This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The breakfast has a great range of food on offer. The exec rooms are very comfortable and the staff are very welcoming and polite.

« Great hotel with minor service issues »

I left the hotel after one night, but due to business reasons I had to stay another night in Changshu with short notice. I have booked again an executive room using the app. When I arrived the check-in was good. In spite of being a gold member, I haven’t got an upgrade or a present this time. The day before, I have got an upgrade and a nice and tasty fruit platter together with a welcome letter. Actually, with this nice experience the first night, it was a little bit pitiful not to get another upgrade. Nevertheless the top, was really good, I do like the beds very much. I was missing some better service in the executive lounge as well as at the breakfast. There is space for improvement. One thing: better and faster coffee machines would be great

« Great friendly hotel. »

The rooms are spacious and clean and a nice place to be. The hotel staff are welcoming , knowledgable with good English. The executive lounge is a great place to meet and do some additional work. Gym facilities are good. Wifi is fast and reliable. Air Conditioning in rooms wasn't too cold. Room temperature was OK, I would prefer cooler.

... in a great hotel. I like to stay in this hotel - it´s just perfect - the staff is very friendly - everything is clean and the breakfast offers a big choice. I want to mention Jenny Chen from the customer service - she´s really doing a great job and she´s always trying hard to fulfill all the wishes of the customers.
