The hotel has a very cool lobby, very nice restaurant and coffee bar. Staff is always friendly and professional. However, there were 2 problems with my room when I arrived: the shower knob was screwed so tightly that I could not open it and take a shower, and the remote for my TV was not working. I told the front desk when I left around 2pm and gave permission for it to be fixed while I was out. I returned to the hotel at 7pm and no one had been to fix the problems, so I was transferred to a nicer room, which I appreciated, but I had to pack up all my bags and move. This is the second time I have stayed at your hotel, and on both occasions there was something wrong with my bathroom (the first time I had no hot water).

From the check-in to check out, the experience was very enjoyable. Front desk was particularly helpful when allowing me to check out at 3 pm at no added cost since I had an overnight flight home scheduled for 9 pm. Things that were great: Room- The location, on the 14th floor was great, very quiet. The amenities were very good, the Bigelow brand amenities were great, view from the room was great, and the size of the room was great. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and teas/coffee but these were not refreshed at all during my stay (2 nights with a late checkout). Staff- Reception check-in and check-out were great. They were very reachable except for midday on Friday. I called 4 separate times trying to get a cable to project my laptop to the tv/monitor in the room as I was looking at PPT's and spreadsheets with a lot of detail/small font. After continuous ringing and calling back 4 separate times I finally gave up. Note- The phone system should be sent to a Voicemail type system so that time is not wasted. Bar Experience- I was limited in characters due to the design of this survey. I will continue my comments below (NOTE- you must begin reading at the conclusion of the survey as this is the continuation). Regardless of what my answer would have been, I could have been asked if I'd like a cocktail or prefer a drink voucher for later? Had I say yes, I'll take a drink now, the front desk could electronically notify or send request simulatenously to the printer or screen at the bar with a photo of the traveler (after scanning credentials). This level of attention and service would not only set your property apart by would allow the consumer/guest to feel special. To then be greeted by the bartender than can see you walking up, and greet you by name and offer you the signature/welcome cocktail or an apperitif (such as a lillet spritz) would be amazing.

I enjoyed my brief stay at this hotel. Its amenities, decor, and cleanliness were on par with brand standards. I particularly enjoyed their fitness facility as it has ample space, new-ish equipment and clean (common theme). Front desk personnel were attentive and helpful. Location of the hotel is a little farther away than what I'm used to when i stay in SP, but it's close enough to decent restaurants, clubs, starbucks, and public transportation. Uber and/or taxi is available all day too. Overall, the hotel is fairly good and I'd book another stay with them again when I'm scheduled to be in the area to see what else they have to offer.

Not good, the room was in poor condition i.e mirror for shaving was pretty dirty we reported that and nothing was done, reception staff not knowledgeable i.e during my checkin they refused to give me a second key for my room and during my checkout they messed with my credit card. I usually stay with Pullman around the globe and I’m sure Pullman Sao Paulo Vila Olimpia is not going to be my choice for my next trip to Brazil.

Very nice hotel, walking distance to my office. Nice restaurant, good meals. Nice hotel amenities. Only issues were the water temperature in the shower (too hot) and there was construction in the room across the hall. A bit noisy in the morning.

This hotel was extremely clean. The facilities were modern. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Specially Luis on the restaurant.
