The room was perfect. But the floor areas were visibly dirty and stinky, there was a noisy event in the floor right below, and the wifi solution didn't work. Another guest was complaining about the shower running out of water. Those issues just don't make justice to the Accor high quality standards I'm used to see.

I liked the hotel room, but the bathroom has a leak that every time I take a shower the whole floor was wet. Also, one day in the morning I woke up at 7am because there was another room with a loud hammer noise. I know 7am would be fine to do some maintenance but I was working until late at night and would like to sleep a little more.

Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Great restaurant options for lunch or dinner inside the hotel. Spacious and comfortable room. Only improvement needed is bathroom facilities and amenities.

The hotel is average, but what made mi experience poor is the lack of personnel that can speak English. It was extremely difficult to order simple things given the staff don't speak any other language than Portuguese

No wi fi all time spent in the Hotel

I have been in this hotel many times, this last one was unfortunately not good. Unacceptable not to have wi fi the all time spent in the hotel. Furthermore, my room was not well clean, in the toilet there was lots of water on the floor. This last issue have been solved, while wi fi no effective reaction to solve it. Not good approach in general and especially for a frequent customer in the hotel.

Unfortunately, most part of my expectations, as a customer, were not met. I had a reservation @ Mercury Vila da Serra, but, unfortunately, decided to move to Caesar Business. - toilet spills, incurring on necessary water waste - I had asked for an additional towel (room for 3), and the towel came only after asking again, late in the night - poor maintenance of the bathroom - desk chair totally covered by disgusting stains... dirty ones... - impossible to order a coke zero at midnight. I had to enter into a neighbor restaurant to get it. A hotel that accommodates so many guests traveling for business, late in the night, not able to support a simple request? - breakfast: not friendly service. Cheese rolls (that should be one of the best thins make in Minas Gerais) pre cooked and not fresh (I can prepared the same one that I buy at any supermarket in Brazil, and I would prepared it fresh...). R$40 per person... also wanting to charge my daugher (that had her reservation with a side bed R$80, including the breakfast) - check out was a joke.... More than 6 statements issued, until I get a correct one. Sincerely, no way to come back. Location is good, but I will tend to stay on another facility.

Hotel was clean and relatively quiet. Lack of English speaking staff for a business hotel posed some problems. Breakfast was good, but one dinner in restaurant was less than satisfactory with slow service and cold food.

Excellent service, good food and environment. The only thing that should be improved are the corridors to the rooms which I find very dark, the furniture in the rooms which are still very old and heavy and the bathrooms that could be modernized
