We stayed only one night to catch morning flight from Napoli airport. The staff extremely polite and helpful,great location,safe parking place(although chargeable but amount is reasonable),convenient room,will not hesitate to stay again.

The hotel and rooms were very old and not looked green, there was an alarm was running all nights which would not let you sleep. There was a sewage smell close to pool and parking area. The hotel was not up to accor standard also there was no upgrade or welcome pack for platinum members.

The hotel doesn't really seem to accommodate families, rooms were cramped and outdated, one lady in the restaurant was fantastic despite the reception not knowing what time breakfast closed at she extended the time for us! Staff were very nice but the hotel owners seem to not understand their guests...

Staff friendly, but the room was dated and dirty, for instance lots of small hairs in the bathroom. Breakfast - okay but eggs poorly cooked.

Disgusting and dirty place.

Room is not cleaned properly. There is a big problem with cleaniness in the bathroom (a lot of melt in theshower, old urine stains near the toilet.. AC is basically not working, during night is very hot and dull. The worst hotel in Italy we have even slept.

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation (common areas looking like falling apart as well as the rooms full of stains - carpets, couch or the linens); the beds are nor comfortable (too used as well as the pillows); and the "public parking" is clearly insufficient

No air conditioning in April

The evening we arrived the room was very hot and I turned on the air conditioning just to realise that it is getting even hotter. Next morning I told reception the A/C is not cooling and when I returned in the evening there was no change. I called the reception and they sent someone to check it and he told me that the system is working either on cooling or heating and because it is April it is still in winter heating mode.

Personel is super nice. Breakfast is super fresh and complete (although it lacks from fruits). Negative point is definitely the rooms which are really old and not so clean (carpet is overused and bathroom completely outdated and far from clean).

We were very well treated by Valeria a recepcionist. We had a problem with a broken rented car and she was fantastic. In this crazy world we were treated as people and not machines. Very kind and effective this lady. A tip your directions saying Capodrise and it is Caserta need a thought, it drives the GPS crazy. Tks

A couple of items that should not have happened but did. Maid service a little hit and miss I booked two rooms one for my friends, the towels were not changed for four days and my room the shower soap was not replaced every day. Carpets in dining room showing signs of wear.

Poorly staffed bar and restaurant area. Receptionist scared us with the area saying leaving our car outside may not be a good idea. Rooms very tired and basic . Morning breakfast very average and not much choice. Probably would not like to stay again
