« Excellent hotel in every way! »

My husband and I stayed here for three nights after a tour through Peru and Bolivia. From the moment we arrived the service was excellent and we felt like a valued customer. Our room was spacious & tastefully decorated - the bathroom was a highlight. Breakfast was included and had many different options. Wifi was free and fast. The location of the hotel was convenient and close to shops, restaurants and the Recoleta Cemetery. A big positive is that all staff spoke excellent English which made everything very easy for us. We will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was luxurious and yet so comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing with all the beautiful fresh fruit and range of lovely food.The room was lovely and we appreciated the extra touches, beds turned down in the evening and complimentary chocolates.BUT best of all were the super friendly staff.When we returned to this hotel after visiting Rio and Iguazu Falls,it felt like coming home.It felt like we were welcomed as family. Art works are NOT enough... needs structural improvements... 1.- SPECIALLY THE BATHROOMS... Unable to shower with new "only improvement" extra large shower head that sprays all over. Some one has to try the shower in order to understand this in-put from a women point of view....

I was a bit surprised by the overall hotel quality for a Sofitel property. The rooms were dated and the main entrance was under construction, which I understand is unavoidable at some point. The AC in my room was not working, but the staff was kinda enough to move me to an upgraded room on a higher floor with working AC (after maintenance tried to fix it). I had food and drinks at the bar and the staff was great. Same for lobby staff. Unfortunately I could only stay one night so I didn’t get the full hotel experience.

From the moment we checked in we had the most wonderful stay in your gorgeous hotel. The room was spacious but a little dated,but the super comfy large bed together with crisp bed-linen divine. Breakfasts were truly delicious, an absolute feast which we looked forward to every morning. Staff were super efficient, extremely friendly and full of local knowledge. Fantastic location.
