There was mold in the shower tiles, i had to request an iron to the front desk, it was not available in my room. Lighting conditions in the room are bad. Hotel noises are too loud. I could hear everything that was going on in the next door room, including the night that the other guest played a loud Porn movie. The room was kind of old. the phones didn't worked properly and there was no directory of services. the operator didn't speak Spanish or English.

It was a very short experience. I saw in the reservation that it has hair dryer available in all rooms but when I arrived, no hair dryer in my room. I had to call to lobby to get one. Need to improve clean in the bathroom

The location was good for the trip (business trip). The service was very good by all employees (reception, restaurant), smiling and customer oriented. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was generous and a fine way to open a busy day. I would advise to be more flexible with checkout time, especially for business people.

« I had a very nice stay. The entire hotel staff (reception desk, restaurant, housekeeping, porter/bellman, security) treated me in a very kind and hospitable manner. »

My overall experience was very favorable. The remodeled look of the hotel is very nice and the staff is well trained and friendly. Rodrigues (porter) does an excellent job. He is very kind and attentive.
