me. Being able to come back to comfort after a long day of work is very much appreciated. The room is quiet and comfortable. The shower is great after a long day. The restaurant offers good choices but is too formal and expensive when dining alone after a long day and all I want is a quick but satisfying meal. The bar menu is more than satisfying for my needs although better seating for bar meals would be appreciated. High stools with no backs look modern and pleasant but are not comfortable when trying to have dinner. The seating means I need to sit, order, consume and leave to get to more comfort elsewhere (in my room.)

« Very quick stay, first time visit, would happily return. »

Everything was great, except my health (a bad cold) ...but the Hotel was well appointed, clean, had a very comfy bed, air-con that worked and attentive staff. The only small negative was the dining room seemed to be understaffed on Sunday night (9th Dec).. the two staff were quite run off their feet and took quite some time to attend to guests , not so much us- but the lady next to us waited a long time for her drinks. Taking orders was a bit slow too. Given that most guests were there for the major event at the Airport next morning (and many were Defence and Defence Industry high level managers), some extra staff were very much needed.

Staff very helpful. Chef done a brilliant job and wait staff left just the ideal time between courses. Rooms clean and quiet. The only thing I thought spoiled the stay was the $15:00 parking fee as we were staying the night.

My stay was good. I arrived late and was able to have a meal in the restaurant. I was able to get the 5am transfer bus to the airport. The only down side was I rang for a transfer bus back on Monday afternoon and it didn't come. I will catch the long stay car park bus back in future and walk across. Overall, I find my stays there good and convenient.
