Notovel Samator is brand newbuilding hotel so , it is normal if condition as like brand new hotel as common. The only we are accor club gold member, being treated as like normal guest. Nothing seen by Novotel for member visitor.

New hotel, but the service is the same as the average of other hotels. welcome drink and welcome fruit for accor member. They save key even though staying with two people in a twin bed room, only one key is lent for access. that's the policy according to the hotel staff, so frankly it is troublesome if two people stay different needs for access to rooms. consider this. thanks

« First short stay, a bit not satisfied »

Ordered king size bed, when checked in informed only got 2 single beds. Refused to stay if I didn't get king size bed, receptionist said I will get king size bed, apparently it was 2 single beds combined into 1 bed. No sofa bed available in the room as well. The reason for me to book king size bed is to get the one with sofa bed.

the room is clean and nice, the shower in my room not warm enought, in swimming pool i suggested to have outdoor carpet in front of the rock floor because the floor burning my barefoot after swimming, i want to take a walk to shower room its very hot at 09.00 am burning my barefoot. Food in restaurant is okay not amazed me.

New hotel with clean hotel room, friendly staff, nice breakfast (same menu during stay for 5 days). Black out of the room frequently (need to adjust the sensitivity of motion sensor) and it caused all electricity for the appliance in the room is shut off.

« Very good and modern hotel but lil far away from city center and need improvement in many way »

Since the first I came to this hotel I was wowed by the modern building and beautiful hotel design in exterior and interior. I was helped by nice and helpfull receptuonist, and in my way to the 15th floor I was met by another hotel staff and helped by him to tap 15 button in lift. But since I came in 15th floor corridor, there are some construction worker, doing some maintenance on the ceiling, with their ladder everywhere and dirt on the floor, which is some get into my shoes... And enter my room. But since I get to my room, every disapoint changed, because of the WOW room. It cost cheap alot for that room. Looks like 5 stars room... Amazing. But, the dram keep going on, since I wanna be picked up by motorcycle GOJEK at the lobby, and he cant enter even the building area of this hotel, because motor cycle has direct access to the basement and has to parking. So I have to walk far enough to the gate by myself. After finished my business outside, I came back hotel again, and visit the beautiful pool at 5th floor. Very good in daylight and AWESOME in the night with their lights. BUT again, PT samator has some event at the pool area, so the pool closed for that day... AMAZING what a coincindence... I was stayed that hotel one night, I was hoping to swim, by bringing google, swimwear, but the pool is CLOSE to public usage... At the night, I called the room service, I wanna borrow plates, spoon and fork, the staff said via phone 'it will take lil long time to deliver that tools... Which probably 30 minutes...' it seems there are no staffs anymore to deliver that... Okay, I canceled it Skip the night with the breakfast in the morning, amazing choices of food on breakfast, even they provide breakfast on the bed since I found the flyer card on the room's handdoor. Nice and big restaurant and lots of food... But again, they need more staffs there, my plates stays in my table since I came there til the last time I eat. It will counted about 5plates for my ownself. And nobody clear up my dirty plates. And they need to refill everything's runout which they arent alert on it... After breakfast, and before checkout, I wanna ask more shower gel and shampoo cause it runsout in my room, I asked the receptionist via phone, and they said okay, I have to wait. I waited bout 10minutes,because Im in hurry, I decided to have shower without shower gel and shampoo. After that I dressed up, and then just grab my luggage, out of my room, down to the receptionist...and nobody I met a person wanna deliver those bath things...I complained to the receptionist and goodbye... Next time I planned to came here again, I wanna sleep in good room, in affordable price, but no need to be serviced in anyway I think, unless I'll be dispointed in their service... Please do some improvement on your staff services add more staffs I think. You'll be a great hotel in your area.

everything was extremely amazing, start from check-in. with very helpful front office staff,Shirly or Shirley (i forgot her name, sorry) so nice and very kind. and the General Manager, Mr. Langkat also help me with the elevator. he escort me to the right elevator and to my floor also. had small chit chat with him, thanks for the hospitality from the general manager. but for the food on breakfast, lot of empty chaving dish when i came to the restaurant at 7.15. despite of lot of people (from big group staying there). lack of staff from the resto, only 2 or 3 maybe. and i found more trainee there. but the trainee also doing great job. the taste from breakfast maybe need to improve, i stay a lot on ibis styles and ibis red, i think ibis styles jemursari can give me better taste for the food. the choices is ok, but the taste and availability of the food need to improve. but the rest is amazing.
