My experience has been fabulous. From the minute I arrived, a young man, Wesley, greeted me with a smile and welcomed me. He made sure I was onboarded quickly and he arranged for a ride for me every day and night. His helpfulness and kindness was certainly appreciated as this was my first time visiting China. Each day he greeted me in the morning asking how I was and if there were any needs. This gentlemen is one of the best I have seen in my travels of 25 years.
