Hotel was 5 star located right in the downtown area. Wonderful breakfast buffet great security and staff rooms are huge and clean bed was a California king or bigger bathrooms were excellent. Very happy with my stay there

Extremely slow check in, more than 20 min, with only 2 people before me. room service took forever for a can of Coke. After half an hour I went to get it myself from the bar. Not the service I would expect.
