The only complaint we have is you don't supply a couple of packs of biscuits with your tea/coffee ,every motel/air b&b we have stayed here and overseas will have at least 2 packs of 2 biscuits ,us oldies like to have this small gesture Thanks for the guest of the day extras,although i had trouble eating my cereal/milk with a fork supplied in our takeaway breaky..a spoon would have been appreciated

From checkin to the shuttle to the airport was a very pleasurable experience. The room was very comfortable, well decorated and very clean. Our meal in the restaurant was delicious with very good service. We’ll certainly recommend the Mecure to friends and family.

Disappointed that the special rate did not include a $15 ungated parking fee. Windows needed an outside clean. Great soundproofing. Adequate size for 1-2. No showercap.

The hotel itself was fine and staff at checkin were friendly and very helpful. I arrived at 8pm and was in a hurry for dinner so was looking forward to staying at the hotel for a meal, unfortunately the food was very ordinary in fact terrible, I oredered and entree and main and both were cold when served. I mentioned to waitstaff but they did not seem interested. I left a good portion of my main and went without.
