I am a Le Club member and stayed on several Accor hotels. Coincidentally my previous night was at Ibis Paulinia, and it was very good. For the first time I used an Ibis Styles and my expectation was completely frustrated. Except for the bright and nice decoration, there was nothing to justify the "Styles" name. Bathroom had a shower box whose door didn't close, there was no bathroom small carpet (had to ask), sink was clogged, air conditioning despite new and good, had to be repaired, pillows are too big and there is no smaller ones, regular Ibis have a place to put luggage, this one not. Really a negative surprise!

Ved was comfortable, and the room w as s good enough. The bathroom stank while I showered, though. Maybe the drain isn't working well.

It was a nice but short experience. The staff is fantastic, they treated me very well specially Tina who when to get the menu from the restaurant that was closing at the time of arrival and order food for me. Well done Tina!

« For a hotel of that price, sad to find the minibar empty! »

Minibar was empty. That was my biggest disappointment. Also, the table in the room is miniature. It was a struggle to have the laptop on it. Climate system is excellent, bed was nice and clean. Bathroom is ok.

« Two fundamental problems in the room! »

In our lodging at IBIS STYLE Barra Funda SP the room presented 2 significant problems! The first was the air conditioning which did not work well. The temperature did not reach the desired level - super inconstant ... The second was in the shower very, very hot. Only after two times did the technician arrive in the room (bothering us with our privacy, though polite), the problem was partially solved. We would like to have another daily rate at IBIS Fortaleza (where we live) to compensate for our problems in SP. My wife and I were celebrating our 25 year wedding anniversary in an unpleasant stay! If you accept our request we will restore our satisfaction with the Hotel.

The check in process was great. The only problem we had is the air conditioner not working. After calling down to get it fixed the employee was not able to fix it. Instead of switching our room we had to stay the night there in a hot room. Our sleep was not great because it was very hot. They were not able to remedy our problem and for that we were not satisfied with our stay. At this time we are declining on having this stay a pleasant one. After checking out, we inquired with the front desk to speak to a manager. At the time a manager was not present so I left my email for a member of management to contact us. I'm assuming this survey is the hotel's way of contacting us. -Kahala G.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I only stayed 1 night at IBis Barra Funda. It was a business trip and I stayed in room for the physically disabled. The bathroom was dirty. So please pay more attention on cleaning the bathroom.
