Hi, I enjoy staying at the Pullman. The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool and gym are very good. The food is always very good. Wesley on the front desk welcomed my and arranged my transport on a daily basis. Which was sincerely appreciated. The ladies in the club lounge made me feel welcome and privileged. My stay at your hotel was fantastic. I found that the people were very friendly and helpful. There were a few individuals that I felt went over and above to make my experience a good one. Wesley, Lacy and Lucas were three people that I had contact with just about everyday during my two week stay. I found them to always be friendly, polite, courteous and helpful. These three employees made my first visit to China a memorable one.

Another great stay. Not far from my place of work. An efficient check in. A good swim in a clean pool. A burger at the Jiu Ba Bar (my first time for this). A good night of sleep in a comfortable bed. A good buffet breakfast and an efficient check out.

Very good stay as a whole ! Good points: I love to eat French bakery in this hotel. Very clean rooms. Clean and beautiful hotel. Large rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Large fitness center with plenty of equipment and a very nice swimming pool. Negative points : The Caesar salad in the restaurant was ok, but will be better and tasty with really chicken and really Caesar salad sauce. You should put more than one small bottle of shower gel in the bathroom, because one small bottle is not enough for taking bath or shower. No HBO channel etc… at the TV for watching foreigner movies. Whirlpool batch in the swimming pool was cold same as my precedent stay in this hotel. It should be hot to be able to relax inside it.
