Worse breakfast experience

Not so good. Understood it's fasting month, but when I and my family (wife, mother in law and 2 kids) came to restaurant at 7am, no one standing in the eggs stall and salad is not ready. When I asked the eggs cook, he lazily responded to my request, after finished cooking my eggs, he just left and didn't inform me. I had to asked somebody else to take the eggs inside.

First Impression is good, they already called me in the morning on my day of arrival to make sure what time i’m arrived, asking what i need, and allowed me to have an early check in, my flight arrives more early and my wife is pregnant, but when we at our room, there is circle yellow stain in our sheet and bed, only 1 slipper in the room, so we ask for change the sheet at the next day, so the next day after the sheet has changed, there is no yellow stain, but black stain, but it’s small, so we didn’t bother, but the most dissatisfied experience it’s when i went out for work, my wife order food from gofood apps, the food cames, so my wife asked operator to bring the food to our room, they said there’s charge 20.000 Rupiah, this is the first time I experienced this, funny i think, we will give tips even if you don’t ask, i give tips to concierge when i check in n check out, i give tips to bring me extra toilet roll, i give tips to bring me plate and spoon, i give tips to bring me bowl and spoon, i give tips to housekeeping, so when they ask for charge, my wife didn’t have any cash with her, so she said can you put it with our room bills, the employee ask for my wife signature for credit cards bill for 20.000 rupiah, really? I never know in Indonesia you can charge 20.000 rupiah to credit card, so my wife tell him just wait for me come back at night, but my wife didn’t tell the whole story to me, she only said that i need to pay 20.000 at Lobby when i get back, so in my mind i think she just want to give tips, so when I arrived at hotel, i pay 20.000,and give an extra 20.000 because i think they helpfull, so when i heard the whole story from my wife, kinda dissapointed, I believe Accor really need made more improvements on staffs, or make your SOP more higher, because on all my stay with Accor recently, is not really good experience, they always something dissatisfied especially with staffs, (except Mercure Gatot Subroto, but I just 1 time stay there, so i’m not quite sure in the future it will be the same or not), that’s my experience, cheers!

Useless online check-in feature since i still need to counter check-in

At check in I wanted to link my stay to my Le Club Account: 30…3414. But reception said as I booked via Bookings.com, I am not entitled to points and hence did not link the stay to my account. I checked in using a different email - my business email, instead of my personal email. Then the next day I received an email on my business email, that a new Le Club Accorhotel account has been created for me under my business email: 30…34AC. Why is that so? Rejected my initial request and then re-register me? And why does Hotel not seek my consent before registering me for membership?
