The hotel is excellent if you on a business visit to SP. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, hotel is quite, excellent location, very friendly staff and not to mention a great and healthy breakfast.

« my experience was a fine overall experience »

The room was very clean. The space in the room was very good and the number of television programs in English was good but could have been expanded to include a few more English programs. The bed was not comfortable and needs to be firmer or replaced. The room service was excellent for breakfast and dinner. I really appreciated having complimentary water in the room for personal use. The front desk was exceptional and very helpful.

I asked to get a high floor, I was put on the 5th floor! And that floor was being refurbished or at least, there were some works going on. The hall was so-so at best, a temporary carpet, wears on walls. The most annoying part was that at 6.30pm, some work were still going on, i.e. lot of noise, workers chatting in the hall, drilling, etc.. I spent the day prior in the Grand Hyatt Morumbi. I thought it would be more convenient to move to the Pullman but that was a bad idea. If a floor is being refurbished, it should juts be closed or at least, only the last minutes booking should be put in such a floor! My booking was made quite some time agi and AFAIK, I paid regular price and hence would like to have benefited from a regular service! In a nutshell, I was really disappointed!

Rented Suite 905 for five nights. At check-in found following situation: - Toilet in second restroom clogged. - Two lamps in living room not working. - Piece of the wall in second restroom broken down on floor. - Rack for bath towel in main bath room it's going to fall down soon, screws loose, potentially dangerous if somebody sits on toilet. Made picture and showed to crew at reception desk during afternoon. No reaction. Next day after room cleaning nothing changed, even not the clogged restroom. Went to reception desk again on the second day: - Clogged toilette fixed. - One broken lamp fixed. Fixed the broken wall myself with some scotch tape bought at the Vila Olimpia mall. Will not hold for long. Second night fire alarm for about one hour from midnight to about 1 AM. Went down to reception for information. Nobody know anything. Nearly checked out. Called Tuesday morning for a late checkout (Platinum status) around 3 PM. Got harshly told the hotel does not allow late checkout. First time ever with the Accord this has not been possible. Mentioned it during checkout, the nice gentleman could not explain why I did not got the late checkout. Sorry, but next time the Grand Mercure Ibirapuera Park again. With kind regards M.

Let us assure you that the points you mentioned don’t meet the standard of quality that we cherish for and the Maintenance responsible acted promptly in the room and intensified the preventive schedule with the team and the Housekeeping department, which is also passing through constant training and reinforcement about the procedures of cleaning and preparation for the guests. Regarding the alarm, let us clarify that, due to the accidental activation of a sprinkler (fire-fighting system) in one of the rooms, our fire alarm sounded at night, causing discomfort to our guests, including you. It was something very punctual and, unfortunately, the team could not make the interruption by the automatic system and the noise did not stop. Due to the proportions, they had to enter palliatively, having to deactivate manually, which took a little longer for everything to return to normal. Finally, we inform that the check out is upon availability and, during the period of your stay, the occupancy was very high, which unfortunately was not possible. « Worse Night in a hotel room because of alarm »

Alarm went on , on the aisle. Started around 11:40 and nothing was done for more than 1hour. I had to work the next day and could be fit for my working day. I really dont recommend the hotel , nothing was done. The reception guy didnt even apologize. Really bad bad service

Everytime I’m at Pullman Vila Olimpia the shower does not work properly. The temperature varies form extremely cold to ok and them to extremely hot. After a day of hard work, a good shower makes all the difference.

I enjoy the hotel very much. I also enjoy having a few drinks. The bartenders were very skimpy on the amount of alcohol they offered in each drink. You could not tell that you were drinking a gin and tonic. It did not use to be like that.

« the Worst stay of my 10 with you »

I don’t want this to be published but : - last room of the corridor , with room other side in renovation, making the arrival at min not so welcoming (mobile door to open before my room, carpet on the ground) - inside fridge doing so much noise I had to switch it off - inside bathroom door with a lot of holes in the door, give a bad not maintained impression By the way, still didn’t understand why it is so difficult to be part of Accord loyalty program. Why we can’t just be counting night automatically by giving name at the reception desk...

As there's a door that enables connecting 2 rooms and the other guests were EXTREMELLY NOICY and the following night other guests checked-in and started moving furniture around at 3.41 am I basically couldn't sleep 2 of the 3 nights. Total disappointment for a hotel of the category.
