The hotel itself was nice and clean as always (I have stayed here several times). However this was now the second time in row when the room air conditioning was not fully working. Last time the air con was not turned on at all "not air con season" and this time only after I made a comment of it. Even after this the room could only be cooled down to 24 degrees. I understand the energy savings etc. but would appreciate a better functioning air con. Alsothe gym did not have air con during my visit. The food quality in the restaurant has gone down since I started using the hotel 2-3 years ago. Now breakfast and dinner is "ok" but cannot say it compares to other similar hotels. Service in the hotel was good as always!

Room was generally clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and a good evening buffet ! Improvement areas - the work desk in the room has a glass top. Lots of seeds, dust & other rubbish caught along the edge of the glass top on the desk. Improvement areas 2 - The option of Poached eggs at breakfast would be excellent .. to compliment the omelettes, & fried eggs.

... a very pleasant stay. I love the service and the staff of this hotel. I want to mention Jenny Chen especially - she´s really doing a great job - whatever it is - she´s giving her best to find a solution in a very short time. Breakfast is really great and you have a big choice. Check-in and out are pretty fast. Alltogether: it´s one of the best hotels I have ever stayed.
