Although there was only 2 people in front of me, my check-in took 40 min. My parent's experience (they were with my family) had lot of troubles, they had to change room for 3 times.

« Convenient location, simple, clean. »

I chose this hotel because it's close to my office, and the rate was convenient. I liked that it's new and clean, although the rooms are small, and they leave only 1 towel in the bathroom. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good and quickly replenished. Noise from other rooms was a little bothersome past midnight.

« Confortable and quiet »

The room is very confortable: beds, sheets, shower and specially the soudproofing windows and doors guaranteed nice nights of sleep. Front Desk: Check in was really slow. It was also difficult to find a package that was delivered for me at the reception.

It was bad. We left one person from our company with his wife. They have used the laundry service, and they have lost 4 pairs of sockets. They got my phone number to return after they get in touch with the Laundry service and NEVER returned. When I left the guests in the first day, I asked "where is the fitness room", and he said "in the first floor". But the hotel does NOT have a fitness room, what is odd for a brand new hotel. We will never use this chain again in Brazil for company guests, even though it is reasonably located for the office.

« Great localization, but... cold water »

The hotel was nice. But most of the days the shower didn't have hot water. Even with our complains, the problem wasn't solved. And and additional advice: when the hotel is too crowded, you should extend the breakfast time until 11am all the days because it was unbearable. The hotel was too crowded and you should organize yourselves. The employees and the guestes suffered a lot with that situation.

« too long to check in... »

The hotel is very suitable, comfort is ok, but it was my second stay at this hotel and I faced the same problem as before: 40 minutes to check in. The problem now was that at the time I started check in , there were nobody on the line, I was alone, it starts at 11:10am and I could take the keys around 11:50... too long wasted time... the worst is that I've checked in online to avoid this kind of problem. So now I've realized that I wasted my time twice...
