It was good but there was a lot of confusion with the reservation, at the end employees wanted to charge me and my boyfriend for something that it was already paid... One of the days there was no hot water... The WiFi didn’t work during our stay...

Rooms are outdated, the bathroom needs serious care and maintenance, and housekeeping isn’t great. No regard for Platinum member in the Accor fidelity program.

Dear guest, We would like to thank you for your kindness in completing our quality assessment and apologize for the inconveniences faced in your last stay. Let us inform you that we had a process of renewal of social areas and started to operate with the Grand Mercure brand this month. Besides that the maintenance staff is acting gradually in conservation services and preventive actions in rooms that have not yet gone through the retrofit process, to better serve our guests. Furthermore, be sure that we really consider our Platinum guests and recognize them, but this last time let us inform that the reservation that we received was not linked to the membership information. We tried to get the upgrade but the occupancy was very high and it was not possible. With good intention, Erick really left the information for the other shift team about your arrival and the amenity, but had a misunderstanding and unfortunately did not happen and we apologize for that. As always it was very pleasant. The employees are very helpful and the new redesign is very modern and chic. The only negative point I see is that the room service options have been reduced to only a bunch of dishes.

Hotel is renewed. Staff good and ready. Only the fridge had the engine activated in the middle of the night and woke me up because of the noise.

Staying: March 15 - March 28, 2018 Bullet-points: - I had to take two elevators in order to get to my room - The last time I was saying in Pullman Vila Olimpia, in which the room was significantly bigger - Upon my arrival, I entered a room in which the air conditioner wasn't working, the USB socket wasn't working. As I already unpacked, I had to pack again and move to another room, in another floor, just to discover it is occupied. Then I was again transferred to another room, in which the fridge drawer was missing and the lights were not working. It was later fixed. This entire fiasco consumed more than two hours of my time, and ruined my plans for the evening Though I was extremely frustrated, Eric from the reception was more than kind and managed to please me by providing extraordinary service. As mentioned in the title, I'm not disappointed, but definitely not satisfied. Being honest, between Caesar (Grand Mercure) and Pullman, I'll stick with Pullman the next time. Regards, Chen

It was really nice. The only inconvenience was that the breakfast is not included in the negotiated Price. But it probably has to do with the contract with our travel agency. Other than that it was everything all right.

The experience was not nice. Although staff was nice, the room i stayed was old. Very old and badly painted. It even had stains on the bathroom ceiling. The AC was not efficient, despite the fact it was in 18 Could not hear the TV well enough. some AC outlets did not work. some light buttons either didn't work. So i guess it is really old and the company is holding a rebuild.
