A disabled people room was assigned the first night. The air conditioning stop working with a red light the last one :-(

We enjoyed our stay, but it was to warm and the air conditioning was locked at 21 degrees and when we tried to change it to a lower temperature it appear locked. Then, we contacted the reception and they told us it was a hotels practice, which didn't allowed her to change it.

I was not informed, by the time I made reservation, that breakfast was not included. It was missing soap/shampoo at my room, however was supplied right away when I called reception.

The room was ok, but the breakfast was bad, the food was not fresh , the coffee was cold, and some of things was not so clean ! I think the parking might be free like another Ibis.

Staff was very nice, helpful and professional! Bed was very uncomfortable , bathroom sink was stopped up when water ran. Walls were dirty in bathroom. One bar of soap for both shower and hand washing. No wash cloths. No water in room. Food was ok. Service was nice but very slow.

« The security, clean and service is so deficient »

This experience was so bad. I have my GPS was taken from the hotel. I do not know if the room or the car. But the fact is the GPS disappeared. I am so sad. For many years, to me, the Accor Hotels was synonymous of security and cleaning all around of word. The coffee machine was broken. We help a foreigner to use the coffee machine because the indication was written only in Portuguese. I am fell ashamed, because my country does not follow the international norms: information in the native language and in English. This hotel is located in the largest and richest city in Brazil is an important city economically, with an Accor service so limited. I was disappointed because the hotel has a great location, a new building, but badly managed. The management of the hotel is adrift.
