the rooms are clean and comfortable. however the reception area is somewhat disappointing. background music too loud so becomes foreground music ( I thought I was in a bar) ,check-in process too long +/- 7 minutes for a pre-registered loyalty card holding guest. but I slept well which is the main thing !!

« It was a reasonable stay for business »

There was mold in the shower tiles, i had to request an iron to the front desk, it was not available in my room. Lighting conditions in the room are bad. Hotel noises are too loud. I could hear everything that was going on in the next door room, including the night that the other guest played a loud Porn movie. The room was kind of old. the phones didn't worked properly and there was no directory of services. the operator didn't speak Spanish or English.
