Pedro who is always around at breakfast is an outstanding host! Good room. It wasn't ready when I arrived to check in but everything was quickly sorted out by Alexandre Rizacourt and his team.

Nice accommodations and meals. Service at the restaurant has flaws. I've ordered a croque madame in the first day and it never arrived. In the second day service was better.

« Decent stay with some problems »

Stay was ok. 2 main problems...I asked for the 2 bottles of water that are complimentary and the man at the front desk near the front door downstairs told me I needed to use the minibar and pay for them. I asked why he could not get 2 free bottles for me and he said everything was 'closed'; really, I think he didn't want to deal with me or the request. 2nd problem - I asked housekeeping to please provide me with a toilet plunger as the toilet was not functioning. They told me they could not. I knew the people at the front desk were not helpful, so I stayed my last day at the hotel with a toilet that wasn't working. That was very unhygienic and disgusting. I mentioned these things when I checked out. The man apologized but didn't offer any compensation or discount from the bill for these issues. Also, the neighbors were loud until 12-3am every night. I could hear what they were talking about through the door connecting the rooms. This needs to be sound-proof!

The rooms are comfortable and the bed is big. Clean bathroom and good amenities. Breakfast is messy and the room service crew is extremely loud and noisy, making it impossible to sleep past 8am (on a holiday!)

I didn't spend there too much time apart from nights but for that I was very happy. The only thing to improve would be serving the cutlery during the breakfasts, I often ended up without small spoon for example.

« Overall it was a good stay »

I had a nice surprise when entered my room, everything was set perfectly with a surprise from the Accor reward program: some chocolates and a welcome letter. The downside was the restaurant checkout, where bevareges and food could not be considered on the same receipt, such a pain to get it right. I spent more than one hour with the restaurant manager to get it fixed.
