From the moment we checked in until we checked out we were treated extremely kindly by the hotel staff, with attention to details, the hotel employees were always smiling. Great selection on the breakfast buffet and a kitchen staff ready to prepare any special request. The rooms are comfortable, with two large beds, also very comfortable. I specially liked the magnifying mirror in the bathroom, thou a small stool would be great to be able to sit and put the make up on. I would like to acknowledge the great work of Deborah from the front desk and Thiago and Melo from the restaurant staff. You certainly made a difference. We will definitively come back to this hotel in our next trip to Sao Paulo.

The hotel is nicely located, close to financial district and good restaurants. Have stayed there before and the attention was better than this time. I was given a two twin beds rooms on a third floor. The room was normal but had signs of not being renovated for a time: the walls to get to the room lacked of painting (painting had come off). I usually stay at queen or king sized room, kindly requested to change the room by calling to guest service. They promised to call back but it did not happen. Went to the front desk and the attention was not the kindest: they just mentioned that it was full house and it was my problem with the reservation, which could be true that the travel agency could have mistaken. Considering the 4 stars this is not a kind of attention one expects or recommends someone to stay there. Hope this improves together with a look on the condition of the rooms. Other than that the hotel is very good with an excellent breakfast and good gym.

Hotel is good, efficient and well located (for business). Minus point: the breakfast buffet used to be much better. It has now be reduced to a minimum, which is a pity.

Location is very good - close to Faria Lima and many restaurants. Comfy beds, friendly staff, and nice restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Found two minibar consumptions on my bill which I didn’t consume and had to call(sometimes 2 times) everyday for my complimentary water......

experience was good although the elevators could be improved. In general they are slow and one of the elevators was out of order (or stuck on the 3th floor) the entire period of our stay.

The room was not clean (there was hair in the shower from previous guests) and it looked like a bit out of shape (I think the ceiling was like rusty). I usually stay here for business reason and my company pays the stay. I left my credit card with you and you charged my credit card without me signing anything. I am still fighting with my bank not to pay this. I called you to let you know and someone from reception told me it will be taken care of but the charge is still on my credit card.

Great hotel but little attention to customers. Their early check in services is clearly not well thought! They charged me for a full extra night when I early checked in at 8:40, supposedly discount starts at 09:00 but nobody told me. When I complained at check out they told that « it’s the way it is... ». Too little effort to have customers happy.

The overall experience was good but in the check in my booking on decolar website was not recognized by Accor system. The person in the front desk solved the problem quickly but the event is not a really welcoming happening due to I figured out how could I deal with the situation if the problem was not fixed. I already had been in a bunch of Accor hotels worldwide like Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure and even Ibis and I used to prefer Accor hotels on my trips.

Nice hotel at a great location for business and even for spend the night before or after a night out in one of the several clubs, discos, bars in the Vila Olimpia Neighbourhood. The lobby bar is great for food and drinks, there is a DJ on Fridays that gives a nice atmosphere. Front desk is ok with no issues. Rooms are average some are renovated some not. Breakfast is good.

This is my 3rd stay in this hotel and it feels like my 2nd home now. The hotel's location is excellent & convenient for shopping a short walking distance away as well as to my work place. The surrounding is safe and perfect for my morning walks & jogs.
