« Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and excellent service at the lounge on 23rd floor »

I stayed on the 25th floor, and when entering my room, a selection of fruit was available in the room. In the evening, I enjoyed very much the relaxing time in the executive lounge and the very professional and friendly service from Ms Anna. A really great place to wind down after a hard day work. A good selection of drinks and food is offered in the lounge, although some improvement could be made on keeping the food warm or fresh. Booking a room is made really easy by having added Ms Jenny to my Wechat contacts, so a short message is sufficient to receive within a short time the confirmation of my reservation. And as a regular customer, check-out is well prepared with my bill printed out and ready at front desk in the morning.

Executive lounge is exelent and staff is caring very good and friendly for the guests. It is also positive that they interact open with the guests and like to have conversations on a personal level. But also keep a descret distance if needed. I think they have the right feeling for the balance of having a relaxed interaction with the guests and being professional.

« Good facilities and nice reception. A good 5 star hotel class. »

Very comfortable but location is a little bit of a problem. However, when I check out, I left 3 saving passbooks in the safety box but the hotel never call me. House keeping should check the safe box when they clean the room each day. I have to call them the next morning and only then they found the passbooks. Now I don't know how to get it back. Can the hotel courier to me in Hong Kong as I will only return to Shanghai end of April? I can be contacted at +8….

Impressive building (but not much to do in the immediate area), large comfortable room (but took some time to get used to the layout and where things were). Breakfast choice was good, with bacon & eggs available, together with yogurt & fruits and a reasonable selection of bread & cheese. The front desk staff were efficient, but the restaurant staff were the most friendly and made the most impact at making you feel 'at home'.

First night I had a buffet dinner in the hotel. Although the variety food provided was limited in the outbreak zone like Changshu, I think that I may not be able to get them in other places. I did use the SPA coupon but the price seems not written as what it said. I am surprised the negotiation was during my message progress. On the other hand, I received the hotel accomodation "fapiao" which was general VAT invoices this time. However, I received it as business professional VAT invoices. I am not sure that the policy changes or mistakes. Anyway the overall experiences is good.

« an oasis away from home »

It was extremely relaxing. Was there for business and it gave me what I need to work from not only my room but also relax in the executive area. I did however, have an accident in the gym which was no fault of the hotel my Knee just gave way on the treadmill. My only concern there was not being able to get instant help due to no one actually being in the room and waving to the security cameras also did not assist in get assistance. Therefore I would like to recommend that duress alarms and perhaps more staff present when guests are working in the gym and swimming in the pool. The staff were amazing during my stay and went above and beyond when I needed assistance.

It was really a great stay - i just can recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly helpful to the guests. I was surprised about my upgrade to executive room - i want to mention Jenny Chen from the customer service - she is really giving her best to satisfy all wishes and to solve big and small problems. As usual, a very warm and friendly welcome upon checking in. A room with all what is needed, a good bed, a nice bathroom and all what is needed to do some work after office hours. A decent breakfast with lots of choices (although a bit too much Chinese food and lack of some Western (coldcuts and cheese selection).
