« I like the hotel, but I do not get anymore Accor Points. Therefore I will try other hotels in 2019. »

Nice hotel, but why not trying other hotels. Accor groups give me no more Accor points. So they are no interesting to keep me close to this group. I lost Platinum Status from 2017 to 2018 and will loose Gold from 2018 to 2019. Therefore I will try other hotels in 2019. Strange policy, but it gives me the opportunity to see more different hotels and people of this beautiful country.

The room was dirty (poorly cleaned) Towels were missing Despite the Do not Disturb sign, we were interrupted 2 times (doorbell) 2 wrong calls 15 minutes waiting for the valet service to deliver my car (until I personally enter the parking space to get my car)

The hotel has a comfortable feel. It is clean. The water leak in the bathroom was fixed. I could not get an electrical adaptor, and finally had to buy my own. Check-out took very long. Printer did not work, and the promised receipt was never send.

Very good service, nice accommodations, lovely breakfast. My only criticism is in reference to a very slippery bathroom due to the floor tiles, quite dangerous when wet. Otherwise, good location and very nice rooms.

I Think it was a nice hotel with good training possibilities. Regarding the breakfast, as you do have customers coming also from Europe, I would prefer a larger variety within the breakfast bread that is served. We are used to eat darker bread than what you serve. This is something I would have appreciated not least due to my stomach which is used to consume more fibres than what is found in all White bread that is served.

« It met my expectations »

I have stayed at this hotel on previous occasions so knew what to expect. No changes of note in the service which was good. If I was to suggest changes then I would make the following: 1. Why does the gym not open before 6.30am? It is never attended by staff so that can't be the reason. Other hotels leave the gym open 24 hours. 2. The gym equipment is old. Some investment in new equipment will be necessary in due course.
