This was my third time staying at the Pullman Changshu Leeman. In total, I have stayed here 3 times for a total of 6 weeks for business. This past stay of 2 weeks, was the most unfavorable. Firstly, the weather was very hot and during my stay, the air conditioning in my room (1509) was not working for 4 nights. This left me very uncomfortable for those evenings when I returned after being in a factory for 9 hours. Secondly, there were large crowds of people in the hotel. The events may have been good revenue for the business, but it did not create a relaxing environment for those of us who were accustomed to what we had seen in the past (November and March). Many nights there were disruptions in the evening hours due to the amount of people coming and going. The positive side of my stay was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I still find it amazing at how well the staff treats me each time I visit. Perhaps its Chinese Culture, but nevertheless, for me, a foreigner, I am impressed by the hard work, dedication and kindness of the team members - Most notably is Jenny Chen. It was my pleasure to also meet Candice Hong on this trip. She was very pleasant and helpful to me with some arrangements.

All in all I got no sleep the room wa over 30degrees Celsius the whole time, the next day I heard a lot of guests complaining about the air con in reception, the hotel staff did not understand English well enough to realise it was the whole hotel that had the issue, they kept changing my rooms and then stated the will get maintenance to check my aircon, that was just the same guy coming in with a thermometer, he had no idea how to fix it. This was my worst hotel experience ever. I am an Accor platinum LeClub member and stay in a lot of the Pullman hotels and this is the only time I have ever complained.

hi, everything was nice and clean. the location is good for traveling to the factories but it is too far from the city. I had a problem regarding the cost. I booked and pay in advance for 4 nights. actually, I stayed 3 nights only. when I checked out I didn't get any credit note but only " you booked through Accor Hotels so you have to deal with them..." this is not the way I expected to be treated.

What a great place! Let me start with some,which need to recognized an honored! First stsrting arrving evety day of my 4 month stay: your bell boys, probably never mentioned, they are your greeting card, awesome !! Thx them all!? Then my very special " sunshine of the day- Candice Huong, what a sweet, gentle and unbelievably nice and communicative representative of charme and ,just everything!! The receiotion , one nicer and helpful than anywo ive stayed in the last 30 years, from the Mandarin in Singapore, to the Peninsula in Hongkong, Sheraton in Hanoi,, definitely more amenities,plush,bells and whistles and,but nowhere such ❤️ heartfelt friendly Ness going above and beyond just job ! Then Woody and his tesm,whst i guy, i needed help with something ,i dont know how, but he was just there, always did more I asked for and was around all the times!! Wesley, he is the " funny" man you need, always ready for something to make you laugh, you got to like him lol, Jenny Chen , sensational , funny, smart, helpful and cute, nothing better for your customer service promotion and all. Now " special" team which has become almost like family! Vicky, became a *confident" , the kind of " barkeeper" that listens and is always there for you i sincerely hope she will be with you fir long time and can excell and succeed in your team- then Coco (nicknsmed her Coco Chanel-lol), she get young staff aiways under control , helping them by teaching them English skills ,quite funny, btw, but successful, Mary the "baby" in the team sweet 17, they made miserable days and moods disappear, had many weekend days working up there, always, there and all sweethearts, very very enjoyable and believe me,very unique. I've stayed more of my life in hotels all over the world the last 30+ years, from zthe Peninsula in Hongkong to Mandarin in Singapore or Sheraton and Intercontinental in Istanbul and Hanoi, all for sure more fancy, plush, luxurious,but none can match the family style attention in s professional environment, "you guys rock" , as my son living ingbthe UD would say. Damien ,this only is possible through your ownership, attention to details and living true customer service from the top, it starts there and goes all the way to your great room service team and , yes, also your laundry.
