Why didn’t we get bathrobes and slippers for free? In all hotels where I was it has been suggested. No toothpaste and toothbrushes. Same thing.

The first day I came to the hotel, there are some luggage from other people in my room. And the second day maybe it is too busy to forget to clean my room. Hope everything will be improved. And hope to have nice experience next time.

To be honest we are a little bit confused to find out that there were some luggage left by other guests in your room. According to the report of the Housekeeping Supervisor, who inspected your room before your arrival, the room was clean. So, if it is not difficult for you, could you, please, clarify what kind of luggage you found upon accommodating. Also, we would like to ask you, whether you claimed about that to the Reception or not, and when? « Clean, cozy, little pricey but it’s worth it »

Stayed here for three nights with my husband. Apart from a little rudeness from the front desk person on our second evening to pay immediately for our stay while our Uber was waiting, all was very pleasant. The room and bathroom was clean, modern and cozy. The view was nice too and we both with my husband were very satisfied. Recommend it!

« We had a comfortable stay there. »

It was comfortable and convenient stay. The location is outskirt, but we intentionally chose to stay a little outside the crowded city. However, it took only 20-30 mins by nearby Metro or MCC to city center. Room and facilities were good, in quite good condition in fact, because hotel was just newly renovated.

« Nice place and good service »

Almost everything was ok except wi-fi that didn't work in my first day. The breakfast wasn't bad. Although a croissant hasn't parisian taste and scrambled eggs have a weird smell. The service was great. Very pleasant receptionists.

Staff on the front desk are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well presented. However would benefit from adding tea/coffee making facilities. At check in was given the keys to someone else’s room. Oh and forget the 15 minute appears not to be in operation at this hotel. Otherwise stay was ok

Really liked the bed and location. Also, appreciated the birthday surprise, thanks a lot! Disliked: - very cold floor in bathroom (and there even was no foot towel when we came, we had to ask for it); - that there's not an any shelf in a shower, therefore no place for shampoo, conditioner, detangler, etc. (very inconvenient); also, water in the shower itself came poor; - trashcans are open, without cover, even in the bathroom (it's not pleasant to smell and witness used toilet paper, hygienic pads, nail polish dissolvers, etc.); - room cleaning was quite brusque and pushy (opening the door without permission, loud knocking early in the morning, always taking away our “additional“ towels).

Undoubtedly, we really regret listening to that your expectations were not met. Let me assure you that all the necessary measures will take place to prevent happening of similar situations. However, let me, please, clarify some points mentioned in your text. Firstly, despite the fact that in general you were unpleasantly impressed, it is a pleasure for us to realize that at least you stayed entirely satisfied with the bed comfort and location of the property. And we are glad that the birthday surprise prepared especially for you made you feel unique and awaited. Secondly, the situation with towels, indeed, those days we had some problems with laundry delivery service and our guests had to request for floor towels, as the delivery was late and our chambermaids had not had these towels by the cleaning. We ask you to accept our sincere apologies for the experienced inconveniences. The situation with the room comfort deserves a special attention. We would be really glad to add all the mentioned units in the rooms to provide the guests with the greater comfort, however we are obliged to follow and implement the international standards that determine the room furnishing. The main objective is to perform a unified service of ibis hotel brand in any place in the world, where such hotels operate. Anyway, your feedback will be send to the head office for familiarization. Speaking about water flow in the shower, I have to state that the pressure of water is lessened by a special unit installed to reduce consumption of water and enterprise impact on the environment respectively according to the corporate program Planet 21, which is currently implemented by all the hotels that operate under the AccorHotels Group. Finally, your comment regarding the housekeeping (HK) way to initiate the cleaning will be addressed to the HK dep. Manager and the situation will be investigated. Let me assure you that all the corresponding measures are going to be taken. We ask you to accept our sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused by our side one more time. We express you our sincere gratitude for being attentive to the details and letting us know how your experience was, it will really serve us to improve the level of guests' satisfaction! Nice hotel, quiet, clean, breakfast can order from 4.00am, breakfast can have more green veggie and salad dressing, grocery not too far, local shopping mall 3-4 bus stop away. Golf cart to the nearest street can help to get to the Metro faster.
