« Very nice hotel. »

The Hotel was very nice and the staff friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and breakfast was very good. the only downside was the pillows on the bed, I think its time to invest in better quality pillows as they are old and flat. Overall a Good place to stay.

« Good quality hotel with comfortable rooms and enjoyable meals. »

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good but I would prefer an easier option for having tea with my breakfast. The hotel is 3 kilometres from the city centre which made it somewhat inconvenient if you need to use public transport to reach the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

« Ok hotel, but every time I arrive it is less appealing »

Cleanliness is OK. But TV is 20 years old at least, plastic cups for breakfast and it seems the hotel is cutting everything they can. I expect the next time I am in the area I will be looking for another place. This is sad, as I have stayed here more than 10 times in the past 5 years.

« Good Novotel standard but the hotel needs a reconstruction »

The room was clean but the carpet may need a replacement since it is almost at the end of life. The overall hotel building would be worth to reconstruct as well as the furniture in the restaurant and sofas near elevators should be replaced as well because they are worn out. I would consider this Novotel as a worser average among other Novotels in Italy. Meals and drinks should be more automatically refilled and not upon request (water etc.).

Very helpful staff, but restaurant could do the basics a bit better (warm plates for example). Food OK, but better elsewhere locally. There was no TV remote and the waste of water due to a faulty WC cistern running constantly was irritating and noisy when trying to sleep.

The hotel is OK for short stays as it does not have luxuries. Rooms are big, but with an old appearance. Wi-fi is ok. The hotel staff advices to not walk around at night or to park cars at the street. Hotel offers private covered parking. Restaurant is very good. Breakfast has good options. Close to an outlet mall and It's also quite near to Caserta Royale Palace.

« I expected less but finally I was merely not dissappointed at all. »

The wifi connection worked only on the day of our arrival. For the other 6 of our 7 days stay there we couldn't connect. Our room was too small although it was a superior suite.

overall good experience food in restaurant was good swimming pool very nice but very unfortunate that on the second day we were there it closed at 17 for a private party (usually open till 20). The party only started at 22 and did not take place in the swimming area, so they could have closed part of the terrace area to prepare and not the swimming pool. Very sad for us and our child because the swimming pool was the main reason we had chosen the hotel, to be able to swim after our visit of Caserta Palace.
