I always like staying in this hotel. I had not been since the change from Ceasar Business to Grand Mercure. The only thing I would like is to improve the WiFi in the PUllman hotel gym and a widder selection in the room service menú.

I love the location, but the rooms are extremely spartan, and are badly in need of an update. I was also not pleased with the limited selection of television channels.

the rooms are clean and comfortable. however the reception area is somewhat disappointing. background music too loud so becomes foreground music ( I thought I was in a bar) ,check-in process too long +/- 7 minutes for a pre-registered loyalty card holding guest. but I slept well which is the main thing !!
