After my stay ,I m unable to get my deposit back €50,Staff not able to speak in English, need to call back few times,ON EMAIL ADRESS WHICH I SEND X2 EMAILS NO ANSWER . From the arrival they wasn't able to see my booking needed to wait 40 minutes to sort it out.

This hotel is located in the best location. The Gentleman working at the recon Sunday 24th of March was very friendly and supportive. He helped me to order a taxi. That’s why, I will come back in future to this hotel. 🙏🙏🙏

It was good , 8 nights staying without any problems whatsoever except for some bugs with the heating which had been fixed whenever matter was raised.

Not good, room wasn’t clean. They never come to clean the room. They access the room while holding ‘no distribution’ sign on the room.
