« I’d not stay there again by choice! »

The rooms are too dark! Wifi doesn’t work, only at the lobby area. AC is old and makes a terrible noise! Like a motorcycle is going around the bed. I couldn’t sleep! The cleaning lady forgot the door of my room opened a couple of times! Staff are friendly and breakfast is good!

Every thing was clean, modern and efficient with helpful staff. Only complaint is the WiFi. I was on the 12th floor and the WiFi was very weak and after 6 pm, I didn’t have any WiFi.

the room looked worn out, needs to be renovated. Lampshade stained. Furniture old. WiFi terrible, couldn't connect. Bed very good, had good rest. Bathroom products poor quality. Corridor lighting dark and dreary. Windows dirty. Office chair worn and dirty. Had dinner in hotel restaurant - risotto with steak. Worst meal I've ever had - presentation disgusting! Survived for the 1-night but would not be staying again.

All staff is amazing! Just the room service (restaurant) wait time was too long, but the food was good. And the room keys never worked. We spent like 50% of our stay testing and changing room keys, going down and up to revalidate keys. This really annoyed us. WiFi also didn’t work. But the hotel location, accommodation and staff are pretty good!

I've stayed in the hotel a few years ago (before it was managed by Accor). It was impeccable. Now, the list of problems I've experience regarding maintenance, hospitality, other is long: smelly drains in the bathroom, leak in shower booth that flooded the bathroom at every shower, torn sheets, safe not working, no longer coffee maker in the room, same guy sitting all day (four in a row) at one of the sofas at the former "spa" area behind the hotel morning and night (what was he doing there? he was not a guest for sure and did not look like staff, he looked like a guard, being a woman, I felt intimidated to use the leisure area, gym, pool alone). Breakfast used to be better. Staff was ok (maintenance guy was great).

« Lack of wifi lets the hotel down »

I stayed at this hotel in October, i travel to BH once a month on business so a business hotel seems the ideal place to stay. Unfortunately this was not the case, i require wifi to work out of office hours but it was so bad, that my phone could not even connect. I highlighted this to the staff daily but although they were very nice & extremely helpful, nothing worked. I also wrote a letter of complaint on my return and received no reply. I decided to give the hotel another try as it is in such a good location but alas, the wifi was worse this time! At no time during the week could i call home in Ireland using the wifi! So, i will not be staying at this hotel again nor will any of my work colleagues. They have already changed to a different hotel for their trips. We work for a multinational company & some of the team spend weeks in a hotel while working. Due to your lack of wifi and also lack of interest in improving it or replying to a complaint, we will no longer be using this hotel or recommending it. You may also want to review your rooms for cleanliness, the same cobwebs were on the ceiling in room 1204 on my trip in Oct & Nov!

« Nice Hotel, making cosmetic improvements, more options at breakfast would be nice »

The hotel staff was nice. The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I was able to use the gym while I was there, and although the amenities were nice, it seemed that every part of the hotel was under some sort of construction. The Air conditioning in my room, never seemed to cool the room off. So getting ready for a formal event, was challenging. The wifi was inconsistent. And on the morning of my departure, even with my Do not Disturb sign on my door, and a requested late check out, The housekeeper still entered my room, without knocking. (That made me uncomfortable) I was getting dressed, and not in a position to answer the door.

I’ve stayed there before. This time was not a good experience. One of the highs of the hotel is the breakfast. Due to the construction work, the breakfast place has now limited space and limited food selection. I also had problems with how my room was prepared: the bed sheet was shorter so couldn’t be tucked in under the mattress resulting in I waking up on top of a bare mattress. On my last day of stay, no bath towels were available on my room. I had to ask which took one hour and 3 attempts to resolve.
