I have been to Changshu Pullman Hotel for a couples of times. And I am happy to see that they are moving forwards with more adding on development and facilities - some vendor machineries for toys and Taiwanese drinks shop.

Rooms are very good, comfortable bed. Only disappointment is the bread at the breakfast buffet. Both baguette and whole bread is too dry and sponge. Toast bread is acceptable.

« online booking system states incorrect information regarding when payment is due »

The "Pullman Changshu Leeman" online room bookings state that no payment is necessary at the time of booking as an option, and yet you cant go through to the booking confirmation until you enter a credit card 'for security' i thought. Then they charge the credit card immediately with a heft Credit Card surplus. MOST UNSATISFACTORY. I tried ringing to book directly and was met with person with VERY POOR english-speaking ability.

I don't think that I can manage 8000 characters, but as I said above I was very happy with my stay although there are a couple of small things that I could comment on; The mini bar refrigerator was more like a heater, I fully understand that many people in China don't like cold drinks but it would be good to have a refrigerator that was adjustable? Likewise, but in the other thermal direction, with the buffet meals, much of the food was luke warm at best, needs a bit more Heat.

I had booked my room by wechat via Jenny, which went great as within minutes and I got my reservation number. Check-in was perfect and pretty fast - within minutes I was in my room. After my stay, i found out, that i have unfortunetaly forgotten my razor in my room - I contacted Jenny again and she was so kind to send it back to my home address . She´s really working on a high professional level. Super friendly and helpful staff. I really like this hotel and it´s service!

« Great stay, even better each time I stay. »

I had booked my room via Jenny (over WeChat) which went perfect as within minutes, I got my reservation number. Check-in was perfect and fast, my room key and welcome drink were ready at the check-in counter and within minutes I was in my room. As I had forgotten my mobile phone charger, I contacted Jenny, who arranged immediately the right charger for my phone. Thanks to Jenny all went great. During my stay, I also enjoyed the quiet setting of the Exec lounge on 23rd after work.

« Mosquito is annoying and service is way too slow »

i had a severe headache and fell asleep very early. but i was waken up at about 23:47 by the Mosquito. 1. i called the reception for repeller. they has asked for my room Nr and told me they would send it to me ASAP. 2. more than 10min later, i didn't receive it. i called again. they asked me what type of repeller i need. they just kept me waiting without calling me back. they said generally the repeller was put in the drawer in which i didn't found it. they said they will send it to me ASAP. 3, 10min later, i still has not got it. i called again and was told that they were still waiting for the keys of the leader office to get the repeller. i am angry that i was kept waiting for so long but no progress was made. at the same time, i asked for the pain-killer. i was told that no medicine was available in the hotel and they refuse to get some from the drug store no matter how i complained about my severe headache. finally they send me the repeller. and i have to live with my headache because the people didn't care about their customer at all!!!!!!!

1. Fully paid when check in. Reception promise receipt will be ready the morning of second day. But no receipt at all. We have to queue for more than 10 minutes to wait for receipt. We’re late for our important meeting 5 minutes because of that. 2. Swimming pool not opened. Should have been informed when we make a booking via phone 3. Sauna room is cold. Too slow to get it heated up 4. Can’t log in WiFi since reception use my companions name without telling me Point 1 and 4 are not acceptable! 2 and 3 can be a improvement in the future.

HAVING STAYED IN THIS HOTEL MANY TIMES (STAYED FIRST WEEK OF OPENING) EXCELLENT STAFF, AS ALWAYS, BUT IN GENERAL THERE SEEMS TO BE A "COST SAVING" APPROACH TO THE WHOLE HOTEL., MORE GUESTS BUT FEWER STAFF. I ASKED FOR A HIGH FLOOR ROOM (MY PREFERENCE) BUT THE ROOM WAS ON THE 6th FLOOR AND ON ARRIVAL PART OF THE CEILING PLASTER SKIM WAS IN THE BATH ~ THEY CHANGED ROOM INSTANTLY (AS I MENTIONED EXCELLENT STAFF) AND PRESENTED ME WITH A BOTTLE OF WINE AS AN APPOLLOGY

Prior to my latest stay my visits to your hotel have always been outstanding. This time it was very ordinary. The executive lounge had buzzing food warmers that were annoying to have to hear. Turn down service was provided twice during a stay that lasted twelve days. The staff was efficient but not nearly as cordial as before. Overall it was a very ordinary experience.
