It was a nice experience to stay in the heart of Vila Olímpia in São Paulo - perfect location, nice and helpful staff, a very tasty breakfast. The only pity is that one is unable to open the windows in the room. There is also a great churrascaría (barbecue restaurant) Fogo de Chão next to the hotel (7 minutes walk).

Like always a great pleasure to stay at Pullman Vila Olimpia. The staff is amazing, the breakfast perfect, the restaurant a must and the region around the hotel great with Shopping Center Vila Olimpia, a lot of bars and restaurants nearby and the nice Parque Povo can be great to relax, enjoy the sun, for a walk or a run. Just the rooms don't get 5 points, even if the beds are amazing to sleep in.

Disappointing Room Experience

Very disappointing check-in experience. Was promised the room at 11:00, but was only given the card for the room after 15:00. Due to work commitments, I was only able to start using the room after 20:00. After all this, it seems I was assigned an inferior room (103), with a broken toilet and a broken remote amongst other things. I was travelling with 3 other colleagues, who were in 3 other rooms, and had no such problems. Only reason I would return is due to the members of staff who are always so cordial and polite, that they make up for the other issues.

Good experience over all. The staff is great. You guys need to work on your security. I arrived late with my girlfriend and the security asked me to register her. I was ashamed since she is been with me there for a week and she definitely does not look Brazilian prostitute, especially that we arrived there from Canada and her name is on the room.

I have been going to this hotel for year, and quite frankly the personal changes too often. However, Deborah has been there for years now . She is a very efficient and professional employee and at the same time , she makes you feel at home and she is detail oriented. The hotel has a great asset with her. The rooms are nice, the restaurant and bar are nice. The gym is small, but well equipped, come early if you want a treadmill in the morning. The service in the restaurant for breakfast is very slow, flagging down a waiter for coffee is hard, as non of them seem to look at the customers. I checked in at 10:20am and was asked whether I wanted to pay a half day for an early check in. I declined and said I could check in later. Then I was told that I could get a room key at 11am. A room was available, but I was made to wait 40 minutes in the lobby for the key. This was a 4 night stay for me, and my company has a corporate rate and put people up in the hotel all the time. This visit is was myself and 3 colleagues for 4 days. It seems silly to make someone wait for 40 minutes, when rooms are available....

My very first experience at this hotel included purchasing a ham and cheese sandwich from the café, which contained a long hair wrapped into the cheese. This was disgusting! I was given an accessible room for wheelchair access and I am not disabled in any way. The receptionist at the front desk promised to get a converter for me (220V to 110V) so that I would be able to charge my devices - I never got it. I checked out on September 25th and still have not received my receipt as yet. I would appreciate if you can e-mail my receipt as promised.

Below average. Checkin was friendly but slow. Room air conditioning was not on (on a hot day) so after a long air travel journey I did not feel like I arrived to a nice cool refreshing room.

This hotel is perfect for a short stay in São Paulo. It is located in business district where it's safe to walk on your own. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Nice sized room with a nice sized bathroom (both tube and shower). Good breakfast. Great staff at the reception and at the spa. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Pullman Vila Olimpia was a really great hotel for my stay. It was modern, quiet, safe, the breakfast is good (with both buffet and o order options), the gym was sufficient for my needs (cardio), the staff were friendly and the neighbourhood is safe. The room is large and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was large and comfy too.
