Service was great, breakfast and facilities were very good. Just a small inconvenient with the air conditioner that started leaking water into the room, but it was solved quickly by the maintenance staff. Room service meals were very good as well. I used laundry service and everything was perfect. I believe I would stay there when visiting customer in Vila Olimpia again :)

After accidentally booking the Mercure Vila Olímpia and then realizing the mistake upon my arrival from Miami, I was able to change to the Grand Mercure, my hotel of preference. I love the people, the breakfast, the lobby, and the gym next door at Pullman.

I like the Gran Mercure very much, but it was completely booked, and a full hotel is hard to provide a perfect service. Breakfast service was under the normal standard of services, mainly on Sunday. Check in people were great and did their utmost to solve a last minute problem with my reservation.

The service since the beginning is great. The main opportunity I saw is about the appearance on the 6th floor (where I stayed) because the floor/carpet looks really dirty and deteroriated. Also, on the room there are light bulbs out of order, which is the same problem that I had on a previous stay.

I used to be at this hotel since about 10 years, however, rooms are getting more and more old and with terrible maintenance! Water leakage from everywhere in the bathroom, ugly and old stuff, toilet lid not fixed, electric outlet mirrors simply do not exist, very noise room where you can listen absolutely everything that happens in the neighbor room...

Your observations, especially about acoustic isolation, are very important for future developments. « Great, but I wish you had a better fitness center. »

I enjoyed my stay very much. But I choose hotels largely on the quality of the fitness center. The fitness center in the Pullman hotel is inadequate for me. The machines with cables near the door are not good. It be very helpful to have a full set of dumbbells reaching 50 lbs each, preferable more. Consulting a fitness expert would be worthwhile. Or, perhaps you could make an arrangement with the adjacent Reebok Sports Club that would enable your guests to use their facility.

I had to request a new room because the walls were so thin that I could hear the person next door snoring. The safe box was so old that stopped working. Three maintenance people could open it (all this started at 1 am). I ended up on your maintenance floor at 1.40 am while you drilled the safe to open it. Finally I got the safe opened at 2.10 am. I am still waiting for an official apology from the management of the hotel. Your maintenance people are really nice, but is the hotel who should be aware of this and apologize.

It was good, but we had some problems, which had already been related by my husband in the survey he filled out. What I would like to emphasize is that the house keeper went into my room despite the sign on tbe door of not disturbing! It was missing towels and bath rugs as well! The vallet service for the parking lot was not good and we have not received the requested invoice up to now!
