« Very good hotel »

I stayed in the hotel for one month and in general was very good, the only thing is the building is located so closed to the street that is very hard to get a good sleep. The other thing I did not like is the decoration/layout of the breakfast place, I found it too dark. Finally as a pescetarian/ lacto free person I found the options for the breakfast a bit limited, you did not have soy or almond milk and there was no smoked salmon or sardines as option, keep in mind the population is becoming more vegetarian and this could be a problem for future guests.

« the electronic key entries needed re-charging which was annoying, the room service for food was terrible »

The room was excellent and the views great. Staff were excellent and very quick to respond to requests but your food from room service was poor and I would be reluctant to ever use it again. Your electronic key system was unreliable, needed to take them back for re-charging 4 times in 1.5 days. The Japanese restaurant is superb. The buffet breakfast average.

- Internet is not acceptable: very slow - how can a "Business Hotel" have such a slow internet?? - Check-in and check-out are usuall very slow - After you use laundry servies during a stay, the laundry bag is never replaced - Frigobar assortment could be improved: there are 6 waters and only 1 is sparkling - Rooms are very dark - Waiters in the restaurant could be more proactive and faster in service
