« Room good, reception crap »

Room as expected. Never ever had service from a receptionist like it. Sent me to the wrong room. Told me it's right next to the reception. Went there. Door would not open. Went back, receptionist very rudely gave me another key. I walked into someone else's room, full of private stuff. We went back again, very rudely told me I was wrong, gave me other room key, which was only other side of the motel. No apologies, just totally rude. I have never experienced anything like that.

Check in staff was friendly. Rooms a good size and clean. Notice there was a microwave in the room but haven't previous stays. Maybe cause it is not the same room each stay ;) Beds are on the soft side. A short drive to the town.

We had never been to Orange before so we were very pleased at the location of hotel. There was no problem with traffic noise, and a quick drive into town centre. The room was extremely clean and the bed very comfortable. We had a breakfast included which was perfect for our needs. Very happy with the friendly helpful service by everyone. Will certainly stay here again.

« Our room was emptied before checkout while we were having breakfast in town. »

When entering the room, we were disappointed to find the fridge turned off and the mini bar warm. The next morning, my colleague and I went out for breakfast leaving a number of personal items in the room. When we returned to the motel around 9.30am (without yet having checked out) we found our door wide open, beds stripped and our possessions gone. We were then told by the cleaner that the owner had reported we'd already "checked out" simply because our car was gone. no apology was offered. It is absolutely unacceptable to go through someone's room and remove their belongings before check out time. I will not be returning to this motel.

For the price of the room I expected better quality. The bathroom is outdated and needs renovating. The meal was not the best. Scotch fillet was chewy and with alot of fat. Dessert was rock hard and difficult to eat.

Easy process to check in. Bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower even better! Exactly what I needed after a 4 hour drive. The receptionist even offered to book a reservation in the restaurant that evening, meaning I didn't have to think of dinner!

Welcomed as a returning client, meal had been booked for Friday evening as had been requested. Meal on Friday evening we added another couple who were also staying with no problems although a little slow arriving. Meal was delightful and well worth waiting for. Our stay very pleasant as has been our experience on a number of occasions at this venue. As we are exhibitors at flower shows here in Orange we normally have at least two trips a year.

Only stayed one during a brief visit to Orange.. Everything worked, very clean and tidy and a very pleasant and efficient lady on reception. However, the dining room looks very tired and need of a revamp.
